I don't post rumours but this from a decent source. Hendo will be going, likely spurs. ibe possibly going, klopp rates him but supposedly has an attitude, possibly Watford. Goetze not happening due to wage demands. He also heard that giggs is the new United manager. there will be other big names leaving in the summer.

Rumours of a 77th minute applause on thurs. All for that.

1.) 11 Feb 2016 16:06:21
Not many clubs would value their fans the way FSG have. They admit they got it wrong and have listened. Of course when so many fans walk out you have to listen from a business point of view but the statement they issued makes it clear the fans are an important part of their plans.

Fair play FSG.

2.) 12 Feb 2016 08:01:29
You say they got it wrong!

They have left the price of 6 match day games the same price of £59 instead of the proposed new price of £77 YET they will be increasing the remaining 13 match day games UP to £ increase on some ticket prices of 11%.

Maybe this is what Mr. Ayre meant when he said some fans "should be careful what they wish for" when talking on this matter.

What may look like a good polished piece of PR on the face of it is going to end up costing fans in the long run.

3.) 12 Feb 2016 09:32:35

The walk out was supposed to be as £77 was not seen as affordable. Now none of these will be £77 so they will stay at the more affordable £59.

What would you have expected them to do?

They back tracked and reduced their prices to appease the fans but they weren't going to just roll over so they said that's fine ye can pay more for the lower category games to help make up the revenue. In a way it is a stand to show that they do not intend on getting messed around either.

4.) 12 Feb 2016 15:25:36
@Sean Ireland

I was not against the walkout.

What I am pointing out is that the owners have been given positive PR for backing down when in actual fact they will probably receive MORE in generated income on the new pricing structure than they would have done had the just increased the 6 games to £77.

AND at the end of the day. the only one's going to suffer are the fans.

Merry Christmas too.

2.) 20 Dec 2016 12:29:40
Show me the mane.

3.) 20 Dec 2016 12:47:47
I'd like a happy new year too please Sadio 🏆.

14 Dec 2016 21:18:42
No sulking no feeling sorry for themselves. brilliant attitude. lallana pure gold.

1.) 14 Dec 2016 21:39:15
Thoroughly professional performance tonight. Dominated Middlesbrough completely. We looked confident and composed, and scored three excellent goals. could've been more.
Can't ask for more than that, Well done lads 👍🏼.

2.) 14 Dec 2016 23:01:16
I thought tonight our middle 3 were dominant and were key to the win.

13 Jul 2016 21:38:22
Klopp said that tonight was the first time he's seen grujic live. is that normal to sign a player without seeing him play in person? Also fair dooze colin murray. legend lad.

{Ed002's Note - No.}

1.) 13 Jul 2016 22:09:40
Happens all the time.

2.) 13 Jul 2016 22:17:13
Never seen Iive either.

3.) 13 Jul 2016 22:20:43
That's what scouts and second opinions are far. I'm sure Buvac had seen him before, as a fellow Serbian.

4.) 13 Jul 2016 22:38:56
Buvac had apparently recommended him to Klopp, so I'd say he has before tonight.

5.) 14 Jul 2016 12:31:16
When would have Klopp had a chance to watch Grujic live? He didn't have time to go to Serbia and watch him, his schedule with Liverpool was too hectic. Scout reports and videos would suffice.

22 Jun 2016 11:25:49
How do the media decide what players to link us with. do they stick a pin in a copy of world soccer or play football manager in there offices. It's bizarre some of the players we are supposedly looking at. do they literally just make it up?

{Ed002's Note - The Liverpool fans are very easy to tease Abo.}

If we sell coutinho then we can kiss goodbye to any form of challenging. he is our best player, he started to look tired at the end of the season and out of sorts a bit but so did most of them. he is a brilliant brilliant player and anyone who doesn't mind him going clearly has no clue what there on about and only remember the last few games of the season. he can get us in the top 4 next season and maybe more. he's the kind of player you build the team around not get shut of him. I'd be doing everything in my power if I was klopp to keep him at the club.

1.) 26 May 2016 16:33:05
Coutinho won't go anywere.

2.) 26 May 2016 16:51:38
If he wants to go, he goes. I'm not aware that he's agitating for a move but Kloppo won't want anyone who isn't committed.

3.) 26 May 2016 16:54:35
Well that all depends on who we sign and how they do doesn't it. And how the players we signed last year do in their 2nd season.
If we were to go out and get 2 wider players for instance who hit the ground running they would probably easily cover what we would lose from selling Coutinho.

You would like to think he'd see who we buy and give klopp one season. The grass isn't always greener somewhere else. Remember when rafa signed for the club and wanted owen to stay for another year and what happened? We went on to win the champions league and owen warmed the bench at madrid.

7.) 26 May 2016 18:05:08
Lol koppdogs if only it where that easy, we've constantly sold our best players and not been able to replace them and as a result we've been on the slow decline. If coutinho goes we will end up with a player with huge potential that is young and isn't really that experienced at this level and then it all goes downhill from there. If I had confidence in our handling of a sufficient replacement it wouldn't be the end of the world but as it is, we are just selling our better players, not replacing them and becoming more and more average. We need to keep coutinho and bring in some quality otherwise we are in big trouble.

Course you don't like Henderson if your a bitter. if you actually watched him you would see what he does and how important he is to liverpool. barkley is massively overrated. hendo has improved this season under klopp where as barkley gets worse every season and as soon as he finds any form he will be off to a bigger club. he's the next Rodwell. overated crap.

{Ed025's Note - i agree that ross has somewhat underachieved abo but the guy does have talent unlike a certain mr henderson who is a great runner, but so is usain bolt but i would not want him in my side either..

Keeps possession, controls the tempo of Liverpools game, always open for the pass, covers so much of the pitch in 90 minutes, his work rate is staggering. he basically keeps things ticking over for us. he's not steven gerrard, he will never hit double figures but he's a massively important player for us.
Barkley is a yard dog.

{Ed025's Note - he does run about a lot abo, then he runs about some more, then some more..that makes him a runner not a footballer mate..

Karius has to be taken out the lime light for his own good. This is not helping him, we need a keeper for now and not 2 yrs down the line. it was harsh that mignolet was dropped in the first place. give the lad some time to get his head together, he's a big boy and I'm sure will understand. if this was lovren or some other outfield player making mistakes like him then there would be calls for him to be dropped in a heart beat. just because he's a keeper shouldn't be any different. I don't dislike the lad but he doesn't warrant a place in the first team at the moment.
