Sorry eds I kno this is nothing to do with barca but what exactli does the ban imposed on them prevent them from doing?
Are they not allowed to sign players permenantly or on loan?
Are they allowed to sell players? Or loan out players?

Well it gives ibe a chance if he does get a chance would of loved salah top top prospect but u kno what I font support ayre or fsg I support lfc and salah or no salah wer gona be ok rodgers can improve in his transfer dealings because d aspas and alberto signings wer crap we should have spent 16 mil on a cm player
