Hi guys, maybe ed02 could answer as a Chelsea fan if you have any info. Is there anything to the rumours of Chelsea planning to bid £65m for Suarez in January? I know the media goes wild at this time of year stirring up stories but he was apparently photographed in London today with his wife and the nerves are now kicking in that he could leave. Its a terrifying thought to lose him halfway through our best start to a season in about 4/5 years and with Sturridge and Gerrard out over the important xmas period losing Suarez to a rival would be disastrous. Would appreciate any thoughts you have on this and keep up the good work, cheers.

If Chelsea want Suarez and he wants to go then they have to bid £30M plus Bertrand plus Lukaku and it can happen at the end of the season.

Not sure what's worse the question or ed 2's reply. If Suarez was in London and I say IF! Could he be Xmas shopping. And as for Suarez folks going to Chelsea ( whatever that meens ) but them not being interested. A side bereft of goals up front not interested in arguably the best striker in the world at the minute.

As said I (sorry couldn't resist I will stoke. I mean stop) once, el Shaawary would be a perfect fit for us. Young, fast, skilful and with a point to prove- all that and he's a left winger!- but it seems that those stories have cooled, any updates?

Also has Pogba settled well enough at Juve, seen him play well enough for them on occasion and have a feeling FSG will spend big on the replacement for Gerrard, or does he still have the agitation that surrounded him at United?

{Ed002's Note - Arsenal, Real Madrid and PSG would all like to strike a deal with Milan at some point but El Shaarawy is generally happy where he is and Milan have no intention of selling unless a very significant offer is made. Those quoting him not playing might want to consider his injuries. Previous interest from Monaco and Spurs remains unconfirmed and Napoli dropped out of the running over the summer when they signed Callejon, as did Manchester City when they signed Jovetic. Do not be surprised to see an offer from Dortmund or just possibly Chelsea. I am not aware of any confirmed interest from Liverpool at this time, although perhaps if Suarez leaves they could look to him.

Real Madrid, Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea, and, in Italy, AC Milan, have shown an interest in Pogba. Chelsea made a bid for him before he left Old Trafford and would be interested at the right price. Juventus are looking toward a new deal - I don't see a move in January.

Eds apparently Salahs agent was seen at Anfield on Saturday? Can you confirm or not? I know you have said we are interested in him as are plenty of others but I wondered what relevance this sighting may have? Thanks in advance

I have seen your posts regarding Salah, but the Daily Mail (I know, not the most reliable paper), is reporting that Salah's representatives were seen at Anfield this weekend. Have you heard anything about that?

I took it to mean that Ilori was seen as a valid future investment not necessarily by Rodgers and that BR wasn't the driving force behind the transfer.

{Ed002's Note - Fenerbahce and Caner Erkin have scheduled some discussions over his contract which runs out in 2014. It would not surprise me if clubs were looking at him and he does have a good reputation. I am not aware of any declared interest from Liverpool.

Its only what I was told, there is him along with mohammad salah from FC Basle. When I say done deal I mean in place to go ahead.
