Hi Eds,
Following on from Sakho not being in the squad, and since there hasn't been an update in a few weeks, have there been any developments regarding his request to leave? Has the interest from Lazio gone?
Appreciate the help Eds,
Cheers
{Ed001's Note - nothing new on that front mate, he still wants to go.}

Alright, cheers man, gutting that is though. On the plus side Lovren I actually thought played quite well today, hopefully he can build some consistency upon that.

I'm with you Kyles absolutely gutted about Sakho.I really thought he would be massive for us at the back.Also I do think that Lovren will find his form again with us.

I heard his bird had a baby today an that's y he didn't travel

Hard to blame him. I imagine Lucas will be looking again as well if he continues out of the 18.

Skrtel still had heart in mouth moments today and yet Sahko can't get a game. If I were him, I'll be ready to leave as well.

Agreed, Redohio. I thought both Skrts and Louvren were wobbly - the defensive pair was totally the opposite of what I'd hoped in Ilori and Sakho. I was very disappointed at the team sheet and it was only a distinct lack of ability in the final third for Stoke that saved us IMHO.

And in the exact same game Skrtel also made some great tackles and blocks. The guy can't do anything right for some and it's now a campaign. YNWA (cough)

I honestly don´t get why it seems to be 100% impossible to play two left-footed players at the back. And Lovren is "comfortable" with either foot. Drop Skirts, play Sakho and BR´s favourite boy Lovren- what's the problem? Sakho always look much more sound on the pitch than Skirts (and Lovren IMO).

Sakho's missus gave birth this week and he didn't train,that's why he wasn't in the squad.
