{Ed022's note - brand new player profile on Iker Muniain of Bilbao (as you all know). Linked with many clubs recently. www.player-profiles.co.uk - Enjoy.}

Im sure united fans now all about him now anyway haha. great little player.

Soon to be a top player, if not already. Would love him at Liverpool. Probably won't happen, but one can wish.

Ed any chance of you doing a profile on the teixeira that we didnt sign and do you have any info on how the teixeira that we did sign is doing? thanks in advance {Ed002's Note - Send the message to teh Player Profiles page and then Ed022 will deal with it. To the best of my knowledge the Portugueses kid has yet to play.}

Ok, cheers mate

{Ed022's note - brand new player profile on Iker Muniain of Bilbao (prior to the Manchester United game). Been linked with a fair few clubs. www.player-profiles.co.uk - thanks all.}

Ed - Munian was a name brandished around in the summer and linked to us. Up until this evening, I had no idea who he was or who he played for. Having watched an hour of him against utd tonight I have to say I'm very impressed, he seems a very creative attacking midfielder. Llorente is also what I would say is your traditional centre forward and looks the complete package. Are we looking at these guys or is it just wishful thinking?

Ozone
{Ed002's Note - Muniain was touted around the clubs on behalf of Bilbao - and the two clubs in England that were approached recently were Chelsea and Manchester United. The asking price was 40M euros. They won't get it. I don't think clubs would risk half of that on a player who is young and has shown himself to be pretty immature. Roma interest is still there but perhaps an eventual move to Barcelona beckons.}

Cheers Ed 0002. In a nutshell, there's more chance of platting fog than there is the pair arriving at Anfield.

{Ed022's note - Brand new player profile on Fernando Llorente, linked with Liverpool in recent times. www.player-profiles.co.uk - thank's all.}

Been watching him against United and looks like a top player, a more polished Andy Carroll. Llorente is good in the air and good on the ground. We should have spent Carroll money on Llorente. Well we can dream.

steve068

We tried too !!

Any chance of us getting him edds

Big jeff {Ed019's Note - No or very little chance.)

Hey eds, there has been a lot of talk about strikers like De Jong and Teixeira, but do you know who is most likely to fill in as right-midfielder? I've heard that Liverpool could sign Matt Philips, but surely he wouldn't go straight into the first team? {Ed002's Note - Whether he would or not, there is interest.}

Surely if we are targeting players like Phillips we will have no chance of getting top 4 next season, with Arsenal signing Podolski and Chelsea probably signing players this summer. Have we not learnt from last summer?

This forum very rarely let me down!

GJ {Ed003's Note - Have you seen Phillip's play ? }

Well didn't Arsenla sign an unproven talent named Oxlade Chamberlain for aroun 14m. I think, he has done a decent job, there. Hasn't he!

Theres rumours linking liverpool with bolognas gaston ramirez. talented youngster can play on the right wing and as an attacking midfielder. valued at around £12-15mil but would be worth it

08 Mar 2012 20:13:20
i feel sorry for you eds , its no were near summer and your getting asked about all these players , god help you in the summer ,all thje best,,,,,,,,,micky b

It is a rumours forum, isn't that the idea!

Hey eds you guys know of any interest in wellinton?

Cheers {Ed002's Note - Welliton may be available at the right price but I don't see that Liverpool have any interest in him. Dortmund are the most interested right now and a player exchange involving Lewandowski was thought possible in January.

You mean whats the beef on wellinton

One thing i know for sure it wont be until january 2013 be cause he,s doing a european tour with the black eyed peas until october

08 Mar 2012 17:32:21
Eds,

any interest in Matias Suarez and Moussa Sissoko? {Ed002's Note - Try the search function and earlier posts.}

08 Mar 2012 17:23:54
Pedro and Tello were pretty good last night any chance eds {Ed001's Note - no.}

Tello is a beast, we have to buy him

08 Mar 2012 16:48:19
Eds,

Do you know if we have any interest in luciano narsingh? {Ed002's Note - No and I don't see Narsingh leaving the Netherlands any time soon.}

08 Mar 2012 16:42:10
hi eds. Even though he's not a lfc player i have to say messi was out of this world last night and i wish lfc would save up to buy him. Anyway back to reality. Have arsenal agreed to sign podolski eds and if they have why haven't lfc made an offer for him? {Ed002's Note - Liverpool have not had any interest in the player. And as I pointed out previously "I don't see any chance of Podolski going to a club where he cannot be sure of a starting place - it could well put his international career at risk. Galatasary, Lazio, Lokomotiv Moscow, Schalke, Anzhi, Zenit and Arsenal have shown an interest in Podolski. If he does move to England, Arsenal is certainly the most likely destination. A summer move may be more likely than a January move." If we are going to see "another player we have missed out on" posts everytime there is a transfer, we will be seeing a very long and painful summer indeed.}

But Ed001 has repeatedly said Liverpool were interested? Can see from the archives too {Ed002's Note - I am aware that Ed001 had mentioned that Podolski was "looked at" by Liverpool at some point but that is rather far from there being any confirmed interest in the player which is all I really care about. I had said that he would not be joining Liverpool, perhaps you should have trusted my word and sucked it up - at least you would not be getting all upset now.}

How can he be assured first team football at arsenal and not us? They have van persie up front? Podolski will never play unless he is injured. And if you say he will play wide, well we need wide players. I understand he won't be coming just think the reason is strange

Nevada {Ed002's Note - That reason has been there since December and it is correct. I am loathe to put the effort in to justifying it as all I will get is more abuse.}

They have bought him in to replace RVP. :-)

I wasnt trying to make you justify it ed, I just wondered why Podolske feels that going to a team that plays with one striker who scored 30 goals, is the best player in the team and also club captain would afford him more first team football than going to play for a team with constantly rotating strikers who hardly ever score and who find themself on the sidelines than in the first team. Just seems odd to me, he should just say he doesnt fancy LFC as that seems like a more viable reason for him.

Thanks for the input as always ed.

Nevada {Ed002's Note - But Liverpool did not make an offer for him.}

Just a thought about who would be a suitable replacement for Pepé Reina and what the Eds and all fellow Reds think who'd be a suitable replacement? I know most of us would NOT want to see Pepé go but just interested in seeing what you lot think?

I for one have been hugely impressed with Basels Yann Sommer. Agree, disagree?

RMUK {Ed002's Note - I would not want to suggest that Reina is on his way but there are two obvious options that one should consider. Rene Adler who is very experienced and has lost his club place to Bernd Leno and is therefore keen on teh move. The second is a young Brazilian goalkeeper Santos goalkeeper Rafael has attracted the attention of Roma who have made an offer circa 6M euro. A move is quite likely in the summer and I am aware of confirmed interest from Atletico Madrid, Palermo and Spurs. Perhaps something could be doen with Doni? I don't know.}

Thanks Eds for your opinions I'm gonna have a little look at those players now, but hopefully Reina ends his career with us!

RMUK

I remember that when Reina was possibly leaving back in 2010, Lloris of Lyon was the readymade replacement. Not sure if that's still the back-up plan as it was a long time ago.
RedChris

Honestly I'll take David ospina over all of them he is south American and hungry for success... He plays for Nice in France an he basically is the best player in his team

@ronillz

I did like asenjo of atletico before de gea nicked his place, where is he now anyone know how he's doing?

Viviano is good keeper also like patricio of sporting. There's a couple of good goalies about villareal keeper is pretty good

Nevada

I would suggest the French Keeper Hugo loris

You'd think with the two others we have, one might step up to the plate?

If not, i'd like the club to try and get Mihaylov back - had a good season and still young.

Danny Ward who we bought will be good one day. but ive grown to like Rui patricio aswell. top notch keeper. that being said reina won't leave

hey eds and reds. you prob are sick of stupid people asking repetitive questions, but how soon do u see us buying a replacement for gerrard, or do u feel his replacement is already in our squad. thanks in advance if u reply.. i only ask because of his run of injuries, age and run of form. hopefully he goes into a coaching or ambassador role with the club alongside carra and fowler one day.

ps with all the questions, i have always felt there is no such thing as stupid questions, just stupid people. love the site and the profiles are "proper boss" as my person man u fan sous chef says.

aussiepool tristan {Ed002's Note - If we try and remove the thought of "replacement" as we all know that there are some players who may be exceptional or irreplaceable it is perhaps easier to answer. Last year it seemed that Liverpool were looking to target Toulouse's Moussa Sissoko with Damien Comolli letting Sissoko's agent know that Liverpool see his man as the ideal long-term "replacement" for Steven Gerrard but for some reason Liverpool failed to make the final push in the summer. The club are well stocked in midfield and Gerrard is likely to go on for a while longer so perhaps the answer is that a player could be looked at to bring a different perspective to the play. In discussion about Suarez earlier I suggested that someone like Gaston Ramirez might add that extra dimension. We will see nearer the summer I guess. Champions League qualification, departures, the owners, injuries etc. will all play a part on what happens.}

Remember we also have suso coming through the ranks and Shelvey will be one heck of a player. he is now. just needs game time

08 Mar 2012 14:25:19
I note that Podolski is going to Arsenal for 11m. He is a proven class act and to think we paid 35m for Carroll - absolutely no comparison and please dont say Carroll is young and will only get better.

Yeah, and to think if only we'd had the foresight to sign lionel messi when he was 3 years old. stupid liverpool!

Leave Carroll alone! He is only young and will only get better!

Carroll is young and surely can't get any worse! 35m really was criminal

Logic dictates that carrol will neither get any younger and cannot get any worse...so there you have it.

The Red Seth

Carroll is young and will only get better

You cannot say carroll is s**t. he is a great player. he just may not fit into the liverpool style of play. you cannot knock his goal scoring record at New Castle. but that being said he is young and will only get better. but i think we should keep him around atleast until adorjan and morgan are old enough to step up

It didnt work out for Podolski at Bayern Munich a city in his own country as he found it too hard to adjust, theres a pretty high chance he might completely flop in England

Dodge

The same Podolski who couldn't/didn't cut it at Bayern

How long does it take some dumbo's to get the message that the only reason we paid 35M for Carroll was because we got 50 for Torres. Surely the arrangement was that the price for Torres was Carroll plus 15M.

How long does it take some dumbo's to get the message that the only reason we paid 35M for Carroll was because we got 50 for Torres. Surely the arrangement was that the price for Torres was Carroll plus 15M.
==============================

You call people dumbo? just read your post again and figure out who is the dumbo.. Torres and Carroll deals are 2 independent deals, it was good business with Torres and very bad (panic) business with Carroll , well done to Newcastle who managed to sell him (injured) at that price.
Roy

The Carroll and Torres deals were far from separate.

In short, Torres was great business, Carroll was terrible business. Swings and roundabouts. Water under the bridge, etc. Time to move on.

It doesn't matter that we got 50m for Torres. We still paid way over the odds for Carroll. The money should have been spent more wisely. if we buy another striker and Carroll is left on the bench 35m is a silly fee. Having said that i think we should judge Carroll on his performances next season, when there will be no excuses, as he will have had plenty of time to get in to shape and adjust to the teams style of play.

08 Mar 2012 14:10:42
im sure the club probably dont mind what johnson said. i dont. just the media jumping up and down at anything they can. {Ed002's Note - I rather think the subject will be attracting some serious attention within the club.}

I think its hilarious. Nice one glen

Ed02 I have to say that despite being a Chelsea fan I am in complete awe of you. Are you able to give us some info on yourself; for example, are you married? What is your favourite meal? Are you free on Friday night? That sort of thing.....

On the Suarez being sold issue, if he went for around £40 million plus and this enabled us to buy 2 good quality players for the right wing and up front then I think we could benefit. This would mean the 2 key areas we needed to address in the summer had been done without touching any or little of the funds due to be used for summer purchases. Further sales would mean that if we could attract them, then one or two world class calibre players could possibly be recruited. Many thought that without Torres we would suffer. No individual is bigger than the club. I would want Suarez to stay but if him going is of benefit to the club...... {Ed002's Note - I have been married three times (but to only two women); I rather like the traditional English roast beef and I like lamb because it was rarely available when I was growing up. We have cocktails on Fridays from about five to seven-thirty. After that I am free. Regardless of whether Suarez goes or not (I think he will) the club need to invest in a right sided winger (Phillips appears to remain of interest) and a centre forward (again interest remains in De Jong. Putting aside the actual amounts of money involved, if Suarez were to leave then something that may perhaps appeal to the club would be some sort of versatile attacking player who can play across midfield, play wide if need be and come up with a goal or two. I think that is missing from the squad right now and bringing in someone like Gaston Ramirez (as an example) would make a great deal of sense.}

Ed002 you say you have been married 3 times but to only 2 women was one a man? I not homophobic or anything but what a great way to come OUT well done. {Ed002's Note - Man, woman, ALF/ Does it make any difference in the big scheme of things?}

Thanks for that Ed002 but when you say ALF are thinking of the kids show or the guy of Home and Away? {Ed002's Note - Or Ramsey? Actually ALF as portrayed on the kids show. Dead ringer for Ed007.}

No Ed , not when you support the pool ! If you sold suarez for £40 mill , then I am sure Newcastle have someone that Kenny could spend it on !

are we looking at any centre-backs? seems agger has injury problems and carragher not at top form anymore, could we rely on coates to part with skrtel? {Ed002's Note - There is Kelly as well and perhaps the loan for Wilson would give him more experience.}

I thought Agger was over his (normal football) injury problems. The poor guy had a cracked rib, you can't really call that an injury problem... Northern Git

And why would we look at centre backs,we have as has been stated the club will use kelly there plus we coates wilson
mrbrown

Wilson and coates and skrtel will be 3 great CB's. i have high hopes for coates. young player of the tournament. plus he has only had 2 appearences at top level in The PL in the carling cup he started against Chelsea and did great. and kelly can play both RB and CB

We are interested in Vertonghan who can play def mid and left back and only has one year contract left and has said he is coming to England on the summer {Ed002's Note - I expect Vertonghen will move to Spurs, Manchester City or Arsenal in the summer.}

Dnt forget tho agger injuries this season have not been reacuring injuries agger is past tht so in a fect we have skertel agger,kelly coates and wilson
defence is not somewhere we will strenghing as its not needed.if johnson leaves i think we will recruit isla.
we need a rw and a striker
mrbrown

With Wilson being on loan at Blackpool, does that mean that Shelvey is unable to return there on loan?

According to dutch media, vertonghan has expressed a desire to join spurs, but the ed has already kinda mentioned that...sorry

No shelvey can go to Black pool they just want gerrard fit again i believe. im starting to like Holloway a lot more though. he seems to like Liverpool players! wilson, shelvey, and almost fowler!

"The Irritation of King Kenny"

I asked yesterday and today it seems ever more relevant - just who is handling the PR and media relations at Liverpool Football Club? The interview with Glen Johnson this morning in the Daily Mail was lucid and informative but a PR disaster. As the club tries to recover from the backwash of the Evra affair it was naive to allow anyone to refer back to it in the media.

Now you may take the view that GJ is entitled to his views; his views are personal and the club wasn't being directly interviewd but he is their employee. Just consider your position if you end up in print causing your company embrassment. There's more to this than meets the eye and a lot more to be considered in terms of the club's stewardship.

Although fairly late into the field, most football clubs have in-house PR and communications people to handle these issues. They always tell us 'outside consultants' they know best. Well do they? It's their role to ensure the club employees toe the PR line, sing from the same hymn sheet and keep out of media trouble. It usually ends up as a rescue job! It is also their job to ensure the messages from the club itself are accurate and informative and keep us all informed. I blame the media people at LFC for this current debacle. They failed miserably in preventing a row between two players from entering the nuclear age. They issued inconsistent and misleading statements and failed to ensure that the club's employees (KK included) said little as it boiled over. They stand accused of a similar failure today with GJ.

I have advised a number of professional sportsmen in football, tennis and motor-racing over the years and I always knew when to tell them "not to open your mouth about this to anyone." Why was GJ not told to do the same about anything related to the Suarez affair? Have the players ignored the PR people, shunned the communications advice or ignored the three-line whip from the Fenway Group?

The Evra affair is back in the open: now our main sponsor is having to face another spotlight about race. Do you think they will appreciate that? Now the general public are once gain reminded that LFC 'might be a racist club' and Twitter is alive with talk of LFC and racism rows once more. You tell your clients in PR not to use the phrase "no comment" as it raises more questions and puts doubts in people's minds. In the case of GJ he should have been told to deflect the issue of Evra and Suarez by saying he was not going down that road or didn't want to drag up that issue again.

For those reading this who think he is entitled to his free speech, consider this: Suarez will come under the spotlight once more and has been booed roundly recently. That is unlikely to make him want to remain here if a huge offer comes his way from PSG. How do you think John Henry and Fenway are likely to react to this having already read the riot act to the management in private? What is ironic is that LFC has always prided itself on saying only what needs to be said when it needs to be said. GJ has deviated off course and there will be repercussions.

For those who think is a storm in a teacup, remember that the issue of racism is a pot-boiler and an easy bubbler for those in the media. It's an easy thing these days to accuse anyone of a racist slur or comment. With the Evra issue being dragged up again it puts the spotlight back on our club. If ever there was a time to rap a player over the knuckles and tell him to shut his mouth, it is now and it is to GJ and the rest of the squad.

SP

Just read the Mail interview followed by the Telegraph version. I think it's the first time on record i've ever thought the daily mail one was the more well reasoned of two papers. The telegraph version took everything out of context and just generally painted Johnson in a bad light. I was going to post a comment but i don't feel like giving their website the traffic by making an account. If anybody does have an account do check out the article and tell them what you think.

Sterling

Firstly, all glen johnson did was respond to questions. the media have picked up on small points of his answers and made their own headlines out of them. THIS IS NOTHING NEW!! this is how the british media operate and have done so for years. whether people wish to moan on twitter or not means nothing. as for this opening up a 'racism row'.... are we still the 'racist club' when one of our players who happens to be black comments about the situation?

First things first havn't you just done what your telling everyone about in your article bringing back into the lime light. So thanks for that. Second why can't Glen johnson give that interview i do get what your saying about Club Song Sheet but isn't it better that he give that interview Which is saying one of his best mates is a so called racist so in my option taking alot of the limelight off Suarez saying he isn't a racist he just made a bad judgement call. As for the thing about Evra well think that is a bit far stretched but he did make a meal out of it

Ah the LFC racism issue has reared it's head again I see...I wondered how long it would be. Why hasn't the media created such a storm about the homophobic Twitter comments made by Federico Macheda (of Man Utd) & Ravel Morrison (formerly of Man Utd) like they have done over the Suarez/Evra racism issue...hmmm I wonder? {Ed002's Note - They have been punished and no one keeps brining it up again. You need to get over the paranoia and the constant need to draw comparisons. This is yet another self-inflicted wound I am afraid.}

Glenn johnson being called a uncle tom is that not rascist i think so, also he is very much entitled to express his views on the whole matter, i for one think what he done was fine

gee man

If Johno had said 'no comment' then the papers would have led with 'Johnson refuses to defend Suarez'. He did the right thing by answering honestly.

Kieran.

Suarez is going to booed roundly for the rest of his career in England anyway so GJ comments wont make any difference either way

But Ed002 Luis was severely punished with his 8 game ban! and the slightest hint of anything to do with the Suarez/Evra affair the media twist it to make LFC look wrongun's! that's not paranoia! as Rafa would say that's fact!

Well eds

the gunners have agreed a deal for podolski 11 that a steal... Does this mean Rvp could be up for sale seen as he is in his last year of contract.. How much would he cost.. Plus we all know he can score at anfield..

Regards
Faceman ynwa {Ed002's Note - I don't see it means that RvP will be for sale and I imagine Arsenal will do everything they can to keep him. I don't know what he would cost if he were to be sold.}

He would probably only join city other wise move abroad could never see him joining liverpool

We will not be getting van persie (jesus i hope we dohn't have 4 months of this)

Van P will either leave England or stay at arsenal. he will not go any wheres where they will pay him big bucks to play. not because he can't but he will do whats best for his family. he has said that a few times

I firmly believe Persie wouldn't leave Arsenal. He's creating a major legacy there. I just don't see him leaving, arsenal.

Steven Gerrard and Glen Johnson are both back in training.

08 Mar 2012 10:09:11
Hi eds, a manager rumour rather than a player one. . Is there any truth that jose the special one mourinho would be interested in coming to liverpool in the summer? Has won the league with every club he has managed so i would love him here. {Ed002's Note - There is no truth in it.}

Ed, he said once, he'd never manage us. Not that I want him, but do you know why he said that?

Keith {Ed002's Note - Keith it is not relevant and not a matter for discussion again.}

No, think its either spurs or back to chelsea?

I know we don't want much debate about this, but I would not want that person at our club. It is the Mourinho show and how many times have we said that noone it bigger than the club!

We have a manager, his name is Kenny Dalglish. He is Liverpool FC through & through. I suggest you get behind him and support the work he is doing at the club instead of wanting the likes of Jose Mourinho (who I wouldn't want anywhere near the club) to take charge in the summer.

Ehh....and what about the Suarez show this year then ? Do we want him at the club ?

08 Mar 2012 09:52:27
ED a previous poster stated Kenny was "offered Matta" but went for Downing or Henderson! This cannot be true? {Ed002's Note - There certainly has been varying degrees of interest from Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester United, Manchester City, Arsenal and Spurs in Juan Mata. It was clear from the very start that Kenny Dalglish had Stewart Downing as his preference for the left hand side - and he got his man.}

Bad decision by kenny, not his first n wont be his last.
Indian Buzzer

So now we could've had Mata? Yet when all the Liverpool fans were clamouring for it to happen and asking about the chance of him signing the standard reply was: "None"... Ridiculous. {Ed002's Note - So the answer given was correct then. And Dalglish got his man in Downing. What is ridiculous?}

I thought we got Downing as we failed to get Young

If im not mistaken, eds said we wanted both young and downing. if im wrong then correct me ed.

Kaizer

We did look at mata but we firstly wanted young

Chelsea had CL football to offer Mata, whereas Liverpool had no European football whatsoever. Therefore Chelsea was the more attracive proposition for Mata at the beginning of the season, hence the reason he didn't sign for Liverpool. {Ed002's Note - Dalglish wanted Downing and got him. And that happened more than a month before Mata moved to Chelsea.}

I heard from somebody who knew a family member of Mata's that Chelsea were the only team who made a move for him, hence the reason why he now plays at the Bridge.

Hi ed, how much interest have Liverpool shown in luuk de jong and ola john and what would Liverpool's chances be if they tried to sign them?
Ladders {Ed002's Note - There has been plenty of interest in Luuk De Jong and there is a good chance a deal could be done. There is none that I know of in Ola John.}

08 Mar 2012 05:16:48
Is there any chance of Liverpool signing Angelo Ogbonna, or is he off to AC Milan?

Thanks!

Edd02, how can you be so sure that Suarez will definately leave next season? {Ed002's Note - I did not say he would definately leave, I said that I expect him to leave. We have been through this repeatedly and the retromingent glifnard has been out to spread lies and be abusive so I am less than inclined to open it up again.}

I must remember to put a dictionary in my beside table!

dmedly

:-) no wonder Suarez is struggling with the language.
I still think he will stay.
CR

Come on lads lay of ed002 as i go to many games and nearly every red i spoke to regarding this also think suarez will leave ed002 is here to do her job and does it well,she only stated her opinion which is matched by many reds in and around the ground.
so many of you on here like to shoot the messenger remember we are a club not i am a club
mrbrown

I still think suarez will stay. and most people at that level should be able to handle media and people chanting rascist. especially if it isnt true. just beat them on the field. show them it does not bother you and it will go away. pretty sure thats what he plans to do.

07 Mar 2012 20:52:47
Hi EDs do you know if LFC have made any enquiry into philips from Blackpool?or is it just a case we have watched him so far?think he would be a good option but would really like us to go for Elia but that's just a personal choice that I can't back up :)

PM {Ed002's Note - I am told by other Eds that interest has been declared but am not sure if it has progressed any further at this early stage. Elia looked certain to move to Valencia a year ago with Liverpool and others considering the player too expensive. He decided to stay in Hamburg and then took the option of a move to Juventus over Newcastle - but it has not really worked out and Juve were indeed willing for him to make a move on loan with, I expect, an option to buy. Everton, Hertha Berlin and Newcastle had apparently shown interest and his representatives were looking to place him in a northern European side where he will get a regular start. I am sure he will be available in the summer.}

Speaking to other liverpool fans b4 games it looks we are divided on shelvy.i personally dnt think he is good enough for liverpool and been realistic he wouldnt get his place if strootman is possibly a future signing and rimarez.
with the likes of gerrard, spearing,adam and hendo already above him, would it not make sense if we are interested in phillips and blackpool are interested in shelvy that we propose a swap there for we get the player we are interested in at no cost.
i have had this discussion with fellow reds in the sandown b4 games,but would like to here other fellow reds opion on this if poss

I think shelvey has a bright future. in the two games he started this season he has scored one and assisted 2. if he can keep that record going he will do better then fine. plus his record at blackpool was great.

Ed just out of interest who are psgs and palermos targets, have heard they are both lookin on spending big. Also can you make pages for the super rich clubs.
Thanks

KopEndDannyLFC {Ed002's Note - Both will be looking to do a lot of rebuilding this summer and we are aware of serious interest in PSG in Suarez, Higuain, Damiao, Gaitan and Isla. Interest in the likes of Hazard will likely not be fruitful. Palermo are alos looking to Suarez as an option, and have already made a number of enquiries over the likes of Lucas Ocampos, Robben, Hernandez and Gaston Ramirez. The new investment means thoughts of Farfan and Polo are gone.}

Ed if Palermo are on the up why did they sell cavani and pastors surely they would of been 2 high profile names to get the ball rolling

KopEndDannyLFC {Ed002's Note - Players leave clubs for various reasons and certainly Pastore's time had come to move on. Palermo now have very significant additional investment available and are putting a plan in place to spend something in the order of 150M euros this summer.}
