I like mussachio myself ed technically very good aswell which helps. The angel lad I havent seen much of what team is that in Spain? We badly need a decent left back but more importantly a strong squad. It's a long season and look at what we have left now with all the injuries so there is alot of room for fellas to come in and do a job. Do u think we could sign m'vila and sissoko for mid?

Fowler is god {Ed002's Note - There is certainly a chance of M'vila and Sissoko. There is also a chance of Oscar Wendt for left back.}

Liverpool will sign Charlie Adam for just £5 million should Blackpool get relegated. Adam has his heart set on a move to Liverpool despite what the tabloids say. He did nearly join spurs but they were just his 2nd choice, Blackpool scuppered the chance of a January move to Liverpool because of holloways arrogance and greed. Charlie is determined to make his dream move to the 5 times european champs!

Everybody behind the scenes are working very hard players do not walk into the club you know work is done to bring them and please show respect to the owners who want to do well and have shown so by buying CARROLL and SUAREZ they cost over 50 million that is astronomical we are SOENDING BIG SO STOP MOANING. WE ARE LFC.

Liverpool winger target Willian has admitted his interest in a move to the Barclays Premier League.

The 22-year-old Brazilian has emerged as a target for a number of top clubs around Europe after a string of impressive performances for Shakhtar Donetsk, and the player can't hide his desire over a move to England.

"The Premier League is really, really strong. That's why so many Brazilian players want to go there, " the forward told the Daily Mirror.

"It is flattering to hear teams such as Chelsea and Liverpool could be watching me.

"Every time I get the chance I watch Liverpool. They are a very important club and a lot of players would jump at the chance to play for them."

. i think he is testing the waters and would move to liverpool as he thinks he'd have a better chance playing for us and he wants a new challenge as he is currently playing his fourth seanson for Shakhtar Donetsk, that's why he spoke of watching liverpool. he would be good signing in my opinion, but payet or elia look more exciting too especially payet.

Liverpool have set a side £8mil for Newcastle's Kevin Nolan in an attempt to get the best out of Andy Carroll. Newcastle are already interested in liverpool duo David Ngog and Joe Cole, so they could possibly be used as makeweights or be sold at reasonable prices to Newcastle to help the Nolan negotiations. If they pull off the Nolan Coup, I'd expect the interest in ("£35mil rated. . lol) Charlie Adam to be dropped.

Living near Rennes Ive seen alot of marveaux and can see why people are worried his injury record is terrible and he is also small and have seen him out muscled alot which is a big worry when you think of him in the prem.However he is a very skillfull and fast left winger and should be a good squad player.I am also good friends with a couple of ASSE fans and the rumours are that payet will be joining us rather than PSG this summer hope they are right he is top class

Ed, skysports.com said earlier today that Taiwo is leaving Marseille this Summer and knows where his destination is. My question to you, Ed, is this: is he lying, just saying this to get a higher paid contract at Marseille (like Rooney at Man Ure) or is he genuinely leaving and is it to us or someone else such as AC Milan or Bayern as the report says?

{Ed002's Note - It has been on the cards all year that Taiwo would leave. Benfica was always his first choice and Italy his second. Offers have alo been made from Turkey and, I was told a while ago, Everton.}

Hi again Ed002 I think you are quite well informed over the Turan situation, do you think we may renew our interest in the player? I am sure we would be his first choice if we were interested can you confirm this? What do you think the chances are that he may join in the summer?

Chris in Tamworth {Ed002's Note - Liverpool have the option to and his agent is fishing for interest.}

Hi Ed's. I know it is great that Turan is a big LFC fan and all, but is he any good? Have you seen much of him (besides you tube) in a very avg league like most fans.

{Ed002's Note - He is a good player.}

Hey Ed, what are the chances of Rolando of porto joining in the summer? We deffo need a quality centre back. Rolando will be in the last yr of is contract come the summer.I think he would be a great acquisition for the first team. is he a realistic target. {Ed002's Note - I don't know how serious interest is or if it is just an agent talking up his client.}

Taye Taiwo has confirmed that he will be leaving Marseille and claims to know where he is heading.

The full-back has snubbed numerous offers of a new a deal at Stade Velodrome in favour of taking on a new challenge elsewhere.

He has spent the last seven years with Marseille and admits it will be a wrench to leave, but feels it is time for a fresh start.

The 25-year-old will not reveal the identity of the club he expects to be turning out for from next season, but is confident that a deal will soon be done.

Taiwo said in a press conference to confirm his departure: "Thanks to the fans of Marseille, thanks to [Steve] Mandanda for all the saves he has made, thanks to my good friend [Stephane] Mbia.

"I would also like to thank my manager Dider Deschamps, who has been great, but I have made my mind up to leave this club.

"I already know where I want to go, but nothing has been concluded as yet. There are still some minor details which will be ironed out soon."

AC Milan, Bayern Munich and Liverpool have all been linked with a move for the Nigeria international.

Liverpool are the expected club though

I live in Spain and have a few Atletico Madrid fans. They are indicating that if Davide De Gea goes to United then Atletico will try and take Reina to Madrid. They even believe that they may not need to pay anything as they expect United to pay over 20mil for De Gea and get Reina for about the same with his buy out clause.

This makes some ssnse as although it is a clown school, Atletico are one of the big four teams in Spain. Also Reina's father was Goalkeeper at atletico in the 70's and is supposed to have grown up supporting them.

LFC signings

Young
Adam
Benzema
Marveaux
Dzsudzsak
Cahill
Baines

Why are people giving out about Sylvain Marveaux??? He's only signed a pre-contract and people are already saying he's gonna be a failure and too injury prone. . I think some people need to stop talking rubbish and get behind the team, I think Kenny Dalglish and Damien Comolli know what they're doing. Comolli has obviously seen him up close and knows him personally, if they didn't think he was good enough for LFC then they wouldn't be signing him. . I think Marveaux will be a great addition, he can play anywhere in midfield, left and right footed and has good pace, what do you think Ed???

Rocky {Ed002's Note - I think he would be a really good addition to the squad.}

This being the case can you confirm if he will be a Liverpool player next season? (I'm not trying to be funny it would be nice to know if you already have this information) thanks Ed!

Chris in Tamworth

{Ed002's Note - A pre-contract was offered in January and I know that he wanted to keep options open. Whether or not that has now been agreed is not clear. I have not had any contact or word in respect of the player since January but I expect that he will be a Liverpool player next season.}

Oldado is an chance of Llorente. Soldado is an unnamed character on these forums, he is 25 and a natural born finisher; David Villa Esq, Valencia are strapped for money and I expect him and Mata to leave in the summer. I'm also told we had scouts at their last home game; not sure if its true.

Liverpool wanting Diego Costa of Athletico Madrid with cash and Maxi going the other way. Also Ayew and Pjanic are being looked at who are both young talents in the French league. Sidnei is wanted to cover Agger and Skrtel. Comolli also sees Charles Kabore to challenge Lucas for the DM spot

I have it on good authority that we will be signing the following in the summer: -
LB - Baines
CM - Benega
RM - Ashley Young
LM - Adam Johnson
ST - Benzema

**any chance that your good authority is the fact that everyone on this and EVERY rumour site has already stated this?

07 Apr 2011 13:45:34
We are being heavily linked with Rolando (FC Porto). The 25 year old defender has received contact from two premiership clubs (Liverpool & Man U) He would be just what we need at the back and has around a 20m valuation.

07 Apr 2011 13:30:11
Ed wat about giovanni dos santos from spurs for our left wing, showed great potential during the world cup

{Ed002's Note - I really cannot see the club being interested in him.}

{Ed002's Note - I have given plenty of thoughts on Marveaux on these pages. He turned down Manchester United and Chelsea as he did not think he would get enough time on the pitch. He would, in my view, be an excellent addition to the squad. You need to get your "Kenny Out" and "Yonks Out" flags unfurled as they are clearly not looking to bring in the players you want.}

We will see that next season, then i will prove you wrong. .am sure he would be an injury prone flop. .

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool fans used to have the reputation of being some of the best in the world supporting the club through both the good times and the bad times. Now we come down to fans who must have at least one current player to hate at all times, and fans who won't even give the players a chance before they join. Who would you want as a manager to replace Dalglish? Liverpool have had a pretty tough year or two and are doing a pretty good job of reshaping themselves. It is particularly sad to see the so called fans of a club who cannot get behind both the club and the players and help push on.}

Ed, what are the chances of;

Benzema
Dzsudzsak
A. Johnson
Adam
Young
Jarvis
Dann
Sissoko
Enrique

arriving at Anfield in the summer?? Cheers Pal {Ed002's Note - Unchanged from yesterday and the day before, except Enrique has dropped from a 3 to a 2.}

Basil Kyrgiakos Degen Insua Elzhar are all out of contract so there is no need to sell them, Konchesky is as good as sold as is Poulsen don't panic son.
Rodney

I really hope you are right with this imformation Rodney, because like everybody else who follows the reds i really want to see the back of all the plays i put on that list earlier. Not only because i never want to see them in a red shirt again, but it would also free up lots of cash in wages to reinvest this summer.

Anyway thank you Rodney for the reply as i like to get the thoughts and view and any other imformation that fellow reds have to pass on.

From what i'm hearing from friends, family and one newspaper reporter we are hotly tracing more than 10 players; however they expect 6 of them at the most.

Marveaux; has already signed a pre-contract or is in intense talks.

Charlie Adam; this is slightly trickier, from what I've been told his preference is that he doesn't want to move far after settling, however if he were to move it would preferably be London. That basically leaves three clubs, Us, Manure and Spurs. We are front runners as he believes Kenny is the best choice for his career; seeing as both of those managers at their respected clubs won't be their in 2 seasons time. However if Dalglish isn't given the job it is believed that spurs will be his destination, 1st team etc.

Moussa Sissoko/ Yann Mvila; If we don't sign one of these we'll sign the other, Kenny believes we need a young, strong DM, these two are both believed to have the ability and power of Essien, I suspect Sissoko will be first choice however I feel Mvila is the better option.

Ashley Young/ Matt Jarvis/ Oxlade Chamberlain; Kenny has stated on numerous occasions that he wants young and British. Matt is 24 and Young is 25; which is nearing the peak age of 28ish. Young is a very tricky customer and provides pace which is why Dalglish favors him. Jarvis has the cutting edge factor in his crosses and is a very intelligent footballer. Chamberlain is seen as one of the brightest English prospects since Walcott; I live in Southampton and he is very talented but because of his age very inconsistent. Southampton have one of the best areas for young talent and that is proven by Walcott and Bale. Although I believe if he is signed then he'll be loaned back for a season. Expect at least one of these.

Gary Cahill/ Mats Hummels/ Neven Subotic/ Simon Kjaer; Gary cahill is reported at ridiculous money however he fits our criteria so a very high possibility. Then there were the 3 rising Bundesliga Defenders, The two Dortmund players are unlikely as they are under a great manager, rich club, massive stadium and are going to win the league. Kjaer plays for Wolfsburg; with Diego, who are 19th, I expect a double swoop for these two if they are relgated but if we don't another club will snap them up. Imagine the Kjaer+Agger partnership; doubt it seeing as Agger will be used as a makeweight. Reports are his injury proneness has hit the final straw.

Karim Benzema/ Fernando Llorente/ Soldado; If Real Madrid sell Benzema because of this mystery agreement in January we will have first pick, if they decide to keep him I wouldn't be surprised if we went in an took their target, but very low chance of Llorente. Soldado is an unnamed character on these forums, he is 25 and a natural born finisher; David Villa Esq, Valencia are strapped for money and I expect him and Mata to leave in the summer. I'm also told we had scouts at their last home game; not sure if its true.

Griezmann / Biabany/ Mata/ Turan/ Robben; As we know we need supply for Carroll in the air and Europe has some sensational talent at the moment for the wings. Griezmann and Biabany are both young and french wingers that are ones to watch, however I believe Biabany is like Balotelli and that he doesn't really care. We all know about Liverpools history of Turan and if he does move to Valencia like is expected I expect us to move in for Mata. As I said they need money and they will have a replacement in Turan. Robben is a wildcard but he is only about 27 so has a few years left and proven across Europe, he feels he has business left in England and can't be guranteed CL at Bayern so there is no need to stay; I doubt this'll happen but a marquee signing is on the cards.

The 3 big boys, Hazard, Aguero and Sanchez; EXPECT NONE OF THE LATTER 2; Hazard's club could very well be turned by £25million; and probably the Marquee transfer of the summer; aside Aguero and Sanchez to Inter.

The last young rising star section; Lukaka (£17.5million is the reported amount they are looking for, worth it) Neymar (£35million is expected; we have no chance) Phil Jones (Young, English and Talented; although just signed a new contract so no this summer) We only have a chance of Lukaka and it is slim.

Sorry about the long post but I felt it was the right time to share my information; hope I have enlightened you about the great European spectrum of possible signings(P.S I expect only 6)

The Next ;) {Ed002's Note - We don't allow signatures to posts such as you used.}

I'm surprised one of the Ed's is so optimistic about Marveaux. He is extremely injury prone (missed entire 08/ 09 season & recently had a long term groin injury) and at 24 should be close to reaching his potential. He hasn't shown anything great playing for Rennes in a very weak league in comparison to what he will face in England, and it's no wonder he will be leaving on a free.

Don't get your hopes up guys, most likely another one of the wage bill that isn't up to LFC standard, ala Jovanovic & Cole.

{Ed002's Note - The first figure of hate before he arrives - well done.}

---------------------------------
The lads got bags full of potential, he turned down Manchester United and Chelsea last summer, he reminds me of a Malouda type player but faster and trickier, he can also play left back when needed.
An excellent coop for nothing!

The lad hasn't even arrived yet and he's getting stick of people like you who make us look like the plastic chavskis fan base. Support the team and the players Kenny buys!

Hi Eds

SSN are reporting that we have signed Marveaux for next season. I believe this story also ran not long after the Jan transfer window and has popped up again.

Can you guys or anyone confirm or deny this? I like the idea of Marveaux comming in if he is one of a number of players (as opposed to the answer to our problems) as we need depth and a good clean out of the overpriced under performing players.

I am astounded that our wage bill is on par with the likes of united and chelsea.

{Ed002's Note - A pre-contract agreement has been put in place so it is most likely that he will be making the move. The interest in the player dates back to well before Christmas. He will be an excellent addition to the squad.}

From very reliable source, Liverpool will sign 3 Argentine in the Summer: Evar Banega, Diego perotti and Mateo Musachio. But other 2 Argentine: Maxi and Insua leaving the club.

Hi all and Eds,
I have it now on good authority from a mate who can get to all the games unlike myself unfortunately due to my job! ! !
That we will if not already be bidding for wait for it????????? 1)sergio aguero
2)Alexi sanchez
3)Javier pastore
4)ashley young
5)gary cahill
6)charlie adam
7)Sylvain marveux
8)gael clichy
You will undoubtedly doubt this but i only believed it when i was reminded about the rule that all clubs have to start spending only what you generate/ make.
This rule kicks in not this summer but by next that is why my mate who knows someone who he knows someone said this is why they will make the outlay now while they can untill the new rule comes in.
I am still a little sceptic as i have typed them down but i trust my mate, known him most of my life. A good mate who trust.
Dont get me wrong there will be a few dead wood going as we all know?? but im keeping the faith for now till im proven wrong but just in case some or most of these come off you heard it hear first as all others put so why not join the rest and say it.

Ps please eds let me know what you think and macca and u all loyal lfc fans like me????

Kirkers lfc4eva {Ed001's Note - the ruling comes into force this summer, but it is done over 3 years of accounts.}
