We'll probably sell Maxi, Kuyt and Johnson to get 15 to 20 million and Carragher may retire and become a coach soon enough too (freeing up his wages).
Well,considering we spent 35 on Carroll and was it 22million for Suarez??,i'd say to get a few young quality players............YES I THINK THEY WOULD !! :)
Marin i dont know much but he is good for his age, however hoilett said that tottenham is unlikely as he wants most playing time. he would not get that at spurs as bale is in his starting spot.
Whey we're on to the dozen dead cert transfer predictions for the summer, and it's not even the end of spring. I'm usually quite good with knowledge of footballers. But who the heck is Lovren?
I think Luuk and Isla are very much possible with Kuyt and Glen leaving, Also Maxi will leave which makes us go for Winger/Play maker and there are plenty of options for that position and can't be sure who we will finally go for, but will only buy one player for that position with young guys like Texeira, Suso, Sterling and Silva waiting. As for CB, I don't think we will buy one unless Carragher is retired and Danny Wilson is deemed not good enough. And Aurelio will to leave with young Robinson and Flanagan both able to cover that position as backups and some GK changes with both Doni and Jones leaving and i believe so that Nordfeldt has already signed as their replacement. I believe these will the major changes for the Summer and probably some youngsters joining the Academy.

Hi Eds. I remember you saying that Liverpool have some scouts in Africa, do you know anyone that has has interest from us?
also is there any interest form European clubs in msakni (tunisia) because he looks very good {Ed002's Note - I have no idea about who has interested any of the clubs. It is never a simple case to bring African players to England due to work permits and there is another ACON in 2013 to further complicate matters. As signatories to the Cotonou Agreement are not counted against non-EU quotas in in certain countries (due to the Kolpak ruling) it makes moves to countries such as France and Spain most viable.}

It seems to me that Liverpool needs a player like Mata or Silva to pass the ball. Are there any plans for someone like them for the summer? Thanks. {Ed002's Note - The summer is a long way off and if recent history of interest in players is any guide I suspect a player of the ilk of Gaston Ramirez ramains a viable option. Again, we will have to see what happens about the Champions League.}
Get 2 on 5 year contracts £30 MIL each £60MIL in total put them both on £200 grand a week; simple isn't it?

hi ed, is it true that alan dzagoev's contract is up in the summer any interest? {Ed002's Note - He plays in Russia so his contract will run to December. Dzagoev has interested Chelsea in the past but Arsenal have shown a lot of interest this year. It is really too early to say what may happen with him.}
Players from russia have not always had the best of time in the EPL, arshavin is one. no doubt dzagoev is great but still

Not so much as a rumour but a question.. Why are we looking to off load glen johnson. He's had a good season and looks to be enjoying life with the reds again. Any clues?

Just fans talk maybe but he is one of the few players we could get a decent fee for and have cover for.
His wages are obscene.
The eds have answered this already ,he's on 90 k a week and they think that Kelly is a better option ,in my opinion it would free up wages if they did want to bring in a big player in the summer
I like the lad, agreed kelly is a sounder defender, but johnson is decent goin forward. does cause defenders problems n hav often thought it wud be worth him on the wing (this is only my opinion, kk is far more qualified than any of us to decide. So in kk we trust)

Not sure if this is for football reasons because I don't buy this 'Kelly is a better right back' argument. Kelly has potential to become a very good Liverpool/England RB/CB. Johnson is current Liverpool's and England's best rightback by a mile. It's either to reduce wage bill or some kind of cleansing, perhaps.

Commoli has given up on signing Hazard and has been scouting another Belgian, namely Mertens from PSV. Cant say if we will sign him but I know we are keeping an eye on him. The Robster.
Mertens is the better of the two with the bigger potential and with the better attitude to boot. Good job if Comolli is tracking him.
