Hi eds, long time!
I for one, have not been impressed with Johnson's performances of late! We need competition for him! Or even replace him! Do you know if we are in for a RB, and is there any chance of debuchy? he would be a great signing!

Johnson needs to go. He can't defend, looks good at times going forward but he slows play down a lot with his indecision. Get shot I say, me drives insane

Glen johnson has been poor since the tail end of last season, the way we play now we need more athletic full bks, he looks very leggy if we lose the ball high up in the opposition half, I will hold my hand up and say I thought flannigan was not good enough but give him his due, he has been our best full bk this season by a mile, I would move him to his original position and drop johnson and bring in a left back with quality not a cheap fix that you can not trust in big games like ally ciskoko .

Johnson just looks in over his head. Like he has no confidence on the ball, especially when pressured in our own half.

While LFC are in the driving seat as regards the signing of Salah it now appears both Arsenal and Tottenham have made yet further enquiries and tried to convince the player to join them.
We have been in for the player for quite some time and sources from within the club are confident he will sign. Even the player himself has publically said he would welcome the move and everyone knows the now famous quote from his team mate about being "99% certain he will join" but I always start to get twitchy when other teams start to get involved and until an official announcement is made I will just sit here with all things crossed as from what I have seen of the guy he will be a good signing for the team.

I know you don't take much notice of betting patterns as regard's transfers, BUT Salah to LFC has been suspended. This happens very rarely until it has been confirmed and is usually pretty accurate.

Is this not similar to when Ribery was rumoured to be joining LFC, betting suspended then if my memory serves me correctly.
I take all of this with a pinch of salt, until he's officially holding up his LFC shirt on our website, I won't be holding my breath.
Let's see. By all accounts he would be a good addition the the squad, we do need more attacking threat( I know he's not a striker) as I fear Sturridge will be out again at some point this season.

Liverpool will make javi Martinez there no1 target in the summer if they qualify for the champions league.
Martinez has lost his place this season due to bayern preferring lahm in his position.
