Jordan Veretout being linked in many reports today.
I notice you said that you are not aware we are after him but these reports say an un-named English club has submitted a bid (this has come from Nantes allegedly)
SO. do you know who the club is??

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of Nantes saying anything about "unnamed club". What is known is that Nantes (although not Der Zakarian) are expecting him to move on this summer and provide a good source of income. It is also known that discussions have been held with l'OM and with Spurs. l'OM need a replacement for Imbula and have lost out on Gueye so have turned to Veretout. Spurs would like the player but need to make room for him. I am not aware of any approach to Nantes by Liverpool at this time.}

Sounds Unbelievable, if we can make Solid, Strong Bids for Rues, Lacazette & Gotze they may come, Big Doubts But Fingers Crossed, We Really Neeed to Ship out the likes of Enrique, Lambert, Borini, Allen, Balotelli (beleieve he deserves a 2nd season) & Lucas who is a good midfielder but his Lack of goalscoring seriously scares me

Why would lack of goal scoring with Lucas scare you.
Its like saying Mignolet's lack of goal scoring scares you.
My issues with lucas is fitness/injuries and Mobility. His defensive awareness is superb though and when fully fit is an excellent player. Unless we buy an improvement (medel) we must not sell. he might not want to do it but I wish Lucas would mentor Emre Can to the role. Emre Can with Lucas's reading of the game and defensive awareness would be a special special talent.

Matic Is Overrated & had a much higher price tag.
Milner, Can, Henderson & Rossiter could fill Lucas's Shoes Easily he can't even hit the target when he does shoot!
i really want to see the likes of Lucas, Lambert, Borini, Enrique, Allen & Maybe Balotelli Leave.
Yes we have Sturridge, Ings, Benteke, Ibe & Origi however.
Sturridge is always injured, so no guarantees he will be firing on all cylinders?
That leaves not the most prolific Goal threatening 4 as strikers.
Would love to see some qaulity of Lacazette & Rues, Maybe even Berahino, everyone slates Berahino because of his off-field press but Balotelli was worse & we spunked £16 million up the wall on him . LOL
Gotze would make a great addition to the midfield or attacking areas
This Lucas Digne would be a good fit for Enrique's place in the squad.
We will be in 4 Competitions next seasons, ijuries could prove costly with a lot of under par players in my eyes.
Just my opinion, We are LFC we deserve World Class. Lucas has hardly Featured in Brazils team since playing at Liverpool!

I totally agree with Benzo here but can't help thinking the only way this will happen is on FIFA. However if we ever want to compete long term for the title plus champ league, I can't help but feel we need to be convincing these big names to join somehow. Again only my opinion.
