with us possibly looking at another wide player, preferably left footed, do you see any chance of us landing carlos vela? he's been playing very well for real sociedad, but with sociedad doing quite bad in the league so far, maybe he would be interested in a move? fantastic player and he has a good finish too, think he would be a great buy {Ed001's Note - I believe, according to an ex-team mate of his anyway, he didn't settle in England, which was why he was sold by Arsenal. With that in mind, I would think it unlikely he would want to return.}

Sweden sites report that we are after guidetti for 5 million punds, is it any truth in this or have they made up the news by themselves? {Ed002's Note - I expect that Guidetti will be allowed to leave with interest remaining from both long term suitors Borussia Monchengladbach and Trabzonspor as well as Liverpool.}

He's 21 and did really well onloan for FeyEnoord RotTerdam, scoring 20 in 23 games and making 8 assists. He could be a huge player, given the chance; which he won't at City.

Was tipped for big things when he came to England and the clips I've seen show him to be strong confident player. Eds do u rate him and would he be able to leave in Jan or sign per contract terms to move for free in summer? {Ed001's Note - his contract is not up until 2015, so I have no idea why you are mentioning him going on a free. Guidetti is a top prospect, City do not want to lose him, but they simply have better options in their team at the moment.}

I heard that Liverpool are going to move for shaarawy. is there any truth in this? {Ed002's Note - Arsenal, Real Madrid and PSG would all like to strike a deal with Milan at some point but the player is happy where he is and Milan have no intention of selling unless a very significant offer is made. Previous interest from Monaco and Spurs remains unconfirmed and Napoli dropped out of the running when they signed Callejon, as did Manchester City when they signed Jovetic. Do not be surprised to see an offer from Dortmund. I am not aware of any confirmed interest from Liverpool at this time, although perhaps if someone leaves they could look to him.}
