Why would we look for another CB? They're not long term injuries and we already have too many as it is? Did you forget about Wisdom and Llori even Lucas can play there? Maybe we should loan caulker in again if it's signings for the sake of it he was class wasn't he?

well said CyKlopps we have matip and lovren as first choice centre backs plus lucas as you have already pointed out, I thought the idea was to reduce the playing staff to a manageable level, we can't keep buying players just to cover a short term situation, we panicked last season doing that and ended up with caulker, and then played him up front, may I just say how gutted I am for joe Gomez and I wish him a speedy recovery, please pass on our best wishes next time you speak to him square tomato.

is his injury confirmed as short term? achilles injuries are generally not short term minor things.

I heard before that klopp planning to have 4 CB, lovren, sakho, matip n gomez. So I think that llori n wisdom will be sold soon as klopp overhauling the squad. So its left lucas only as cover with sakho n gomez are injured, but still lucas also been rumours to be sold, turkey club are interested. So apparently we need at least one more backup CB.
