Sahin and Tello are very distinct possibilitys on loan, and are very close. Dempsey is close, Adam is stalling on going the other way, Agger is negotiating a new contract and is close to signing...
Tell us somethin we havnt heard...

Nuri Sahin will join on a season long loan, Liverpool are also in talks to land Jose Callejon from Madrid on the same contract much will depend on what happens with Cristian Tello.
In terms of outgoings - Suso is being lined up with a loan deal to Blackpool (a move which was successful for Shelvey)
Also Notts Forest and Reading are interested in taking Jay Spearing (Thank God)
I know for i fact Callejon isn't leaving because he is there super sub. Played amazing last season and i would be personic to let him leave and i think we can agree mourinho isn't an person!
So we would be taking Jose on loan then? For some reason I would prefer if we signed tello or callejon.

If ur gonna try make stuff up atleast try and make it the slightest bit believable. there is no way arsenal would offer walcott wages in excess of £100k a week. he would be very lucky to get even £60k to £70k. and if arsenal were to offer him a new contract im pretty sure it wud be for more than 2 years

Based on Arteta allegedly having to take a pay cut when he went from Everton to Arsenal, I find it highly unlikely that they will offer Theo anywhere near 100k a week. I don't know what the fuss is anyway, he is an average player with no final ball. Best asset is his pace which he rarely uses to his advantage...

There are much younger, more inexperienced players further down the pecking order that would be loaned out before Kelly. Think he has been a victim of Glen Johnson's high profile as I really think at times, although he is less of a flare player, he actually fit better into the team when he played. It was not long ago that loads of people were calling for Glen to be pushed on to RW with Kelly in behind. But a simple question - in what way would our new style of play benefit from sending him to play under Warnock?

It's not ALL BS that gets put on here you know. I was the first to post that MCFC was interested in Agger and got shot to down by so called fans on here. Hi eds, there was interest in Vargas but that seems to of dwindled out. Maybe Stirling will figure more this season. After all he has been played in the left and downing on the right. Downing seems to be more potent If he plays on the right, cutting inside on to his left. What about bhelandi of Montpellier? {Ed002's Note - Over recent months there has confirmed interest in Belhanda from Malaga, Inter, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal and PSG and there is unconfirmed interest from Roma. The player says he wishes a move to Italy or Germany with Bayern Munich or Dortmund or to play for PSG if Italy or Germany is not possible (seems he is not really sure where he wants to move to). There was never any interest in Vargas whatsoever. we will buy mediocre players at best. we will lose agger, wont ever be fully replaced, as was the case with alonso, but I have some faith in coates. we are a mid table side now, and we have just rolled over and accepted it

its on sky gaston ramirez agent saying tottenham agreed fee for gaston ramirez but havnt agreed wages. i think it wont be long before spurs up the wage offer and a deal is done!! agent also says they had a brief chat with liverpool but thats as far as its gone so doesnt look like liverpool going to sign him

A Twitter rumour from Agent_ITK who has got a lot of the transfers correct this summer called the Rodwell one in May, he's adament that we've agreed 18 million deal with Bologna and Ramirez is having a medical today, just passing on this rumour may turn out false but he says he is 100 percent certain

Gaston Ramirez's agent apparently has it on twitter also. It's a 18 mill bid that's been accepted. By my knowledge spurs offered him just over 16 mill but failed to meet his wages. So this is out of inter Milan, spurs and Liverpool.

Drigan {Ed002's Note - There are those at Liverpool who would like to sell now. If there is an option to buy it would be unlikely that Real MAdrid would put anything but a very high number on it. It seems more likely to be a straight loan deal, as the player wants to try and make it in Madrid.}
Perhaps loan Sahin for a year, get him first team experience and then let him return. During this time Xabi's contract is ending then maybe, just maybe bring him back home.

Thanks Lucas {Ed002's Note - You need to remember that "star" is a subjective term and Sahin is clearly the most viable loan option. Unless Tello signs a new contract at Barcelona I don't see how he could be loaned out. Sold yes, but a loan seems incredibly unlikely with a new contract.}
If Tello went on loan then Barca will get no transfer fee for the kid. After a year he could leave for free.

Balague said this morning (via Twitter) that he thinks we're in the driving seat for both sahin and tello although the latter is unsure about moving abroad.
He said it was possible to get both. He seems to think that Xabi has convinced sahin that one season abroad will give him great confidence and experience.

Guys I KNOW its from Twitter BUT Guillem Ballague saying ALONSO is going no where! But believes we have done enough to convince Sahin to join us and Tello is interested too, but apparently shy about leaving Spain! Again yes it is twitter BUT Ballague knows his stuff especially where Spain and Spanish players are concerned!
Alonso will join next summer, this summer is out of the question, but imagine next summer if we loan sahin this summer. buy him at the end.. bring in alonso, hopefully a couple more top players.. this is just the beginning!!

Pretty sure every LFC fan would have him back. How great it was to see him play so well in the Euros. Fact is that he has moved on now, we've just got to get over that he's not coming back - such a shame...

As I was saying the other day about the 2 BBVA La Liga. Its been made clear to me as though we went there with the intention of signing either Tello or Afellay....aswell as Sahin.
Negotiations have been discussed and a deal for both Sahin and Tello have been agreed I have been told. Alls that is to be completed is the players and players managers to agree terms, have a medical and sign on the dotted line.
To be completed over the next day or so.
Charlie Adam will make way, and Dempsey will sign as has already been said.
Our attack and midfield will now have a strong amount of depth..
No news on Agger, I'm afraid.

One question for the Eds: Why would Barca lend out a player with only 12 months left on his contract? To me this does not make sense as after the loan he would be free. Wouldn't they want to sell him instead?

Liverpool will launch a bid for theo walcott sometime this week. Figure expected to be in the region of 16m

I doubt about his ability in the current liverpool team... although we're lack of pace, walcott may not be a good choice with a 16m tag... i would go for Dempsey or AJ for his position

Hearing Liverpool are in talks with Amorebieta over a possible move. Not good for Agger.
Agger has quite clearly stated he's happy and wants to stay with us so if he is sold then it is purely a management decision and we'll know that we're prepared to sell any team member as long as enough cash comes our way.

rumours from Denmark in regards to agger, apearentlhy he does not want to play for another english club, and incase such a transfer is to be brought up, he will stay the at liverpool for the rest of hes contract, if the club decide to sell him of to a foreign club, hes first priority is to stay, but if the club feels the money is worth more at the current time, then he will move, in the good faith that its the best for the club.

Eds, do you think Ashley Williams of Swansea would be a target if/when Agger goes? The papers seem to think so, but I can't see Rodgers raiding his former club twice, and I don't think he'll really cut it.

Hey Eds. Just seen on SSN that Kevin Mirallas's transfer clause is £6.3m. Are we interested in him? I know Arsenal are. Personally I think that would be a great signing for that price, especially if Carroll is going. Thanks.
