Hey eds, sorry but another random name caught my attention - Ruben Pardo. Do we hold any interest in the youngster? I have not heard any links to him before, but he is very highly thought of in Spain? Also, any updates on that lad from Atletico - Saul?

Hey eds, rumours we are keeping track of Lazar Markovic - how has he been doing in Portugal, and do we hold any actual interest? Thought he was nailed on for Chelsea at one point.

Just wondered if there was any interest in Swansea's Wilifred Bony? I seem to recall we had some interest in him a couple of seasons ago and he seems like he could be another option for us upfront. Has not looked out of place in the European games either.

Extremely wasteful striker, almost as bad in front of goal as Soldado. We have no need of him.

Apparently we sent Barry Hunter to scout Markovic on Wednesday against Ireland. Are you aware of this? Also he doesn't seem to be an amazing player, only 20 seems one for the future and not for current starting birth, I may be wrong, what's your thought please?
{Ed001's Note - one of my mates was at the game and swears blind he saw him there, so it does seem he was there. I don't know who we were watching, we have had interest in a number of their players in recent years, Tosic, Ljajic, Krsticic and Gudelj spring to mind as other possibles. The latter two have been watched a couple of times for their clubs as well this season, as has Markovic. Not sure which would be the particular one Hunter would be looking at.}

Has Ed02 not said on a previous occasion that Chelsea are part owners of markovic. I maybe wrong.
