I think spirit will be our factor this year, like Spurs for most of last season, but with no Europe it should help a lot. I don't think any player in our squad will not bust a gut next season - benteke and balo not included. It can be disheartening when you are losing and players aren't doing so, and I think we may grab a few late winners this season. Lallana and Milner may not be the best, but they will try, we all know that, and I think you only need one player who is a work horse and little else, but if Milner is out of midfield that is fine. Especially in the press, all need to be involved and now they will be. I am hopeful of top four This season.

I really hope Markovic stays with us this season. He may not play every game, but the lads got something about him. He seems to be getting more confidence and he's definately a good young talent . The ball he played to Grujic for the fourth goal was class.

07 Aug 2016 00:42:16
Maybe, he seems a little lightweight, would rather give the few chances to ojo.
With a pick of forwards and maybe 4-3-3, coutinho and mane and firmino playing most weeks, we don't need markovic.

07 Aug 2016 12:54:12
I would personally have rather seen Ibe kept over Markovic. The same point with Ibe as with Markovic why keep someone as backup and waste a year of their career when they can play and improve elsewhere!

Hi Ed's.

Whats the status of ............

Believable0 Unbelievable6

{Ed002's Note - This is the Liverpool page.}

06 Aug 2016 22:32:58
I think I was wrong about Mane :) and I'm so happy about that!
But I was completely right about Klavan and Grujic, we've got a couple of gems on our hands here reds. That header was World Class no doubt about it. He has to start in midfield I'm not bothered who makes way, need the goals from midfield and the boys a class act.

Believable8 Unbelievable3

07 Aug 2016 04:41:24
he can take can's place and is already better than him.

But all of you will disagree.

Cheers.

07 Aug 2016 10:05:22
Fair play dbol. Not many have the stones to come on here and own up to that. I wonder if frankly will if GW has a good season.

06 Aug 2016 22:09:38
Guess coutinho won't be joining Barcelona this season 😂

Missed the game and stand out surprises.

Milner getting on the coach on crutches, Lovren walking with a special boot on and Klopp refusing to answer any questions from The S*n reporter at his post match news conference.

06 Aug 2016 23:12:59
Injuries continue to be a complete b***h under Klopp. I really hope we have at least 80 percent of the squad fit for the Arsenal game. AND A NEW LB!

06 Aug 2016 20:42:16
Very encouraging signs in today's performance both offensively and defensively. Mane a stand out but also klavan did well and showed that he could be a very important player for us. Wijnaldum was less impressive but hopefully will fit in well once fully integrated as Stewart looks ready to step in.
The elephant in the room is still LB. With Milner injuring his heel surely we must look to strengthen here. Moreno was caught out again today and doesn't seem to learn.
I'm pleased with out business so far but we've known since May we needed a LB, let's hope we get one in by end of window.

Believable8 Unbelievable7

06 Aug 2016 21:02:26
Stewart was incredible. Best player on the pitch today, alongside Mane.

I don't know how people can be negative about playing Arsenal in a week now. I can't wait.

06 Aug 2016 21:06:07
I seriously believe we are going to get a full back. The club can't be serious to let Flanagan and Smith go and not sign a replacement.

06 Aug 2016 21:12:17
Disagree over wijnaldum, thought he was a steadying influence in the middle. But agree very encouraging performance with left back being the only concern.

06 Aug 2016 21:23:15
Hendostheman I completely agree he provided a steadiness and confident link between midfield and attack, something I've not seen for a while. He helped keep Barcelona quiet from the middle of the park which is no mean feat, friendly or not.

06 Aug 2016 21:30:17
MK who needs Pogba when we've got Kevin Linford Stewart.

06 Aug 2016 21:44:35
Cheers natural poolie. Fully agree with your follow up.

06 Aug 2016 21:46:16
Wijnaldum went under the radar because he did his job and did it with precision in my opinion, very good run out for him. Personally I think he will be the shrewed purchase of the season, even more than grujic and Mane. Henderson did well also two completely different style of players but playing either worked well even with all the changes.

A poor Barcelona performance but Liverpool were 10 steps ahead most of the game.

06 Aug 2016 21:46:52
Haha, not sure I'd put him alongside Pogba but he is an excellent midfielder.

06 Aug 2016 22:23:21
Really? Am i the only one who kept seeing wijnaldum out of position constantly with runners always in behind him? Its just a friendly though and preseason so i'm not really fussed but i expect more next week!

06 Aug 2016 22:33:40
Stewart the best player on the pitch? No way. He did well and I agree but to me apart from Mane, it was Klavan. He showed a positional sense we and always knew where to be and does not get into rash challenges. Reads the game well and knows when to get rid or play coolly out of the back. He was arguably my best player.

06 Aug 2016 22:49:11
I think Klopp told him to try and be more disciplined wasn't everywhere and tried to stay more central. Out of position a little at times, but put the yards in.

06 Aug 2016 22:52:45
Stewart played well when he came on but his biggest problem is ball retention. I don't think a game goes by when he doesn't give the ball away in dangerous positions from casual passes normally sideways as if he has a blind spot.
No doubt he is going to be a very good player but this is an area of his game that needs improving.

06 Aug 2016 20:38:24
Origi will be the first pick striker by Christmas in games where a striker is needed.
Wiljandum will ba a crucial player for us. good energy, top technique and the classic Dutch "somebody stole my horse" legs, reminds me of dirk.

Believable7 Unbelievable7

06 Aug 2016 21:11:45
wijnaldum really is a goalscoring midfielder. everytime we regain possession the guys busting his lungs into the box. i know he didn't score any bt i can see why he gets double digits a season.

him and grugic can score for sure, atleast we have abit of goals from midfield now.

06 Aug 2016 21:13:13
Think origi deserves to start the season as first choice.

06 Aug 2016 22:25:13
'somebody stole my horse legs'.

Haha.

06 Aug 2016 22:34:27
Origi will pass the likes of Hendo and Can this season. He'll be unreal towards the end of the season if he stays fit.

06 Aug 2016 22:35:13
Origi will be first choice eventually, I'm sure of it.

06 Aug 2016 20:27:17
Carlos Puyol, Terry Venebles, Ronaldino, Johan Cryuff, Miguel Suarez, Diego Maradonna, Berndt Schuster, Bobby Robson, Jose Mourinho, Michael Laudrup, Louis Enrique,

06 Aug 2016 19:40:12
Not sure where would we fit in £25 mill Wijnaldum.

Believable6 Unbelievable17

06 Aug 2016 20:05:30
i think the person who bought him knows where to fit him so don't worry about it.

06 Aug 2016 22:36:12
He'd better know because with what I saw today, I really don't see where he fits in.

06 Aug 2016 19:40:04
Preseason, against a Barcelona team far from match fit, but it's still hard not to get excited by that result and performance.

Mane, Klavan, Firmino, Stewart, Lovren and Origi all played extremely well imo. Klavan was very cool under pressure, only made 1 error that I could see and almost immediately atoned for it. Milner showed he can do a job at Left Back but does lack defensive awareness; not nearly as lacking as Moreno.

Henderson also impressed in spells, but the standout midfield performance has to go to Stewart for me, solid as a rock defensively with good product going forward. Mane will rightfully get all the plaudits on the first three goals, but Origi's influence can not be understated, especially in the second goal with that cute flick on for Mane.

It certainly bodes well for the season, especially against teams who like all the possession, but I still think we need to address left back as Moreno and Milner did let Barcelona in a few times through poor positioning.

Onwards and upwards for the reds I think,

YNWA

PS: Can I just say a huge well done to the fans at the stadium for the noise and commitment, nearly 90,000 people turning up for a friendly!

Believable11 Unbelievable7

06 Aug 2016 19:57:21
Big season for Origi, I think he has the talent to be something special. Pace, strength, physical presence, skill and he can finish combined with a good work ethic.

06 Aug 2016 21:19:35
Don't get all this Barcelona aren't match fit rubbish. They are at most a week behind us (but they have the Spanish Super Cup next week) and yes they made changes but then so did we! We completely changed our midfield and attack during the game and still ran out comfortable winners. Now we are seeing why Klopp wanted to add pace to the team. Win the ball and get it forward to a pacey attacker then support him with pace. Last season we would break forward and have one player in the box. Today it was 3 or 4 breaking into the box. Great to see against a very good side who are only a week away from competitive action.

06 Aug 2016 22:33:57
Missed out Lallana, he was brilliant first half, a free role in midfield seems to suit him more than on the right.

07 Aug 2016 00:26:39
Barcelona were not match fit yet had no issue dispatching Celtic and LC 3-1 and 4-2. Yet when we beat them 4-0 (especially after a first 30 mins where we ran them ragged) and where we were defensively solid, it was just a friendly. I don't much care much for friendlies that much BUT you want to see if your tactical ideas and all the work on the training pitch through out the preseason will come to fruition and boy, did it vs Barca. The way we played has Klopp written all over it. Pace, power, press and quick incisive passing with lethal accuracy. That is Klopp through and through and we blew them away. If people think Barcelona won't care they got owned by LFC in a showcase friendly at Wembley where Messi and Suarez played, they are deluding themselves. They got their bells rung today and they know it and won't be happy about it because they don't like to lose ever and they're not used to losing games.

06 Aug 2016 19:22:41
Know it's only a friendly and they're behind in their pre-season conditioning, but we looked very sharp and our defence in particular was really pleasing. Klopp seems to be playing a 4-1-4-1 when we don't have the ball with either Can or Stewart in between the lines, and our pressing in this setup was outstanding which made for the win.

There's also a clear difference now we have so pace in the attacking mids/ forward line, and those early passes once we gain possession to release the forwards are making us look very very dangerous - reminds me a bit of 13/ 14 season when we had Sterling, Suarez and Sturridge breaking forward (now Mane, Firmino and Origi/ Sturridge) .

As for the players, it seems Lovren and Klavan are really starting to gel, and thought Mane was exceptional, and really good from Firmino, Origi, Hendo, Stewart, Clyne, Llalana, Milner.

Zimbo

I'm not 100% sure on this so ill have to ask Eds to check but.

Are we allowed to praise Henderson and Lallana in the same post?

07 Aug 2016 07:47:43
You're right mate, my apologies ;)

06 Aug 2016 19:20:22
My o my! Good game. I know it's only a warmup friendly, but that was fun to watch, despite an obviously very rusty Barcelona team. Mane is going to be one hell of player for us. And Klavan was as solid as a rock; no frills, just basic efficient defending. Interesting times ahead.

Believable11 Unbelievable7

07 Aug 2016 00:28:51
Klavan was my MOTM.

06 Aug 2016 19:16:23
Just waiting for all the negative posts o start now! A special performance and the future looks bright!

Even mignolets miskicks ended up with our players

Sorry, couldn't resist!

06 Aug 2016 19:32:54
Great result great game great performance and great to here the luis suarez song.

06 Aug 2016 21:30:12
Seriously a disagree to what our performance or to the fans chanting suarez song.

06 Aug 2016 19:11:25
Great result hope they get lot of confidence from that.

06 Aug 2016 19:19:21
Brilliant only two who let me down were coutinho and thr usual moreno. Klavan solid and all quality.

06 Aug 2016 19:38:33
Ken why did they let you down? How?

06 Aug 2016 19:58:51
Can't read too much into it. But that header from Grujic was something else. That boy is a real talent.

06 Aug 2016 20:06:43
Here goes the negativity. Moreno didn't do anything wrong neither did Coutinho just bitching for the sake of bitching! Coutinho played 45, ok was quiet but that's how he is, can be quiet for long periods then comes up with a screamer. Hardly let anyone down. I'm one of the people who think we need a left back but I will defend moron-o here, didn't do anything to let the side down, give a need less free kick away for a barge but that's as far as it goes. You need to support people when support is deserved mate!

06 Aug 2016 20:30:18
WelshRed84

Well said. Young Moreno did nothing wrong today.
Let's give the lad a break!

06 Aug 2016 20:53:30
Welsh red u complain about negativity then get such a cheap shot in with morenos name.

06 Aug 2016 21:16:46
Because he's usually a moron. Not today though. Be interesting to hear your opinion bacon!

07 Aug 2016 00:31:14
Welsh, if you're going to defend the guy at least, stop calling him a moron because that defeats the purpose of your argument.

07 Aug 2016 08:27:50
Stop talking rubbish and read the posts properly cincy, he's usually a moron everyone knows that, but not against barca. Done nothing wrong but still got stick. You only commented hoping someone else jumped on the bandwagon and agreed with you for a change as everyone usually disagrees with your weird views!

06 Aug 2016 19:08:38
That's what you call A FIFA header from grujic.

Believable19 Unbelievable3

06 Aug 2016 21:29:47
FIFA header? It wasn't incompetent or corrupt so I won't call it a FIFA header.

07 Aug 2016 10:24:59
The game Ron lol.

06 Aug 2016 19:04:06
Good evening eds, looking good for a win against Barcelona, quick question, who within the club decides the pre-season games / completions we play in?

Believable1 Unbelievable2

{Ed002's Note - They did very well today. The club looks at what invitations they have, plus what commitments they have in terms of promises made to other clubs, any needs of the sponsors and, in particular, how much they are being paid. It will be handled by the commercial side of the business who will consult with others. This game was going to be held in Dublin originally but agreement could not be reached over the use of the stadium there.}

06 Aug 2016 18:58:03
I've got to say how proud I am of my fellow fans.

A seemingly meaningless friendly over 200 miles from our home ground and we have just recorded the second largest attendance at Wembley EVER!

89,845 fans, around 90% Liverpool!

Amazing!

P. s. Still annoyed at missing 2 goals!

Believable17 Unbelievable2

06 Aug 2016 19:08:29
Fans were special today. Well done every single one of you.

06 Aug 2016 19:09:27
Only a friendly, but the team did good today. Pressing was sharp, the rhythm was good. Grujic scores again.
Fills one with hope that the team can do something special this year.

06 Aug 2016 18:45:53
Mane class.

Believable14 Unbelievable4

06 Aug 2016 18:56:25
Sounds like a class that a lion would attend?

{Ed023's Note - You've certainly made up for that tyred pun lol}

06 Aug 2016 19:25:16
You on those brownies again Z? 😁.

06 Aug 2016 18:45:13
Got to say people I know it's only a friendly and Barcelona are slightly behind us in terms of match sharpness but we look good pressing as a unit, mane looks a great signing! Always wanting to beat his man and working well with clyne! Looking forward to this season boys.

Harrumph!

Believable5 Unbelievable5

06 Aug 2016 18:46:44
Must be because I'm two-tyred.

{Ed023's Note - Oh my...}

06 Aug 2016 19:00:24
How often do you pop out for a biycle?

06 Aug 2016 19:13:04
What a let down.

06 Aug 2016 19:17:23
A lot more people popped out for a bicycle after me.

I started a chain reaction.

06 Aug 2016 19:17:36
I'll get my coat.

06 Aug 2016 19:17:53
Wouldn't want to saddle anyone with my humour.

06 Aug 2016 19:18:51
Always peddling the same jokes.

06 Aug 2016 19:29:01
Don't be cranky.

06 Aug 2016 19:31:13
You must be so tyred from all that pumping.

06 Aug 2016 19:33:57
Yea zed wheely bad!

06 Aug 2016 20:01:27
Any references to Ian Air?

06 Aug 2016 21:31:08
Zed's been on the gear.

06 Aug 2016 21:49:04
Did you enjoy it Ron?

I loved the atmosphere, and the banter in the pubs afterwards!

Don't think I will ever see close to 80k Liverpool fans together in one stadium again!

06 Aug 2016 21:54:57
How could you not enjoy that. Great atmosphere, great run out by the lads even Migs got behind a few shots. 😎.

06 Aug 2016 18:12:12
I know you are all slagging Moreno on here but all issues aside, pre season whenever him and Mane have played together they seem to link up really well. Moreno's only on 2 mins and puts Mane through with a great move, promising signs for me I know you've all washed your hands off Moreno but now Milner looks to have been injured he will most likely start. I wish him well and hope he proves everyone wrong YNWA.

Believable8 Unbelievable7

06 Aug 2016 22:38:55
It just frustrates me watching him. Yeah he's a threat with his pace going forward but the decisions he makes are shocking, at least twice today he had time to get the ball under control but opted to clear it up field.

06 Aug 2016 18:07:29
Great first half.

Believable3 Unbelievable3

06 Aug 2016 18:02:26
Wijnaldum looks lost, Mane looks a machine.

Believable6 Unbelievable12

06 Aug 2016 19:18:14
Don't think he's lost, just getting to grips with his new role.

06 Aug 2016 20:11:52
Give the lad some time to adapt. Doesn't happen overnight. Especially not against one of the worlds best midfields.

06 Aug 2016 20:14:01
Ah yes, dealing in extremes as always.

Of course all our players are either amazing or awful (note: this can change on a day by day basis)

06 Aug 2016 17:35:07
Looks like we've bought a proper player in mane!

Believable11 Unbelievable6

06 Aug 2016 18:27:28
How can any muppet disagree been best player of 22.

06 Aug 2016 17:34:53
I personally think lallana is quality. Don't know why he gets so many knocks on here.

Believable11 Unbelievable8

07 Aug 2016 01:25:06
Has the ability but lacks end product from that ability, not just goals and assists but also slowing down attacks and counter attacks with needless cruyff turns, so for his position in the front three he doesn't do enough. However a central midfield role seems to suit him better so it will be interesting to see if this position change is permanent or not.

06 Aug 2016 16:27:56
Just wondering if sturridfe is injured as he is not named in the squad to play barca?

Believable3 Unbelievable5

06 Aug 2016 16:46:16
Slight hip issue.

06 Aug 2016 17:25:29
It always starts as a slight hip niggle. Expect him to be back for the last 8 league games.

{Ed002's Note - Typically - no support of the player from some of the fans. You are an absolute laughing stock.}

06 Aug 2016 17:35:53
Ed2 what do you mean by support? We support him, we are just saying due to his DELICATE nature, he is better suited as a sub.

{Ed002's Note - Having a dig at yet another Liverpool player is hardly supporting him. It is simply yet another embarrassing post.}

06 Aug 2016 18:28:49
if that is supporting a player then you should be ashamed of yourself! For the love of god don't ever put YNWA at the end of one of your posts.

06 Aug 2016 18:26:38
Sorry ed002 but you can support the player all you like, I'm personally a massive fan of Daniel as if fit there's not many better in the world let alone in the PL but any more wasted seasons with him out injured and it's going to be a waste him being àt the club. Paying his wages for him to sit on the medi bed is a big draw on the club's resources. It's not a case of support its a case of we could be paying a striker who is able to play a season. You can support a player through may be a bad season but when does a bad stroke of luck become a problem for the club? This wouldn't be Daniel's first problem season but his third.

{Ed002's Note - Force him out - get up there and daub abuse on the stadium, maybe threaten his family. It is after all the Liverpool way.}

06 Aug 2016 18:34:02
Both of you are absolute jokes. he's already shown a much more positive upturn in regard to injuries. No wonder ed002 ridicules so many lfc fans.

06 Aug 2016 19:01:50
Where's the upturn Smallsy if he is already out injured and the season hasn't started yet? Ed002 why the dramatics? Another season of constant injuries and yes he should be sold if possible. It's not a case of not supporting the player it's a case of what's best for the club and paying huge wages to a player for three years spent on the medi table is something lfc could do without.

{Ed002's Note - You should follow the Liverpool way and make it clear he is not wanted at the club any more. Force him out.}

06 Aug 2016 19:19:00
Ed002 if he could turn his fitness issues around then we would still have a proper quality Striker so why would I want him out? I would rather he was fit but paying a player huge wages for playing 1/ 3 of a season makes no sense for any club and it's something LFC can little afford.

06 Aug 2016 19:32:22
No need to force him out. His injuries will do that for him. See Ed2 if not for his injuries, our last full season under BR won't ve been what it was. What more support do you expect? Stick with an obvious deficient striker? We now have Ings, Origi and possibly Firmino, and we support them all. Until he is willing to play despite discomfort, he should not expect too much from us. China doll that he is!

06 Aug 2016 19:42:14
It is not a question of not supporting him. Personally, I am a big fan and I think he is one of the best strikers in the league but I have gotten used to the fact that he won't be playing regularly through a season and stated that albeit going on a hyperbole. I get your point Ed. I am sorry if it sounded offensive and non supportive. Cheers!

06 Aug 2016 19:48:57
Ed02, you're spot on to criticise the people who make these posts, but to say it's the Liverpool way is bang out of order! The huge majority of fans support their team and all its players.

{Ed002's Note - For years the fans of LIverpool have done things like this - pushd aside Dalglish in favour of the runt, daubed paint on the stadium, etc., etc.. You might want look back a bit and see the change in demographic.}

06 Aug 2016 16:24:56
For me it makes more sense for milner to play rb and have clyne push over to lb as milies delivery is much better.

Believable2 Unbelievable7

06 Aug 2016 17:03:21
Play 2 out of position instead of one? Sure why not? Lol.

06 Aug 2016 18:46:04
Sorry your right clyne offers way to much down the right to be moved over to the left where he never plays.

06 Aug 2016 16:11:20
Like the look of that team attacking wise, but would like to see origi up top and drop lallana, pace can hurt barca.

Believable2 Unbelievable4

06 Aug 2016 16:32:53
Wijnaldum in centre midfield is a poor choice.

06 Aug 2016 16:43:51
Let it go Shankly, get off the guys case. All you do is bash GW. He hasn't even played a proper game yet! Give him a chance for gods sake!

Said it before, you don't deserve to even have Shankly in your name mate!

06 Aug 2016 17:00:33
He's played there for Psv Klopp most of seen something in are team that needs him.

06 Aug 2016 17:06:02
Big game today and another one away on sunday, last time to try out a few new combo s, so we can only hope that we play well, and no more injuries .

06 Aug 2016 17:10:27
Hes athletic and runs with the ball well, if Can improved his positioning they could compliment each other well.

06 Aug 2016 17:19:18
He played most of his time for PSV at number 10 or wide. When he played centrally for Newcastle last year he was awful, he also played centrally for the Netherlands in the Euro qualifiers and that didn't work out well either. £25m wasted.

Frankly, Newcastle are different club, different players, different tactics. Just because he played a couple games at centre mid and was poor doesn't mean it's already wasted.
We don't have midfielders who get into the box, how many times do we play balls in to only one of our players in the box? Usually we just pass it around the edge of the box and dominate without posing a real threat.
Well now we've got two players who will actual get into the box, mane and wijnaldum.
Watch the Barcelona match and look how often number five runs into the penalty area.

Frankly, I don't think I've ever read a positive post from you, every player we're rumoured to be linked with are in your eyes "crap", every player we've bought is a waste of money, perhaps it would be nice to give us all a break on here and post a positive one

I believe we will start the season with Milner and Clyne as our fullbacks. Cover will be provided by Moreno at left back and Joe Gomez at right back (when he returns from injury shortly), in the mean time it will be Trent.

Our incomings are now done for this window.

Sturridge injured and won't start either game this weekend!

What if the reason we only have two full backs is because klopp goes with three at the back and allowing the midfielders to do the tracking back?

I'd say that's unlikely, we don't have nearly enough CBs to play with 3 for one thing. Also, if that was the plan, would we not have seen it at some stage in preseason?

06 Aug 2016 15:34:32
Fornax how many CB do you need?

We have plently of cover.

06 Aug 2016 15:50:18
Doubt it. That system hasn't been used all pre season.

06 Aug 2016 15:51:54
Fornax I agree that if it was going to happen it would of been seen more in preseason but it just doesn't add up that we are allowing our full back option to be Moreno and clyne with Milner and Gomez it just seems light of options.

06 Aug 2016 16:29:20
3 at the back is easily 5 at the back off the ball and Klopp with his all out attack attitude would never play that system. This would also means dropping an attacker for a defender. I see no chance at all.

I'm fortunate to be going today. I'm curious to see if the crowd sing Luis Suarez song. Time is a great healer. We all know why he had to leave which was for non football reasons but as a footballer it's been a long time since we saw his ability in a red shirt.

So, with Flanagan off on loan to Burnley and Connor Randall joining Wigan, also on loan, that now leaves us with 2 natural full backs in Moreno and Clyne?

Forgive me if I am wrong E. D but I thought one of our biggest priorities for this transfer season was to bring in players to improve our full back positions? (At least in left back)

I understand that Milner might move to left back, which might work but sounds like a disaster waiting to happen, but is that really wise? Asking a winger/ centre mid to play in a position completely foreign to him - where he has previously shown a surprising lack of positional sense, when playing in his favoured position, centre mid, despite his years of experience.

If Clyne or Moreno get injured then we are in big trouble. I hope Ayre and the scouts have an eye on a left back who can challenge Moreno because he has proven to be a liability.

He has had so many chances to look at his game and improve but he continues to make the same mistakes over and over again. Without quality competition Moreno will never look to improve himself, he will continue to make the same mistakes and cost us games. The excuses are wearing thin now; he is young etc etc. He's been here for 2 years now and has failed to improve, enough's enough.

I know people want us to sign Hector but I honestly think that he is out of our reach. Chilwell would have been an unexpected but interesting prospect. I have rarely seen him play myself but apparently many people in Leicester's Academy believe he is going to be a star. And Leicester seem to have an eye for talent.

Either way, I hope we know what we are doing. We are considerably lighter in the full back departments and I only hope that is to make room for someone who can fulfill Klopp's requirements for the position. Otherwise the problems of the last two years will come back again and cost us.

Perhaps Klopp has moved them out on loan and will now turn to the owners and be like - look at the squad! I need full backs! Cough it up! Haha.

Off to Wembely today with the other half! Looking forward to the game and the return of Suarez! Hope we put a strong side out to see how we cope.
