Ed the commentator said Rodrigues of Wolfsburg has a 13 million release clause, is there a reason, with the lack of decent full backs around, that he's not been looked at? Good going forward, good set peices, athletic and still young. If we could offload Moreno, I'd rather him than most that have been linked.
I'd still like chilwell on top, if Klopp thinks he's good enoug, that's enough for me, but he is still very young, and I'm worried if he's not quite ready, we're gunna be back with Moreno.

Believable1 Unbelievable4

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool cannot be interested in everyone and the release clause matters not one iota to Liverpool.}

26 Jun 2016 23:04:27
I do think Mané will turn out to be an excellent player for us.

Believable9 Unbelievable2

27 Jun 2016 03:48:44
Agreed. Has skill, pace, good work rate, provides natural width and scores goals. Will take Lallana's place in the starting 11 and is definitely an upgrade on what we have.
Yes the fee is a bit on the steeper side, but with Deeney going for 20 million plus, Mane looks like a bargain.

27 Jun 2016 08:23:20
I will pay 30m for Mane before paying 20m for Deeney, that much is clear. i'm not sure about Mane's attitude but his talent is not in doubt. I hope he will come good because despite my reservations, I want all lfc players to do well and I'm not interested n the "I told you so" nonsense.

26 Jun 2016 22:56:50
as a daily reader for years on this website, some of the posts are just downright embarrassing! I feel sorry for every single Ed who have to read through the posts! But thanks Eds for everything you do and deal with on here.

26 Jun 2016 23:23:22
Welcome to Liverpool FC Sadio Mane.

27 Jun 2016 03:52:04
Welcome to LFC Mr Mane!
Embrace the supporters, ignore the naysayers.
Think he will be a cracking signing for us despite the price, as long as Klopp solves his inconsistency problems.
Think he will be give a different dimension to our attack. Sturridge, Firmino, Couts and Mane. That attack has variety and quality. Its just the defense that needs to do their bit and we will be fine.

27 Jun 2016 05:15:38
And Ings, Origi and Lallana too. Nice to have options who offer different dimensions in attack.

27 Jun 2016 08:25:19
Lallana won't be here that long with Mane coming in who is far better than he and Milner are.

26 Jun 2016 20:53:25
Lately I have paid attention to the posts regarding Chilwell and Mane who some posters think would be horrible signings.

Firstly I agree with the eds and think Chilwell deserves to been seen in red before judged and yeah maybe 7- 10 million is too much to pay for a player who hasn't much experience but joe gomez who nobody really knew about played at leftback at the start of the season and impressed us all. If he hadnt been injured so early on he could have been first choice so give chilwell a chance lads he could make the position his own like gomez who I think will go on to be great center back for us.

As for Mane yes he is going to be expensive but I would pick him over Goetze any day his talent is undeniable he has something we have been missing - PACE and premier league experience and for a winger his scoring record is very good and he's still young and will improve and If we were going to buy goetze for 30 million you all would be delighted who has barely played bayern.

I am worried about his attitude slightly as one of the the eds said he has an bad attitude and I do remember him falling out with koeman in the middle of the season I can't remember why I think he was late to a team meeting and was fined and left out the match day squad for their next game. But he still deserves a chance.

Sorry for the Long Post Cheers.

Believable7 Unbelievable4

26 Jun 2016 21:58:29
Think I'm coming round to the idea of Mane, yes at present he seems expensive but at least he fits our play. We never know how he's going to perform for us but if he does sign then he'll get my support.

26 Jun 2016 19:39:16
I think the England team in the quarter finals are going to suffer from Eurexit.

Believable3 Unbelievable6

26 Jun 2016 19:51:06
I think you should exit after that haha.

26 Jun 2016 20:02:52
I really thought Croatia would win and we would see portugone.

26 Jun 2016 20:28:28
If we get beat tomorrow then I think we need to push for a replay lol.

26 Jun 2016 22:25:07
England are not on the QF's.

26 Jun 2016 23:51:34
Ron, your post was missing the word 'yet'

26 Jun 2016 23:55:59
If we get beat tomorrow against Iceland then this England team would struggle against a team from Matalan.

27 Jun 2016 00:08:34
Please, it was always going to be Croatiout.

26 Jun 2016 17:54:26
The ball delivery from each of the Germans into the box is absolutely fantastic. The ease at which they can shift gears and turn defence to attack is brilliant as well. Definitely the most entertaining team this Euros.

- Krishna.

Believable6 Unbelievable8

26 Jun 2016 18:17:09
This game maybe, but the First game and Poland they were average at best.

26 Jun 2016 18:53:40
Hmm. This was the only game I saw Germany play. You would probably be right. But today they were pretty good, fittest half especially.

- Krishna.

26 Jun 2016 19:28:51
Fence it's the German's they always grow and peak at the right time in a tournament, you should know that.

27 Jun 2016 06:17:23
Hector looks excellent, good positioning, excellent crossing, not seen him tested by pace from Slovaks, but he would be a big improvement on Moreno.

28 Jun 2016 11:01:51
Absolutely look at this for an options at the back

Hummels
Boetang
Mustafi
Jonathan Tah
Hector
Howedes
Kimmich

Except may be an out and out striker they could possible field 3 teams.

28 Jun 2016 11:06:39
The quality overall though is poor, very poor.

Never been a fan of euros or World Cup.

28 Jun 2016 11:26:23
Typical Germany Fency
They always appear to do just enough, some might say even just warming up but come the knockout stages they seem to come straight out of the blocks.

26 Jun 2016 17:37:06
Hector showing why he'd be great at left back. Skrtel showing why he'll no longer be a Liverpool player.

Believable12 Unbelievable6

26 Jun 2016 19:51:55
Skrtel giving away a pen and should have agaisnt Wales, us he plays heroically.

26 Jun 2016 20:00:46
He's been aweful at LFC for years and showed all the qualities of the hapless defender that he is, todag vs Germany.

26 Jun 2016 20:03:56
Fencey when ireland played them in a friend before the Euros skrtel gave away 2 pens in a matter of minutes.

26 Jun 2016 16:56:42
I haven't seen much of the Euros, but I'm keen to see Hungry's Krisztian Nemeth as he looked really good as youngster at Liverpool; maybe if he does well we could buy him ha ha.

Believable0 Unbelievable7

26 Jun 2016 17:12:55
Yeah heep looking!

26 Jun 2016 16:43:18
Neven Subotic announced he will be leaving Dortmund. Liverpool are favourites to sign him.

Believable7 Unbelievable6

26 Jun 2016 16:27:15
Anyone else take Robbie Brady for LB? Guy has done fantastic past couple years steadily improving and done fantastic at the euros be a good option to have because he can play further forward aswell.

Believable2 Unbelievable14

26 Jun 2016 17:04:18
Not convinced he has enough quality. Solid but not for me.

26 Jun 2016 17:15:51
I've always thought he was a better left midfielder than full back.

26 Jun 2016 17:21:04
Tom would you take chilwell?

26 Jun 2016 17:19:01
I understand he is solid but isn't that what we need? To many goals conceded down that left side, everybody calling for Hector I don't see anything special in him aswell? Looks solid that's it we need somebody who knows ins and outs of the premiere league or somebody special.

26 Jun 2016 19:57:22
Brady isn't a good defender, so no thanks.

28 Jun 2016 11:15:53
Think Brady would be fantastic under Klopp.

26 Jun 2016 16:03:52
One for Ed001 if he's about and going back to the old players reviews.

Was watching back the 96 season review and wondered what your thoughts on Stig Inge Bjornbye were? As a 14 year old don't think I appreciated just how many assists he got - Fowler was never towering in the air but he got a fair few from Stig placing it on his bonce that year.

Believable1 Unbelievable1

{Ed001's Note - he was ok, great delivery but the rest of his game was not up to much. He was far too slow and so would get done for pace regularly.}

26 Jun 2016 15:33:32
Ed 2's sarcasm and abuse of of posters on the up. must be on his moons.

Believable26 Unbelievable9

26 Jun 2016 15:45:03
Don't be stupid, ed002 never abuses people, he is the one that is abused. Why can nobody see how good the Eds are for us especially ed002 (no disrespect ed001)? It is only the abuse of a few posters on here that ruins everything for us all! Ed002 could easily just leave us if he wanted so show some respect to him.

26 Jun 2016 16:19:19
I wouldn't say he never abuses people. She has Harry locked in her wine cellar right now. (To be fair, it's for the good of the people) . Harry is about to run him away though, constantly asking if Kovacic is coming to Liverpool. It seems when all he has to drink is alcohol, he actually becomes more coherent :) .

26 Jun 2016 16:23:42
Never heard someone cry so much about opinions to be honest.
Bottom line, Current Liverpool players are terrible. I'll accept that.
But the Fans are still louder than any in the country, blew Dortmund away in Europe (supposedly the best), Anfield remains one of the most atmospheric stadiums in the world.
We might be Whiney and slate every player, manager, and staff.
But we still do our bit better than Anyone else. YNWA.

{Ed002's Note - How many further charges will it take for UEFA to mandate a few games behind closed doors?}

26 Jun 2016 16:39:21
Thought this was a banter page. Haha.

26 Jun 2016 19:58:59
I don't think Ed002 abuses anyone, just says it how it is and sticks it to the idiots as well as decent crowd control when we say daft things. Keep it up Ed.

28 Jun 2016 11:22:10
TJ

I have not asked a single question regarding Kovacic in over an year. I could read the post well and clear mate. Y does people has an issue with me or my post. I can't remember offending anyone with my post. Absolute strange!

26 Jun 2016 15:17:12
Afternoon Eds/ Reds

With all this Mane buisiness atm i was wandering if you have time if you had an idea if the club were prioritising the LB and midfield position before entertaing the possibility of signing the player i'm not saying sign him we should avoid this for a whole host of reasons which have been discussed.

Also the mentioned midfield position i personally would like Zeilinski as for the left back idk Chilwell Possible as long as its an improvement on Moreno, We also need to offload too.

If we do end up with Mane at the reported price (sorry figures) and it doesn't work out what then? Thanks.

Believable0 Unbelievable4

26 Jun 2016 12:54:29
Hi Ed001,

I've been browsing through some past Liverpool players, not from the old days, but more on the recent past few years.

I would like to ask your opinion on Lambert, as both a player and a person. Maybe he is not as technically gifted as some of the more popular strikers back then. I remembered watching him played in a few games for Southampthon, I was kinda liked the player. He's not mobile, yes, but sometimes he did make some nice passes and seems like a really hardworking player. Didn't see much of him though when he was a Liverpool player.

So, what's your opinion on him Ed01? Maybe more on when he was in Southampthon. Didn't watch him playing for West Brom, not sure how he was last season.

Believable0 Unbelievable2

{Ed001's Note - he just never got a chance for us, no idea why Rodgers decided to buy him when he had no idea what to do with him. He was a very good striker, no pace, but excellent creativity, that would have been useful playing off a forward.

As a guy, he had fantastic enthusiasm and a good attitude, which deserved better treatment.}

26 Jun 2016 14:26:31
Thanks Ed01.

26 Jun 2016 15:06:21
ed001 Rodgers ruined his career before the Liverpool move came about he was scoring goals for club and country, sadly lambert let his heart rule his head and paid the price, now the poor sod is working under tony pulis. To buy a player like him and then have no idea how to use him is criminal.

26 Jun 2016 15:06:53
Considering he can't get in a piss poor West Brom team, and is a player that suits Pulis' style of play, that says a lot.

{Ed002's Note - You should really keep going after him - share the hate with another past, present or potential Liverpool player - it is after all the Liverpool way.}

26 Jun 2016 15:48:15
are you sure he suits pulis's style of play? i don't remember him being a very typical target man.

26 Jun 2016 15:49:16
Ed your say the owners what to win the league but you look at the other teams who trying to do the same and there buying better players.

{Ed002's Note - In which case you need to get Klopp out and bring someone in who has a better knowledge of the players available. An easy fix.}

26 Jun 2016 15:57:34
When he first joined, he struck me as a player with excellent vision, touch and read of the game and a clinical finisher, just hampered by a lack of pace.

Would have been very capable backup option in a 4-2-3-1 and receiving the ball to his feet, then feeding in the runners around him, and would have done well with Coutinho, Llalana and Sterling at attacking mids providing the movement he lacked.

Unfortunately was never used that way (admittedly not really liverpools style) and we never played to his strengths, leaving him a shadow of what he was at Soton. have no idea why we bought him, but that wasn't his fault.

26 Jun 2016 17:17:45
Lads lads lads. He was a decent player but come on. Not Liverpool standard. We all liked him. But still, not to the level we want.

26 Jun 2016 18:52:32
Ed002, have you forgotten to eat your wheatbix lately?

27 Jun 2016 00:23:59
Agree natural, hence why I called him only a decent backup option, but he was still never played to his strengths which made him look a lot worse than he was. He almost never played with Lllalana, and almost never in the 4-2-3-1 that made them look so effective we went and bought them, was bizarre.

27 Jun 2016 02:17:24
2 b fair lambert can't get a start under pulis so somethings not quite right, you would think he'd suit pulis' style too.

26 Jun 2016 13:25:31
Hi eds, first of all thank you for the work you guys do, you don't get enough credit for what you put into this site.

As of now, Is there any update on Mane and zelinski.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

{Ed002's Note - Thank you. Nothing happened over night regarding either player.}

26 Jun 2016 09:10:24
Instead of raiding Southampton every year we should rather Dinamo Zagreb. The Croatian talents they possess at their disposals are brilliant. Some fantastic prospects and players.

Believable3 Unbelievable5

26 Jun 2016 15:46:58
Coric is a player I would like from them.

26 Jun 2016 13:01:23
Would love to see Alex Vidal, Pjaca and Sergi Roberto at Anfield.

Believable8 Unbelievable9

26 Jun 2016 13:41:32
Pjaca looks Solid. Read a review by a poster on the rumor page and looks great.

26 Jun 2016 12:46:42
I don't understand the criticism that we are placing on the club regarding transfers. The window is not even open yet and we have signed a goalkeeper, a centre back and a central midfielder as well as having a bid pending on Poitr Zielinski and are actively pursuing Ben Chilwell and Saido Mane. Jurgen Klopp will need to see what we have at our disposal regarding players returning from loans and which players need to be replaced. Adam Bogdan, Martin Skrtel, Joe Allen and Mario Balotelli seemed to be nailed on departures if we can find a buyer at an acceptable offer as well as making other members of our squad available for transfer. We have a bloated squad and need to reduce this to amend our financial availability and proving to potential signings that they will be getting playing time. The likelihood of signing a top quality player this summer is slim to not having European football and many top agents unhappy with the referendum result. Until September 1st we need to take all of this into account before criticising the club.

Believable8 Unbelievable1

26 Jun 2016 14:16:59
I think the criticism may stem from the fact that, other than Mane, the players we've been linked with are basically unknowns, and don't really excite.

{Ed002's Note - You mean they are not "marquee" signings?}

26 Jun 2016 14:37:06
I agree totally. I hate the term marquee signings as its instantly puts unwanted pressure on the player to perform as fans think they should be winning games singlehandedly. Mane has been hung out to dry by our so called fans (the same that ostracised Origi before he had even kicked a ball) . I like Mane and if he signs along with whoever else I will support them. Just because they aren't a big name (or Reus) doesn't mean they aren't worthy of playing for Liverpool. I hope he proves people wrong.

26 Jun 2016 15:11:54
Acrock I think Mane is a good signing, but if we're talking 'marquee signings', those types of player should thrive on the pressure, and would have confidence in their ability to go out and do the business. Look at Bale. He's carried Wales through the qualification rounds, and now he's doing it again in the tournament itself. Does it look like he's feeling the pressure? There's nothing wrong with marquee signings. I'd rather pay top dollar for proven quality, than take a chance on an unknown.

27 Jun 2016 02:23:00
don't get all the fuss, how do u expect these players to perform wi an oversized tent strapped to their backs:)

26 Jun 2016 11:33:40
Sorry Eds someone has asked before but wondered how exiting Europe will effect European competitions and whether it will likely put up prices for foreign transfers here, both in price and numbers allowed?

Thanks.

Believable0 Unbelievable1

{Ed002's Note - The UK is looking to exit the EU and not UEFA - it makes no difference.}

26 Jun 2016 13:30:56
The only difference would be the temporary visas they would need to play in the countries wouldn't it ED?

{Ed002's Note - For some but not for others - as it is now.}

26 Jun 2016 08:49:30
Is it me or do we seem to pay top prices for players? Sadio Mane 30-40 million!

Believable11 Unbelievable4

26 Jun 2016 11:03:38
Hes probably there best player. if Barcelona want coutinho would they pay top wack? Sure if mane signed for the mancs the price would be the same
mate.

26 Jun 2016 11:06:37
Statto we aren't paying top prices. We are being ripped off. If arsenal wanted mane and were quoted what we will likely pay they would have walked away. We don't know how to walk away, we just pay extortionate fees for players who are certainly no worldies.

26 Jun 2016 11:12:25
If you want another clubs player then you either pay what they want or you back off. Sterling was sold to City for double than he was worth at the time.

26 Jun 2016 11:13:19
So big al, would u prefer Liverpool to pay the money and you see Mané in a Liverpool jersey. Or would u rather we keep the money and you don't?

26 Jun 2016 11:51:42
There's thousands more players out there 👍
Leister paid half a million for mahrez.
We have a terrible history with transfers and extortionate prices paid yet fans think suddenly mane is any different. The boy is worth nowere near that and on his attitude alone we shouldn't have showed any interest.

26 Jun 2016 13:17:43
There are better players than Mane about that teams like Arsenal can get, we can't. The simple fact is we have no European football to offer a player. Klopp will be a draw to players but they will still prioritise european football over that. Are you expect players to drop down to the championship to play for Benitez? Or stay at Newcastle for that matter? Until we are in Europe on a consistent basis the 'Klopp factor' won't be as big a thing as we all assume it to be. The only reason goetze rumours persist is that Klopp has worked with him before, if this was under Rodgers we would have all dismissed it by now. The fact of the matter is that a player of Mane's talent is one of the best we can sign, so if the club are happy, Klopp is happy and the player is happy to come and it won't put the club in any issues with UEFA/ FIFA then crack on I say. Can't think of a winger I'd rather take currently that would feasibly come to the club.

26 Jun 2016 11:23:59
Absolutely with Al. I just can't see any other club paying that kinda sum on the player. They just take us for granted and we just let it happen ( PL Proven syndrome ) . He would be the most expensive player in club history.

26 Jun 2016 14:13:10
Can we stop obsessing with the cost of Mane and anyone else we are interested in and just accept it for what it is? The cost of players these days is rediculous look at the price mentioned with deeney! Last week the same people were moaning about us selling Coutinho and quoting fees of £60 million. Well he's our main main and Mane is one of theirs so we need to pay the price if we truly want him. There no 'inflated' price because it's us that's what they feel he's worth like I'm sure we will quote Barcelona or PSG a price when and if they come calling for Coutinho. Let's stop moaning and obsessing about cash and start believing that klopp knows what the team needs to improve it!

26 Jun 2016 14:25:24
Big Al I disagree that we don't know how to walk away. FSG walk away when it suits (Konoplyanka, Teixiera) and vastly overspend in other cases (Lallana, Benteke, Lovren. ) . They tend to either roll the dice and take a gamble, or just flat out refuse to pay the asking price and walk away. It's hard to understand why they operate the way they do. After all, they played hard ball with Arsenal over Suarez, and ripped Man City off for Sterling, yet, when another team names a price for their player, FSG try to get a reduced price, they penny pinch.

26 Jun 2016 15:31:01
Dances like sturidge. So you don't like it when we overpay for players. You don't like it when we don't offer valuations below asking price ( standard negotiation) and you don't like it when we play hardball! For players we sell? We don't have a terrific track record but seems like you have zero clue as to general business rules. What would you prefer? Everyone pay what everyone asks?

26 Jun 2016 16:42:16
Swishcleaner I applauded FSG's stance over Suarez and Sterling. They got fantastic deals. What annoys me is that, they robbed City, took Barcelona for a lot of cash, yet we lose out on potential signings because they don't respect other club's valuations of their (the other club's) players. Since they bought the club, their record in the transfer market is poor (bar a few exceptions), and we end up finishing 7th/ 8th every season because the players they have brought in are not good enough. Brendan Rodgers wanted us to sign Ashley Williams from Swansea. FSG refused to sanction the deal due to his age, yet went and signed Kolo Toure (who is older than Williams) instead. Rodgers made it quite clear he didn't want Balotelli. FSG signed him anyway. The season after we finished 2nd, we had an awful transfer window (Balotelli, Lambert, Lallana etc) . Complete crap. We wasted the Suarez cash on crap. They were criticised by Dnipro over Konoplyanka, they were criticised by Shakhtar over Teixiera, they were threatened by officials at Fulham, who were going to publicly expose them for the way they conducted themselves during negotiations when trying to sign Clint Dempsey, in the end having to issue an apology to stop that happening. They were quoted £5m for him, and still tried to get a further reduction. We are getting a bad reputation because of the way the owners and the people they employ have conducted themselves in transfer negotiations, and it's been happening for a long time now. It's incompetence and arrogance of the highest order.

{Ed001's Note - FSG do not make signings, your whole post was fantasy bull. Rodgers chose all the players signed in his time, except for Balotelli, when he left the club with no other options due to his dithering.}

27 Jun 2016 02:33:57
wait a min here mane is a v good player ( that's why Dortmund, utd and prob many more have looked at him he's 24, so still time t improve, 11 goals n 8 assists wasn't it? then he's under contract wi another cash rich club, so were going to have to pay some sort of premium, prem experience too, if he was English how much then, (troy deeney 27,) bid of 30m rejected by WATFORD, . hmmmmm.

27 Jun 2016 09:47:17
Dances, Ed responded to your fact free and fictional nonsense before I did. All you posted is utter tripe, based on a figment of your I must say, very good imagination. FSG don't make signings and haven't sanctioned one signing since they arrived. Th managers signed all the players. No TC imposed a player on any of the managers especially not on BR. The Williams deal has been debunked already. Dnipro's owner refusedvto sellmKono as FSG refusedcto sell Suarez to Arsenal. Thst happens all the time so your point is baseless. You may have issues with the way the club is run and that's fine. But to post utter lies and falsehoods about FSG is way beyond the pale and the Ed is right to call you out on this.

26 Jun 2016 06:26:04
hi Ed002,
daily follower, but first post. Are we looking at someone to bolster mid?
I am actually terrified by the fact that Manchester United and City are buying players for fun.
Also any chance if Pogba could be back in PL?
Thanks and keep up your food work Eds.

Believable0 Unbelievable6

{Ed002's Note - Manchester United and Manchester City have signed fewer players for next season than Liverpool. Pogba won't be moving to Liverpool. Liverpool have looked and are looking at midfield players and have already added Grujic. There have been plenty of others who have been scouted such as Zielinski (who is subject to an offer), Lemar, Cantwell, Nordtveit (moving elsewhere), Charles-Cook, Bastian and Dahoud. Add to that the club has many, many players on the books already.

26 Jun 2016 11:06:09
Ed002, out of curiosity any chance by which Pogba will be moving to Manchester united?
Really hoping not. But there are lots of talking the press are making. I would be pleased if you could clarify where his could move after Euros.
Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - This is the Liverpool page - try the MU page.}

26 Jun 2016 11:20:48
Hey ed, has there been any official contact with Borussia over a move for Dahoud, or is it just scouting for now?

Hope you have a good day!

{Ed002's Note - Borussia Monchengladbach have rejected an approach from Spurs about the availability of Mahmoud Dahoud who came to their attention whilst scouting Granit Xhaka earlier in the season. Whilst the club remain firm that he will not be leaving, Dortmund have made an approach to Monchengladbach as they view Dahoud as a possible replacement for Gundogan who will be leaving in the summer - but that was rebuffed. Manchester City has also had the player watched this season and when the issue was raised with the Eberl he re-iterated that the player will not be sold. Juventus has made an enquiry and were to make a bid but have secured another target and have stepped away. I am not aware of any declared interest in the player from Liverpool but they are certainly aware of the player and BM are aware that the player has been watched by Liverpool, Leicester, Kasımpasa, Norwich and Shakhtar Donetsk this season. The club has already lost key players this summer and will look to hold on to both Hazard and Dahoud.}

I think people are worried that the players who's going to United and city are big names players who will make there team better .

26 Jun 2016 15:21:19
terrified, worried! deary me it does not take much to get people's cages rattled does it, are Leicester terrified and worried, no they are carrying on as normal, other clubs the same no doubt, the simple facts are that the toys are being throwned out of the prams just because klopp is not buying the players YOU WANT him to buy, I get the sad impression some posters on here want the new players to fail just so they can come on here and say I told you so, klopp has already called for patience regarding his new players, reading the thoughts on here, he has no chance{ even though origi and firmino took a while to settle in} if we don't beat arsenal on opening day with a double hat-trick from mane than god help us. Damned if you do, damned if you don't, what ever happened to supporting the team?

Eds, could you give me an insight on the future of .......

Believable0 Unbelievable2

{Ed002's Note - This is the Liverpool page - take it elsewhere.}

Would like the Eds opinion on this. Do you think advertising boards that are placed around the pitches should be moved back for player safety? I'm surprised this hasn't already been done as there have been a few incidents with players colliding into them, the latest being lavezzi and he suffered a fractured arm if i am correct. Any particular reason they keep them so clase? Besides making money off them.

Keep up the great work eds and sorry if this isn't in the right section!

{Ed001's Note - at most grounds there is no way of moving them back.}

If Liverpool were interested in him, you would be saying Liverpool can't attract players and that Klopp was supposed to solve this problem, or that he is over-priced.

@ The real AG : LOL. that was on the money!

26 Jun 2016 07:34:03
He would fast become average, overrated, notof a quality to improve the team and there'd appear a hundred different players waiting for us to swoop over them and any price the club tried to pay for him would be too much.
