Hi edo1 ways your thoughts on lalana this season I think he's started really well creating and scoring hopefully he can keep it up for rest of season like u said earlier everyone playing as a team great to watch.

Believable4 Unbelievable3

{Ed001's Note - he still has the odd moment where he takes the extra touches and slows everything down too much and the attack breaks down. Mostly though, he has begun to shift the ball on quicker, either playing the pass or crossing or even hitting the early shot, which was how he scored today. If he can continue to do that, then he will carry on having much more effect. Klopp just has to make sure he doesn't slip back into the old habit of that extra unnecessary touch. There has never been any issue with his workrate, that has always been, and remains, excellent.}

25 Sep 2016 00:12:42
4 goals in his last 8 games as well, excellent start to the season, the challenge for him now is to maintain this form, credit where its due so far so good.

25 Sep 2016 02:05:15
You got to remember this is in a position he is not used to as well fair play to klopp putting him further back and making his energy more prolific.

25 Sep 2016 02:15:22
Lallana has certainly stepped up this season. LIke Ed001, said, much less dilly-dallying on the ball and a better end product. It seems he was playing as part of an interchanging front 3, while COutinho dropped deeper alongside Wijnaldum.
IT also looks likes that Klavan aside, this is Klopp's preferred first team. Shame as i think Sturridge still has a lot to offer.

25 Sep 2016 05:48:40
He's looking far more effective from midfield IMO - where his pace is less of an issue and he gets a bit more space to move which means he also keeps his head up. When he first came in, I always felt he had more goals in him, then lost faith for a bit but seems he's coming good now in the new role - long may it continue.

25 Sep 2016 06:28:16
Ed1 as always maintained if there one player he wants it to work for is Lallana for work rate, his ball control is phenomenal.

25 Sep 2016 13:10:48
As Ed has said, I have always been of the opinion that Lallana is the most naturally gifted and skillful player in all of the U. K., period. If you watched him and see his last name as Lallana, you would think he was from Brazil or somewhere in South America. He's also comfortable with both feet. Any coach will tell you that a two footed player is the most dangerous player on the pitch. His talent and work rate has never been the problem. It's his moronic Cruyff turns in crucial moments that have always done my head in. If Klopp can clean that up in his game an add some defensive steel to his game, what a player we would have in our hands. Hopefully, he's turning the corner.

24 Sep 2016 20:12:21
A couple of points from today's game.

Excellent all round professional performance, with a real desire and hunger to win the ball back, counter pressing and

Firminho - what a player, a real talent and what impressed me most again was his work rate, chasing every ball, pressing from the front, tackling when he dropped further back towards the end of the game.

Empty seats in the new stand - there was a good few empty seats in the corporate area today which is really frustrating considering the season ticket waiting list is over 20,000. I believe out of the 8,000 additional seats, only 2,000 or so were released for new season tickets. I appreciate a large number of seats go to members and general sale but to have these seats empty in hospitality is very frustrating. Money talks these days I suppose.

Gerry Mciver - applause on 27 mins for a true legend.

A pretty strong team bench

A number of us kopites singing Klopps name befor the end of the game 😬

A question for Ed001 mate. Do you think we'll be able to keep up this intensity in our play for the duration of the season?

Believable4 Unbelievable3

25 Sep 2016 01:09:58
For this season it is possible to keep this up, helped by the fact that we are not in Europe, we wold naturally have more rest.
I don't follow the statistics a lot on distance run etc, but LFC clearly press very heavily and Hull had no time at all. What is encouraging is that so far any team changes seems to have very little negative impact on the team.

25 Sep 2016 08:09:54
At home it will be no less. Every game will be full throttle.

Away will be counter attacking.

Not many times there is a midweek game, but we have a nice squad.

There's a chance we could curtail around march/ april but hopefully with abut if new blood in January and if were up at the tip of the league then that will give them that extra eneergu to contiue what there doing.

25 Sep 2016 08:33:55
To be fair ed, that Cruyf turn on the edge of the box to set up Mane's goal was superb and needed to create tge space he turned into, usually he would of done at least 4more and lost the ball but not this season.

25 Sep 2016 13:14:15
I don't have a problem with Lallana doing the Cruyff turn if it creates a chance or a goal. It is when it nullifies a chance or a goal that it does many of our heads in. I'm sure you can tell the difference, Lfc Forever.

24 Sep 2016 20:47:14
Holy crap. Utter dominance of the opposition. These are the kind of displays we have been longing for.

Couple of things that can be justified is that Klopp does not want to play with and does not need a natural defensive midfielder and we do not need a dedicated striker either.

Klopp has shown that he wants 11 players on the pitch which works as a team, irrespective of who scores or assists.

Lallana is not a central midfielder but has completely been transformed by Klopp to fill the right midfield role. Henderson who is not defensive minded player is doing an absolute brilliant job as our deep-lying playmaker.

Kante was signed by Chelsea who have conceded as many as we have. Why do we need a defensive midfielder when our defending has improved on a massive scale compared to last season? Our midfield today destroyed Hull and has been pretty damn good against the other teams we have played this season.

We completely ripped Hull apart today from start to finish.

Finally we are starting to look decent at defending set pieces too. If only we can cut out stupid individual errors then our goals conceded might start looking better.

We are heading in the right direction under Klopp.

Lastly, Milner has done an absolute brilliant job at LB. As soon as we sign another LB I would like to see him move to RB. His runs are deadly and his right foot will cause much more harm then his left.

What a start to the season and may that continue.

YNWA.

Believable10 Unbelievable4

24 Sep 2016 22:51:59
I think Klopp may have found Milner's natural position. He runs like a beheaded chicken when he's in the midfield, but with the structure necessary to succeed at wing back, suddenly he's come into his own. I'd love to see him our on the right with someone naturally left-footed out there. Then maybe we have a clean sheet. Eh, Mr Cline losing your man on that corner? ;)

25 Sep 2016 01:14:14
I think we may still need a solution on LB eventually. Milner has done a good job there, but he is probably not happy to be there for the rest of his Liverpool career.
It is great to see that we are taking the games one by one. It would have been easy for the boys to start a little slower, even if Klopp kept on banging at them about intensity and aggression, just because it is "only" Hull.

Let us enjoy this dominant win, but know that Hull was never the strongest side and that we must hope Klopp and the boys can continue with this attitude game after game. After all, we played like this at Burnley.

25 Sep 2016 01:53:46
to be fair milner shouldn't have given away the corner.

25 Sep 2016 11:33:47
Also GW wasn't strong enough for the challenge on the corner so think it's a bit harsh to blame Clyne,

25 Sep 2016 11:51:09
watching arsenal chelsea and especially kante. his long passing is below average. Vision is average. He is great player for clubs that sit and counter where his energy and tackling come in handy as he starts those counter-attacks. I writing this as few days ago subject was who would be chelsea player you would like to see in liverpool. He wouldn't suit us as every our player needs to be good at everything. i'd take azpilicuetta to be milner substitute.

{Ed001's Note - he is a great player for a team that press off the ball, Chelsea are not pressing and he is being told to hold in front of the defence. Wasting his talents completely.}

25 Sep 2016 13:17:51
Spot on, Ed. Kante and Hendo in midfield under a Klopp press or counter press system would be a dream midfield duo. Chelsea don't press hence, he's being wasted there. He's a shadow of the player he was at LC and even I, was shocked he cent to Chelsea. Well with such a tactically inept manager like Conte, what could go wrong? Everything.

24 Sep 2016 20:09:10
Henderson becoming the holding player would be the biggest achievement in klopp's resume. He had a captains game today and I saw Gerrard in him.

Believable7 Unbelievable6

24 Sep 2016 20:22:48
Didn't know Gerrard was there today and think what Gerard and Henderson do in their own time is up to them😉.

24 Sep 2016 20:43:35
Agreed! MOM for me.

24 Sep 2016 21:10:52
He's becoming a holding player that can actually play football though which is one of he toughest roles in the game I think. Most are either big brutes (Matic), or only good technically in some areas but lacking physically (Allen), or physically great but technically poor (wanyama) .

In terms of complete players I can only really think of Xabi and Modric right now there might be a few others but not many.

If Hendrson can even get close to their level this season I'll be very happy indeed!

24 Sep 2016 23:53:05
I think that Klopp has bigger achievements than playing Henderson as a holding midfielder lol.

25 Sep 2016 06:26:20
Scored a goal and suddenly he is world class? He still has lots to learn from mascherano.

{Ed001's Note - no he has not. That is the last person he should be learning from!}

25 Sep 2016 07:37:57
id rather he learn from alonso than mascherano really.

{Ed001's Note - exactly, Mash was a headless chicken, whereas Alonso has positional sense and ability.}

25 Sep 2016 13:25:23
Leek, if you think Hendo should learn from Masche, then no wonder many of your posts and opinions lack intelligence and substance.

26 Sep 2016 01:44:47
Nevermind Gerrard, hendo is the man now, doing a fine job. Long may it continue, great, great player.

24 Sep 2016 19:12:38
Don't know if anyone has listened to Klopps post match press conference. But said in the last few weeks one of the best players in training has been Alberto Moreno and he has reacted really really well to being out of the team, I honestly thought it was over at the club for Moreno but Klopp said it was the kind of pressure we needed at the club for each position.

He said it like he knew everyone in the room had accepted Moreno was awful and knew the answer would surprise them. Would love ed001s thoughts too.

Believable6 Unbelievable8

{Ed001's Note - I haven't heard it mate, but there should never be a closed door to a player who works hard in training to improve themselves.}

24 Sep 2016 19:20:57
Only problem Moreno has is one James Milner.

24 Sep 2016 19:33:59
Great to hear and I really hope it's true but Milner is too solid right now so I wouldn't replace him with Moreno.

24 Sep 2016 19:36:19
It is good management of a player. He is keeping Moreno's moral up. Keep working hard and you will another chance, then it is up to him.

24 Sep 2016 19:58:49
Hope we can sell moreno for 20mil.

24 Sep 2016 21:12:30
Keek, right and I hope we can buy Neymar for £5m, what's your point?

24 Sep 2016 22:15:49
I though Moreno looked a lot better when we played Derby, i know the opposition were weaker than normal but there were definitely encouraging signs.

I think if you were looking on from the bench at the performances we're putting in at the moment, the buzz, the manager, the fans. most people would bust a gut to be a part of this team and club going forward.

Its a good time to be an lfc fan. let's hope we can keep the momentum up 😀.

24 Sep 2016 23:30:00
Moreno I super talented. Quick, techinically good. Just a complete moron with football intelligence and doesn't seem to give a flipperty f**k when he makes a mistake 'ie wanting to learn how to get better' hence why he never imprves. If he gets his head sorted. Would be a great lb.

24 Sep 2016 18:23:20
Match review ed?

Believable5 Unbelievable8

{Ed001's Note - it is deja vu, every performance is the same lately. Great team performance with one moment of poor lazy play which leads to the opponent scoring. We have been outstanding lately, we look like a top side. Long may it continue. I really do not know what else to say. It is a complete team performance, other than that moment of madness.}

24 Sep 2016 20:37:30
Best in the league ed? Or is that man city?

{Ed001's Note - I find us better to watch than Citeh personally.}

24 Sep 2016 19:47:33
This is not to be negative or to wind Ed02 up, but I would like to hear his thoughts on how JK has the team playing at the moment. Basically are you impressed or do you still see Juergen being one dimensional.

Has anyone else thought he has tweaked our style or is it down to player familiarity?

Long may it continue whatever it is.

{Ed002's Note - I am travelling and have not seen the games TT - but the results are good.}

24 Sep 2016 18:26:22
Read this today very apt adaption of mr lover lover by shaggy.
Smooth, just like the silk, soft and cuddly hug me up like a quilt, I’m a lyrical lover, no take me for no filth.

She call me Mr Joel Matip,

Say me fantastic, touch me on the back,

She says I’m Mr. Jo,

Matip, say me fantastic,

Touch me on the back, she says I’m Mr. Jo.

24 Sep 2016 18:56:57
Terrible 😅😅
But go again.

24 Sep 2016 20:58:21
Quality song! 😂.

24 Sep 2016 21:15:29
Be impressed if someone could come up for one for wijnaldum!

25 Sep 2016 00:17:13
To the tune of he's Got The Whole World In His Hands:

George Wijnaldum, is the man
George Wijnaldum, from Netherlands
George Wijnaldum, he ran and ran
George Wijnaldum is the man.

25 Sep 2016 07:58:14
Nice song but the problem is that it would take the whole game to sing it.

25 Sep 2016 09:42:29
Touché.

25 Sep 2016 16:31:30
To the tune of 'Delilah'

Why, why, why, Wijnaldum
Da da da Dee da da daaaa.

25 Sep 2016 18:10:57
Love it Ron.

We have to make that happen.

24 Sep 2016 18:01:06
Hi Ed001 hope you're well if you don't mind I was wondering what was your opinions on Bellamy while he was with us? As a player and how he was thought of around the club. Read an interesting piece about him an got me a thinking. Cheers!

Believable0 Unbelievable6

{Ed001's Note - depends on which time around you mean?

First time around, good player but a dick off the pitch, drank too much, caused a bit of hassle, such as the golf club incident with Riise, etc. Because of that, he was not able to deliver on a consistent basis as he was too caught up in off field stuff.

Second time round, he had changed his life due to a trip to Africa and he was a totally different person. He was always a grafter, but he was almost obsessive in his second spell. Behaved himself off the pitch and was generally a good person to have around the club. His performances were much better as well.

Bellamy is the prime example of how the old saying about leopards not changing their spots is wrong. He had a truly life changing experience in Africa and his life was no longer about getting drunk and fighting everyone. Now he had a purpose and desire to make the most of every second he had left in his career.}

24 Sep 2016 18:25:42
It is always a great thing to see some find redemption in any walk of life. Credit to Bellamy for the way he has found redemption in his life.

24 Sep 2016 18:27:00
Just goes to show, sometimes going barefoot can make you appreciate your older brothers scabby old 4 striped adidas (in bright green) . well done anyone who can turn their lives around.

24 Sep 2016 18:33:52
Yeah that was pretty much the theme of the article. Apparently after that trip he did a shed load for charity- the poverty he saw seemed to really move him. Not sure if I remember it correctly but I think I caught he was donating all his wages to charity during his second spell at Cardiff.

Thanks for the reply Ed cracking win today too!

{Ed001's Note - it was half his wages he was donating, he set up a foundation to help out there and devotes huge amounts of time to helping. Every summer he goes out to Africa to work with children. I have nothing but respect for all he has done since he saw what had happened out there.}

24 Sep 2016 18:45:57
Hi ed001,

What happened on that trip to change Bellamy so much? He was always one of my favourite players for some reason, always loved seeing him play.

Cheers.

{Ed001's Note - it was a war torn region, I think Rwanda off the top of my head, but I can't remember.}

24 Sep 2016 18:46:40
Edd001 I'm guessing bellamy visited a certain part far from the glam?

{Ed001's Note - yes mate. The country he visited had been involved in a civil war and he was asked by a friend of his to visit as part of a scheme to bring the country back together through football. They put former enemies on teams together etc. It has made a huge difference to people's lives there.}

24 Sep 2016 19:21:04
I think as a player he could have achieved aa lot more .

Blistering pace.

Always seemed very opinionated off the pitch and it affected his game quite a bit.

24 Sep 2016 19:24:38
Good on him. Wouldn't we all do the same if we had the money? Not all people do tho, so fair play to him. ❤️.

24 Sep 2016 19:42:20
I think anyone who can, should make those type of trips, it completely changes your perspective on life. You hear all this rubbish from the media when it's a totally different story when you experience it for yourself. Not just Africa, but other regions in the world. A lot of ignorance would be wiped away if such trips where made by more people.

24 Sep 2016 21:45:08
Sierra Leone.

24 Sep 2016 22:18:26
Good to know Ed and nice to hear. Can't fault the man fair play.

{Ed001's Note - WBD is right, it was Sierra Leone.}

24 Sep 2016 17:51:17
Klopp needs to sign a striker in January. Another week where our toothless forwards don't score.

Believable7 Unbelievable14

24 Sep 2016 18:18:04
Team game innit.

24 Sep 2016 18:26:16
Is that a whind up?

24 Sep 2016 19:06:09
Windup surely?

24 Sep 2016 19:43:17
Sarcasm my dear friends .

24 Sep 2016 19:44:10
Some people's sense of humour need serious tweaking. This is as sarcastic a post I've ever read lol.

24 Sep 2016 17:37:48
Why do we struggle to break down these mid table teams?
Oh wait.

Believable13 Unbelievable8

24 Sep 2016 17:57:51
It' was defiantly a mental thing because the second they scored they all became more confident. Passing and penetrative passing became quicker and more incisive.

Credit to the lads today. Coutinho goal was a kick right in the teeth to them.

24 Sep 2016 17:59:15
Boom!

Great performance, great result. Heavy metal football.
We could easily have doubled our goal glut.
Very happy for Adam Lallana - he's starting to deliver.
Mané's scoring for fun.
Teams just do not know how to defend against us, we have so many threats.

3 league wins on the bounce, haven't lost an Anfield since January. Need to keep the momentum going.
Really want Wijnaldum to get a goal.

Ron the Believer.

24 Sep 2016 18:16:18
Couldn't watch the game because of work, so busy didn't even listen to it but so happy with the result, how was karius, klavan? Buzzing!

24 Sep 2016 18:20:10
Me too Ron (regarding gini) . Lots of teams are scoring for if but I feel we have the edge.

24 Sep 2016 17:35:50
I missed the game so I have a very serious question for you all relating to my dream team.

Did firmino get any assists?

Believable3 Unbelievable6

24 Sep 2016 18:01:05
Unbelievably no!

Outraged. I deliberated for ages whether to have Firmino, Coutinho OR Mane in my team and in the end I opted for Firmino.

What a mistake. I should've had Coutinho, Mane AND Lallana!

24 Sep 2016 18:22:14
I have all three and have struggled today because I wanted to buy Aguero. Suffice it to say I have kept my Reds for now. How can you drop them?

24 Sep 2016 20:57:53
I don't normally pick reds, like I don't normally bet on Liverpool.

For me it ruins my enjoyment of the match and I get doubley pissed if we lose. Or like today we won 5-1 but I'm annoyed firmino didn't score!

24 Sep 2016 17:24:54
Very pleased with that result. Their goal was completely avoidable but we have moved on in terms of bottling it against so-called lesser teams. Happy house here tonight. Up the Reds.

Believable12 Unbelievable6

24 Sep 2016 19:26:49
I'd love to see who disagrees sometimes. Jog on troll.

24 Sep 2016 19:51:28
Lol don't get too wound up about disagrees there are literal trolls of other fans coming on here going down the page clicking disagree. That is what I believe happens anyway. No other explanation.

24 Sep 2016 23:56:58
Ozil is such a good player to have in a squad. His brain seems to work faster than the opposition. he's definitely a reactive, quick-thinking player. Firmino is the closest equivalent we have in terms of game intelligence. Great vision and awareness.

The finish of his goal today wasn't a fluke. He knew he needed to make the ball as awkward as possible. Smashed it on the bounce and, fairplay, he scored it brilliantly.

24 Sep 2016 16:51:21
52100 attendance today great performance. what's the full capacity of anfield now?

Believable6 Unbelievable6

24 Sep 2016 16:30:59
This new left back Milner-pen is class! Who did we sign him from again?

Believable10 Unbelievable5

24 Sep 2016 17:14:16
He was promoted from youths but was sent on loan to various clubs likebana Newcastle and Citeh and was lost, welcome home Milner!

24 Sep 2016 16:13:13
And that's y the boy shoots from distance. He is the best we have with that technique.

Believable9 Unbelievable2

24 Sep 2016 17:18:08
I like how someone on here was complaining about that last week and then he scores that.

24 Sep 2016 17:52:34
Good god, noone complains when he's scoring in route or bails us out but out of 38 games that happens in say ten.

The frustration is in a 0-0 or 1-0 down and instead of looking for a pass through, he babgs it like every other shot.

Today he limited himself to a fewq long range opportunities and had a stormer all round.

Hate Monday morning commenters.

25 Sep 2016 08:08:38
Exactly my thoughts Supermane, if he plays like this for the rest of the season nobody will have a problem. Like you said he limited himself to just a couple of long shots but also attempted numerous through balls, which is exactly what I said he should do.

24 Sep 2016 15:45:23
Am I crazy, or is Milner best left back in the PL right now?

Believable15 Unbelievable3

24 Sep 2016 16:34:46
lol. i was just thinking the same thing.

24 Sep 2016 16:50:54
I agree, by a long way too.

24 Sep 2016 17:14:52
Allo it was against 10 men of Hull. Stop it.

24 Sep 2016 17:24:48
Top scoring LB 😄.

24 Sep 2016 18:43:32
And what a ric, giving away the corner!

24 Sep 2016 14:44:33
Also, is there any chance Jose Enrique and sakho were roommates? 😂.

Believable1 Unbelievable6

24 Sep 2016 14:40:39
Not gunna say Klopp is wrong, but I don't like playing a false nine, when we have too good strikers on the bench, especially at home agaisnt bottom half opposition. Would rather see Stewart start with Hendo and wijnaldum out for Sturridge or origi.

Believable2 Unbelievable15

24 Sep 2016 15:05:39
Firmino doesn't really play like a false 9. He can run off the shoulder, pull into the channels and drop back to link the play. A false 9 in my opinion is a player who consistently drops into midfield but has the responsibility to break into the box during attacks. Fabregas for Spain was a false 9. Firmino plays as a striker if you ask me. If he is a false 9 then so was Luis Suarez as i think they play very similarly.

24 Sep 2016 15:06:31
You want to bench Henderson? Seems strange after his best performance in months last week. I agree though that I'd like to see Sturridge or Origi playing.

24 Sep 2016 15:55:18
Looks like wasn't too bad of a call after 45 mins.

24 Sep 2016 18:04:11
Think klopp knows better than any of us haha.

24 Sep 2016 14:17:07
And I was so confident that Klopp would stick with Migs, I suppose I can't be right every time :-)

Believable4 Unbelievable5

24 Sep 2016 15:04:40
No doubt about his ruthless streak, Migs was doing alrite.

24 Sep 2016 15:57:01
Hull not going to get a shot on goal either way so I think Klopp just went with the better looking bloke. It is entertainment afterall.

24 Sep 2016 16:19:42
No clean sheet then😬.

24 Sep 2016 17:53:50
Boom how wr need it. The focus is Liverpool winning the league not at the end finishes 6th ans able to say oh we gave mignolet a good chance.

He's done as should of been the seasons after we bought him, he is just awful.

24 Sep 2016 14:02:07
No Lovren, has not even made the bench.

Personally I think the club have given him a lot of rope and he's took it too far and hung himself. He's been often praised for his antics and they get him involved with entertaining the school kiddies and that for me it looks like they've gave him the class clown role and he's took it abit too far a few too many times and he's been punished for it. Obviously his latest statement was pure stupidity on his side.

What's everybody's pet hates when attending games? I can't stand people with cameras and phones, just watch the match.

Don't hate, all love.

24 Sep 2016 14:43:30
Was gunna say, what if that's your only game that season, or for 5 years, wouldn't you want to remember it?

24 Sep 2016 13:11:41
It's a shame really because last years champions are getting made a mockery of. It's nothing to do with Kante because we beat him. Looks like they just got lucky.

Lucky over 38 games?

Au revoir et bon chance, Mama.

24 Sep 2016 19:37:04
He's off in January. Just my take.

24 Sep 2016 09:34:20
Not a massive fan of stats but just read that in the first seven games last season we scored 5 goals. This season we have scored 19. And these are away games against the likes of Arsenal, Spurs and Chelsea. Like i said, i'm not a big fan of statistics but any way you look at those suggests a big improvement.

Long may it continue Annie. i'm going for 5-0 today. 😆.

24 Sep 2016 10:08:05
At a canter, Rover 😉.

24 Sep 2016 19:37:41
And boy, was it at a canter.

24 Sep 2016 06:52:50
Looks like Sakho is set to start today after having a goood old outburst about his current situation on snapchat last night 🙈🙈🙈🙈.

24 Sep 2016 08:39:20
The guys a proper tube. No way back for him now.

24 Sep 2016 08:50:59
He needs to close down his snapchat and concentrate on his career. He is doing himself no favours at all.

24 Sep 2016 09:01:22
No one knows why he's been frozen out, does seam very strange. Everything was absolutely fine. Last season was fine. Nothing was even hinted at by anyone as to be slightly wrong.

Suddenly a trip to the prison and everything has gone wrong.

Can see big problems down the line on this one for klopp. 😬😬.

24 Sep 2016 09:07:30
Not sure what he was thinking, if there was any chance of him reviving his career its surely gone now.

24 Sep 2016 09:22:40
im sure if he worked hard at one point he'll be allowed to play with u23s.

unlikely to see that happen now. why mama, why?

24 Sep 2016 09:39:01
No problem for Klopp - Mattaldinho.

{Ed001's Note - also everyone knows why he has been frozen out, so I fail to see the issue at all.}

24 Sep 2016 09:45:28
For those of us not on snapchat, what's he done?

24 Sep 2016 09:58:02
Mikey, he posted a few snapchats and wrote "Now it's 3 weeks i am fit to play games. I finish all my reabilitation work. They don't want me to play also with segonde team lol! Why i don't know.

Still working hard like Scouse SOldier! Still not talking cose i want speak on the pich. I will speak soon for the people who support me and don't understand the situation.

Still happy to live in my "Liverpool Contry" wihith my familly, hope to have chance to play soon to give my best like i try to do always!

I accepte my situation but i can't accepte the lie . The Fans derserve to know the true! Thanks for your support.

6months stay quiet . Have good night everybody! You Never Walk Alone"

I didn't correct any mistakes, but I left out some smileys. I think that was the final nail in the coffin for him.

24 Sep 2016 10:02:50
Edo1 why has he been frozen out cheers.

{Ed001's Note - because he is a pain off the pitch, poor attitude. The same reason why he was pumped out of his previous club.}

24 Sep 2016 10:12:51
I meant no one was aware until he was sent home ed, no one said anything including the eds. It's only became apparent when he was sent back from America trip.

{Ed001's Note - not true, Ed002 has made references to his behaviour a number of times since Sakho joined us.}

24 Sep 2016 10:28:53
Sakho says he's not talking but doing the complete opposite.
Shame he's a bell.

24 Sep 2016 10:31:18
Ok fair play, missed that.

Still going to be a nightmare having him around for klopp I feel.

24 Sep 2016 13:18:27
You hevent though, sure you mentioned him as potential captain, certain starter etc.

When Brendan wasn't playing him or brought lovren to replace him maybe this was why? Nothing was netioned when happened except Brendan doesn't have a clue etc.

{Ed001's Note - you do realise we are talking about after Rodgers left? And what is your point? I said a number of times he would have to behave to be considered and I always wanted Hendo to be captain, so not sure why you think I said Sakho.}

24 Sep 2016 19:42:05
I'm a hinge Sahko fan however, he's let me and many of his fans down and he's burnt his bridges with the club and Klopp. IMO, he'll be off in January as we cannot have distractions that will derail the team spirit and chemistry Klopp is trying to install.

24 Sep 2016 20:42:15
Ed, was he told he'd be frozen out for the season after he refused to leave on loan in the summer? If we want to sell in January, would it not be better to have him match fit, maybe from U-23s and get clubs interested in him?

{Ed001's Note - he was told he would not be first choice, he was injured, then he carried on being a pain so he has been frozen out completely now. Klopp wanted him to go and he knew he was unlikely to get games as Klavan came in to replace him. It is not so much he is frozen out as that he is not needed.}

24 Sep 2016 06:10:44
Anybody see that carpool video with lovren grujic and markovic? I really like players doing things like this as it makes you look at them in a different light. Lovren seems like a really good nice guy! Anyway if people haven't seen it I'd certainly recommend it, good for a couple laughs!

Believable13 Unbelievable1

24 Sep 2016 09:02:21
Yeah I like seeing the players in a normal light too. Agree on lovren looks like a top lad.

24 Sep 2016 09:28:43
Have meet Lovren and he is a really nice guy, surprisingly funny as well!

24 Sep 2016 12:20:35
Serbs and Croats in perfect harmony . LFC is better than the UN!

23 Sep 2016 21:57:50
Hello fellow Reds. Have been following this site for years now, from the times when every Tom Dick and Harry was spotting Aguero at the John Lennon Airport and we eventually ended up with Charlie Adam and Stewart Downing. I have just enjoyed reading the posts on this site for years now but literally one post yesterday made me make up my mind to create an account and post on here. I read Ed002's reply on one of the posts saying that he/ she is back home in SF. ED002, do you mean San Francisco? If yes, I would love to meet you in person and chat with you, since I am truly amazed by the wealth of knowledge you have with everything pertaining Football!

Anyways, will try posting on here more often, but just wanted to say a BIG Thank you to all the ED's out there who do a fabulous job running this! I tip my hat to you, Sire.

Believable5 Unbelievable1

{Ed002's Note - Thanks for the kind words. I am in San Francisco at the momment but depart in the morning for Santa Barbara and Palm Springs before returning to England. I was born in the Pacific Northwest but moved to the Bay Area at the age of three or four. I went to UC Berkeley but moved to Europe after that - so most of my life I have lived in Monaco or England.}

24 Sep 2016 06:33:17
It was certainly a long shot, but was worth asking :) . I hope that we can get in touch at a later date whenever you return back to the Bay Area. Glad to know you are a UC Berkeley alumni. I have been meaning to go for one of the Berkeley Extension Programs for a bit now, but keep putting it off.

While I have you here, may I ask your recommendation for a good book to read/ hear (I have really gotten into listening books lately) . I am looking for something which is informative in terms of understanding the ins and outs of Football along with being entertaining. I know that there have been recommendations on biographies/ autobiographies on this site in the past but I am looking for something you would pick. Apologies if this is a repeated question.

{Ed002's Note - I come back and forth a few times a year and will certainly be open to meeting up. Book wise I am not so sure as the subject os very broad. I am not the one to advise on LFC books and read few myself - the Robin Friday book told a story of interest. I am going to be generally on the road for a month or two more but periodically hassle me and I will think of something. We have eaten well in the city and have buddies to see in Sausalito tomorrow before heading south. It is home and we are comfortabale here.}

24 Sep 2016 10:49:28
You could look at Harry Redknapp's book in which he covers the last 60 years of English players. He gives his best teams of every decade since the 50's. Good for LFC in some decades and gives a good insight into how playing attitudes have changed. Harry seems to have a respect for LFC and a decent understanding of the game.

24 Sep 2016 08:21:32
That's great to hear! Kindly let me know the next time you plan to visit and it would be a pleasure to meet up. Thanks for the book tip for now - will check it out. Sausalito is beautiful! I remember the first time I visited there, I googled "things to see in Sausalito" and there were people raving about these "balancing rocks" and when we got to Sausalito, it was some guy on the sidewalk balancing these rocks and it had apparently been termed a tourist attraction, haha.

Have fun on the road for the next couple of months, and hopefully we will have you back in time to confirm if Liverpool's Club Store employee's, aunt's, laundryman has just seen Reus taking an Uber from James Street station, in December. :)

24 Sep 2016 19:43:47
Ed, my mum and sister live in San Fran. Hope you're havin a good time down there.

{Ed002's Note - It has been a blast as always. I will be back soon.}
