Bit of a weird thing but watching highlights of kieta balde and he has one thing I love seeing in a player, seering pace.

So curious, what are things you like seeing in a player? Personally enjoy natural pace (even when fit never had it lol), a great first touch (lallana or firmino) and finally well weighted passing (think alonso. Hated when playing footie and a pass was misplaced or miss-timed as it just kills any attack) .

23 Jan 2017 23:03:23
Intelligent reading of the game. You don't need physical pace or even strength if you're two steps ahead of everyone.
It's getting more and more rare with clubs preferring big lumps of lads than the intellegent player.

23 Jan 2017 23:12:39
I've always been a sucker for a player with great movement. Not as in pace or runs etc. A player like Silva, Iniesta, Modric etc. The guys who just seem to have loads of time because their movement, touch and awareness are just so good.

Coutinho and Firmino are both pretty good in that way to be fair, but I wouldn't say we've had anyone truly of this ilk since we sold Yossi Benayoun. He made everything look easy, whilst also working very hard off the ball, and being vastly under rated. Signed him too late and sold him too soon!

23 Jan 2017 23:27:29
Depends on the player.
I do love a dribbler though, Beardo, Digger, McManaman. Players who could just change the game in an instant by beating 3-4 players.
Then again I love a player who is a great passer. Players who just have loads of time on the ball when there is no space e. g. Molby, Alonso.

23 Jan 2017 23:35:04
Defence splitting passes - I love a good solid assist even more than the goal itself at times. I love when that pass splits the defenders and rolls right into the path of a forward on the run. Beautiful.

I also like a good feint or dummy to beat the keeper 1v1.

23 Jan 2017 23:54:47
Im surprised Suarez hasn't been mentioned, love him or hate him he was nothing short of fantastic.

24 Jan 2017 00:16:00
Love the players who seem to be playing in almost slow motion, everybody rushing about then the ball comes to slow mo player and he has so much time, Zinidan, Iniesta and Xabi off the top of my head, oh and Klavan😅

{Ed007's Note - Charlie Adam...

24 Jan 2017 00:32:50
John Barnes. All day long!

24 Jan 2017 03:20:51
Vision - seeing players using their brain and getting their head up to play quality passes looks simple but changes games. Coutinho is especially good at this, his intricate, clever passes are great to watch.

24 Jan 2017 08:24:11
Steve Staunton with his afterburners

24 Jan 2017 09:41:35
Yeah Bobby John Barnes, effortless on the ball made me rush outside to pass the ball into the side wall for hours.

24 Jan 2017 10:51:44
I do prefer a player who can control a ball, pick a pass and have the positional sense to move again to receive a pass again, but we currently have many of these sorts of players I. e hendo, wij, Couts, Bobby, lallana, Studge the most obvious. What we lack currently is pace and directness without Mane so I want to see us bring in more seering pace as you said!

24 Jan 2017 11:01:14
Keita-Balde is some player, tho.

24 Jan 2017 11:29:47
I don't think there is a player blessed with everything. Xabi never had any real pace but then he never needed it while Barnes had everything except killer passing. I think
John Barnes was the most unique player the club had in their history.

24 Jan 2017 14:19:24
My favorite is players who receive and pass the ball without needing to look up because they already know where it's going. Coutinho and Firmino are currently best at this, they don't just make the runs, they know exactly what they're going to do when they get it too. makes the game so quick and almost impossible to defend against. Hendo is also pretty good.

Dilly dallying on the ball once we've turned it over in particular drives me mad. Wastes the best moment to transition into attack and shows they weren't thinking about what comes next.

25 Jan 2017 14:06:21
Jan Molby's goal against united.

23 Jan 2017 21:07:37
Lallana plays better in the middle as he has more passing options and can do quick 1 2s with mane firmino or even coutinho and can then make runs into the box for the return ball, this why he is more effective, wide front position lallana only has Clyne or firmino to pass to or back to midfield

Looking forward to the game on Wednesday, the place needs to be jumping, no moaning and groaning, just plenty of encouragement, the atmosphere on Saturday was as flat as a nuns tit, Juergen and the team need our help, c'mon REDMEN.

23 Jan 2017 23:46:27
I think we miss lalanas work rate when he's not in the middle, Can just can't compete with him in this aspect.

24 Jan 2017 11:18:31
I went to school and there was a nun teaching R. E who had huge tits.

{Ed001's Note - ?}

24 Jan 2017 10:42:59
I agree - Lallana is doing fine on the wing but every game he's played in the center this season he has added something exceptional and we've missed that. I'd rather him in the center and someone worse out wide than him out wide and Can in the centre - for me, Can is only suitable to replace Wiji

24 Jan 2017 16:20:56
POPA-LAZAROU, what was her name. hahaha

23 Jan 2017 20:55:14
With the transfer window closing in a weeks time and klopp saying teams not willing to do deals. Hopefully we don't just buy a player for the sake out it e. g. Balotelli just because we cannot get other targets. i for one would be happy to wait for the right players in the summer. (Jonathan tah and Steven n zonzi) my personal choices big strong players whom both can play klopp type football. I think we it's shown over the last few games we are a little short possibly in the wide areas with that pace that mane brings and miss that when we don't have it. i feel we are 2 or 3 players away at this point. What's your thoughts eds?

Believable1 Unbelievable0

{Ed002's Note - I agree conceptually that clubs need to step back from knee jerk reactions in terms of buying for the sake of it. LAst year we saw Klipperty go for a completely pointless loan - I hope he won't do that again. I do understand that fans crave a player comining in, but it is easy to come to regret that in the summer when the club is stuck with players who are not going to get a look in whilst they are constrained from adding what they need. Klopp is not the smartest cord in the woodpile but it would take one DF to throw money out there to get a short term solution. Maybe Caulker could be available on loan again?}

23 Jan 2017 21:43:03
Thanks for the reply ed. anyone in particular you would go and get in the summer?

{Ed002's Note - I think the summer is a long way off risht now.}

23 Jan 2017 21:54:10
Why do you think Klopp is not too smart ed? Do you mean in general (have you met him maybe? ) or just in footballing terms (things like the Caulker deal etc. )

{Ed002's Note - It has not worked - tell me when it has.}

23 Jan 2017 22:05:09
Could Klopp see a long term plan instead of a short plan and develop Ojo and Wilson. They may not be ready now and we also need players for now but it would be nice if one of them are seen long term .

23 Jan 2017 22:32:38
Sometimes think long term is used as in excuse. Don't get me wrong think a long term plan is important but have to get there by making steps. So in the short term if splashing £30m-£40m in this window gets us top 4 is it worth it?

Only thing is doing our best to make sure any player brought in improves our first team. Obviously finances restraints hinder this and summer is more important but funnily seem to need the same 3/ 4 positions we always do; CB, RB, wide forward and potentially gk (far too early to judge karius and migns has improved drastically, but still don't have one I'm confident in) .

23 Jan 2017 22:43:05
In fairness Ed002, there have been 7 managers to win a PL title out of a possible 206 - that's a little over 3%. Of those, only 2 won it in their first full season and none won it with less than a full season. Whilst I don't disagree with you because I don't know the man, I think it not having yet worked out in the PL is a little bit of a harsh reason for saying Klopp isn't very smart!

{Ed002's Note - The Liverpool owners considered they should have bought the Premier League title a couple of times now. I am sure that there are plenty of other excuses you can think of for Klopp not being up to the job as well.}

24 Jan 2017 00:05:14
What exactly has not worked ed2? has he not improved Liverpool?

{Ed002's Note - He hasn't won anything for years - like Liverpool haven't won anything for years.}

24 Jan 2017 10:20:25
Wasn't having a go ed, was just generally curious.
What hasn't worked, sorry?

{Ed002's Note - Having a way of playing football that will never win the league.}

24 Jan 2017 11:12:21
Klopp has already mentioned time and again that just buying one player will not fix our current issues. Will buying a winger fro 30m suddenly make Lovren or Klavan stop making silly mistakes? Will that make us more committed and show more fight vs lesser teams? Many seem to think so for some wierd reason.

Panic-buying fixes nothing and LFC are in the best position to know that with examples galore. Any player you get in now, will need time to adjust and when he starts struggling as is normal in the beginning, what happens then? Should Klopp get the blame for getting a player we craved for or will he get slated for getting in the wrong player? See how complicated this is? Klopp has shown that if a player is out there that he needs, he will try to get him in as he tried to do with Alex Texeira last Jan but Chaktar wanted more money.

The man is in a no win situation so he`s doing what he thinks is right and I don`t envy him hence, he gets my support.

24 Jan 2017 14:29:29
I see lol so again. Has he not improved Liverpool?

{Ed002's Note - His win percentage is still below that of Rodgers.}

23 Jan 2017 20:19:22
A take on wingers, because today I'm baffled slightly. Origi can't play wide and no confidence at the moment, sturridge can't play wide and doesn't really look like he can be arsed anyway, Ojo coming back from a long injury and not being rushed, coutinho the same, mane at the afcon. lallana and Firmino are totally wasted out wide when they should be cm and cf. I guess my point is, why've we sent markovic back out on loan?!
We've an international winger on our books, who's wages we are paying, going back out on loan when we are in dire need of wingers.
Truly baffled, if he plays well at hull, people and myself included will be saying "he could be doing that for us" and if he doesn't play well or should I say, we don't expect him to play well (shown by the fact he's let him go on loan when we need a winger) then just sell the poor sod as he's clearly not rated by Klopp.
Eds said we wouldn't buy to replace mane for a month, but we already have a player who deserves at least one shot after what the clubs put him through!

Believable2 Unbelievable1

{Ed002's Note - Markovic is another not wanted by Klopp who the club really wanted to sell but over-priced him in the summer. The club's agreement of the player originally saw another Premier League club benefit significantly from the move and it saw the club sign up to a truly bizarre on-going deal involving image rights and significant payments by the club (to this day - and even whilst he has been on loan). Once Klipperty decides a player is not for him - that is it. To the detriment of the team - that is it.}

23 Jan 2017 20:48:14
"To the detriment of the team" totally agree, because that could also be linked to our cb problem too, klavan who's seriously struggling, matip always injured and Gomez, a long long injury, if only we had an international cb in waiting. I feel you was hinting at that anyway.
Love the man to bits, and want him here for years, but someone needs to explain the English phrase, don't cut your nose to spite your face. When it's going great then great, when it's not, which it hasn't, he needs to take a step back and reflect.

{Ed002's Note - You have hit a key point there. Liverpool were done with Suarez, but still gave him chance after chance - even whilst he was threatening court action. Klopp is done with a player who was always high maintenance and totally unforgiving. It makes little sense Benny.}

23 Jan 2017 21:52:15
I'd rather him be like that to be honest I like a man who knows his own mind. Think Ferguson with Stam for a reference. I'm not saying Klopp is perfect but on the Sakho situation he is spot on.

23 Jan 2017 22:15:32
I think with all the emphasis that Klopp places on the team, as a unit, having a player regularly late to team meetings undermines that if it goes unpunished. The team only works if we're all pulling in the same direction with equal effort.

24 Jan 2017 03:20:44
Don't agree with klopp at all on the Sakho matter, fair enough the lad might get a bit emotional at times and might do the odd daft thing, but you can tell he loves Liverpool the way he goes on about the scouse nation, he is a quality player, never seen him give anything less than 100% on the pitch and remember him trying to play through injury at hull last year and klopp basically dragging him off

You need players like that at a football club, a proper soldier. Hate to see him leave.

24 Jan 2017 07:04:16
We only see what goes on in a match with Sakho, Klopp sees (or doesn't) what goes on during the week.
You have to back the manager in these situations otherwise Klopp is wasting his time here.

24 Jan 2017 11:15:42
As a Sahko fan, I should be gutted for Klopp freezing out Sahko but I`m not. Discipline is required in any team if success is to be achieved so we can`t be having the patients running the hospital. Klopp runs a tight ship and Sahko has messed up so many times that if Klopp doesn`t want him then neither do I. You cannot be rewarding indiscipline or you lose the DR and your credibility as a manager.

23 Jan 2017 18:40:58
My own take. On Liverpool's season. From now onwards, we should play with serious aggression and that should start with the upcoming FA Cup semi final tie. Every department must be ready to give more than 100%, we might be a work in progress but we deserve a trophy this season and much more.
Eds please keep up the good work.

Believable2 Unbelievable5

23 Jan 2017 19:32:00
The FA cup semi final will be a tad too late for the aggression to come back, but it will allow for a nice long rest in preparation for the next season.

23 Jan 2017 21:28:53
FA Cup semi final? Have we skipped a couple of rounds?
League Cup semi maybe? Hopefully we'll put this last couple of weeks behind us with a springtime Wembley appearance.

24 Jan 2017 11:17:09
All games are must win games right now with a Cup final mentality. No mo more margin for error if we are to make top 4 or win a trophy. Full commitment is needed going forward.

23 Jan 2017 18:14:34
After going to game on Saturday and not flying home till sunday night I brought my youngfella to prenton park yesterday to watch U23s. First off good to see Matip and gomez on the field together - so after watching both games I think Kevin Stewart 100% deserves his place ahead of Can, no ifs or buts, the lad was committed to every tackle, never stopped running, read the game perfectly - if any one of the back 4 got caught out of position, or pressed forward in attack KS was there covering back, even in the endgame at 3-0 up he was getting about like a blue arsed fly.
So I think he has to get his chance!

Believable8 Unbelievable2

23 Jan 2017 16:14:12
Hey ed002,
I remember quite a while back back you said that 2017 would be the year that we could see a change of owners at the club. Is this still the case and is there much interest in the club?
Another question that I have is that you said a while back there might be some exciting news? I believe Ron asked about it around October/ November time.
Apologies if I'm digging up the past and if it's not relevant any longer

Believable0 Unbelievable2

{Ed002's Note - I don't recall the exciting news so I will say that it happened and sadly you missed it. It is not out of the question that the owners will take the opportunity to cut their losses and run but there is an issue. The value of the club in GBP is distorted due to the exchange rate at the moment and the owners may wait until it levels out and effectively increases the price to what will undoubtedly be a foreign buyer. So it remains a maybe DRM.}

23 Jan 2017 17:02:04
I think at the time you were referring to the YouTube thing shakropod or similar

{Ed002's Note - Thanks - the Sharkopod it is then.}

23 Jan 2017 17:29:55
Thank you very much ed and thanks jezza for clearing that up

23 Jan 2017 19:01:54
Just came back from Mexico, and 2 different local lads reckoned that a wealthy Mexican guy was enquiring about buying the club. No idea where it had come from, but they both think it has some legs.

23 Jan 2017 19:55:59
Most likely a drug lord, hopefully we steer well clear of that;)

23 Jan 2017 22:23:00
Carlos Slim - sounds good 🤑

{Ed025's Note - love it ron..

23 Jan 2017 14:08:44
How about playing Can at CB Ed01? He has no place in midfield and we are terrible at back atm. I don't rate Lovren and Klavan is simply a back up. Can couldn't do any worse than both of them. If Klopp doesn't fancy Gomez in league games then Can is a decent short term fix.

Believable0 Unbelievable6

{Ed001's Note - Can was hopeless in defence. He has no positional sense back there, can't head the ball and is easily bullied, as well as lacking acceleration and having the turning circle of a bendy-bus.}

23 Jan 2017 14:31:36
Doesn't sound like the attributes of a midfielder either, where do you think he'll ultimately develop best in the side?

23 Jan 2017 15:33:28
Would Can be a suitable temporary replacement for Mane on the wing? It would also allow Lalanna move back into centre where he has shown to be much more effective.

23 Jan 2017 15:24:56
Given his form I'd guess he'll soon be developing at a different team Zimbo

23 Jan 2017 16:37:16
By next season Can will be gone in my opinion and Grujic, Chirivella, Ejaria and Stewart can come further into the first team picture.

Can is not right for our style in my opinion. He isn't mobile enough.

23 Jan 2017 16:38:04
Can? A winger?
There are few positions I would less like him to play in.

23 Jan 2017 15:24:56
Given his form I'd guess he'll soon be developing at a different team Zimbo

23 Jan 2017 16:26:07
He's not a winger. I'd put him at the base of a 4-2-3-1 myself alongside someone more mobile and defensively minded. Frees him up to surge forward if the space is there and defensive cover will ensure he's not too exposed.

Over the long term I'd hope he'll develop and become a Ballack style player but obviously a long long way to go there!

23 Jan 2017 16:45:54
He's young Ron, give him a chance maybe? The problem is that It looks like he's undroppable. So could be better on the wing and at least it allows Lalanna back into midfield.
It's the fact that he looks undroppable to Klopp so must play somewhere.

23 Jan 2017 17:02:25
I see the let's give the Young inexperienced player a starting position brigade are back

23 Jan 2017 20:01:30
A quick fix to our defense is bringing sakho back in the first team, he was looking immense at the end of last season. Even if klopp wants him gone, playing in the first team will likely attract more interest and he can rid him in the summer

23 Jan 2017 20:28:54
Bendy bus haha, that was classic, its not just the turn he seems to be doing it in slow motion sometimes, like there is a disconnect with his thought and muscle reaction. Still, he is a better footballer than me so who am i to criticise!

23 Jan 2017 21:13:02
Can on the wings or Ojo on the wings? I will have a winger on the wings than a midfielder any day.

23 Jan 2017 21:36:25
can is only effective with Hendo and Lallana with him in CM. This is where he has been more than productive this season. He`s scored goals, gotten assists and his ability to drive at teams knowing he has cover in Hendo behind him, is where he is really effective.

The problem is that with mane gone, Lallana has been playing on the right (where he is not effective) and Can and Wij (not complimentary at all) are in CM with Hendo. This is where ours and Klopp`s frustration is coming from. If Origi (which I think he can, Firmino or Studge could play on the right, that would free Lallana to play in CM and then either Can or Wij can partner Hendo in midfield. But they can`t and Klopp doesn`t trust Ojo in big games either so we are stuck. This is where the issue lies, IMO.

23 Jan 2017 13:35:32
Dont worry guys the loss against Swansea may be a blessing in disguise. Sometimes you need a loss like that to focus again. Now is the time to go on a run of games. On the plus, Matip is fit, with him in the side we look much more solid, he brings a little calm to the side. If we had beaten Swansea there might have been an argument to keep the same side for Chelsea!

Apart from Mane everyone is fit and Coutinho has another game under his belt. Beat Chelsea and Arsenal and we move on.

Pissed off after the result Sat, but now its time to put it behind us and get on with supporting the team, there is going to be many games where the top 6 lose soft points, we just have to be there abouts at the end.

Believable15 Unbelievable8

23 Jan 2017 13:51:41
Have a thumbs up!

23 Jan 2017 14:36:00
Agreed, boys but before Chelsea and Arsenal, we have a ticket for Wembley to punch vs Saints.

23 Jan 2017 18:42:07
The loss is a wake up call! How many do we need before we wake up.

23 Jan 2017 21:48:43
What do you mean "how many do we need"? Last time I checked we'd only lost 4 games all season in all competitions, and one of them was in the first leg of a tie we may still over turn.

Or did I miss a secret Champions league campaign in which we lost all 6 group games?

Wise up Magic buddy. We have lost the joint least amount of games (across all comps) of every team in the Prem, level with Chelsea on 4.

Stop making things up in your head to suit your agenda.

24 Jan 2017 03:25:44
its not how many that bothers me MK, its the teams we have lost to, burnley, Bournemouth and now Swansea, how can a team that is unbeaten against all the top sides be losing to those sides, and no im not arrogant to think we have a right to beat those sides, it just does not make sense, that tells me its more a mental issue as regards to when we play the top teams and when we play teams we expect to beat. We really need to sort this out if we are to progress into the title chasing side we want Liverpool to become.

24 Jan 2017 07:37:56
Kk, you do understand that we will inevitably be losing games over the course of the season right? You say it's not the losing 4 games but who they are against. Would it give you more comfort if we lost those games to city, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs then? We'd still be on the same points mate.

Just saying

24 Jan 2017 08:00:30
Mkscouser. just because In your mind a problem does not exist, doesn't mean the problem isn't there.
We've had 3 weeks of wake up calls, I'm
Sorry but I count every game Liverpool play, I don't ignore cup games and don't care if we might still beat Southampton, I'm interested in the facts so far.
We might win the league fa cup and efl cup, so might the rest of them.
They have already had plenty of wake up calls. losing to Bournemouth after being 3-1 up with 15 mins to go should be more than enough of a wake up call.

24 Jan 2017 08:06:56
And what's this about agendas. sorry but it's just a Liverpool supporter expressing an opinion, and looking back at it again I don't see it to be far fetched at all.
We were top of the table and lost/ drew some games that were unacceptable and it wasn't a one off and have slipped to fourth 10 points behind Chelsea. WAKE UP

24 Jan 2017 10:20:05
I take your point 87red we have to lose football games, but you have to admit there is something wrong when we are losing to those clubs, yet we are performing better against our bigger rivals, we stepped out onto the pitch Saturday as if the game was won before the game was played, even klopp was slouched in his chair as if he was expecting a straight forward match, that suggests as ed001 has already stated a complacent mentality when we play certain teams, to lose to our bigger rivals I could understand but for years now we have slipped up when playing teams we are expected to beat, until we fix this problem then im afraid we will continue to come up short as regards to our targets.

23 Jan 2017 10:39:34
If Ed01 is around.
Do you think we overlooked Suso? I am no bitter but he has been very good for Milan.
He has a wonderful touch and brilliant left foot. He is very similar to Silva / Coutinho except he is bit slow ( Whih silva is also ) . He would have been handy in the absence of Coutinho.

Believable2 Unbelievable2

{Ed001's Note - I do think we gave up on him far too soon. It is a common problem in the UK, we give them an early couple of games then expect them to be world class by 23 or we get rid. In Italy they have an almost opposite problem as their youngsters struggle to even get a chance before they hit 23. It really needs to be looked at, we should show more patience. Suso is a very good example, as is Mark Albrighton, who Villa gave up on far too early.}

23 Jan 2017 11:22:06
Thanks mate 😊

{Ed001's Note - welcome.}

23 Jan 2017 11:33:04
We didn't give up on him Rodgers did. When ever he played for the first team he never had a bad game, but Rodgers overlooked Suso in favour of Sterling's pace.

23 Jan 2017 12:20:47
There's too much pressure in England on managers. They don't get the time to let players develop, plus we stockpile too many youngsters.

23 Jan 2017 14:00:36
I always rated Suso more than sterling and Suso would fit into our team right now, kind of like a left footed Coutinho lite, sad, let's do a chelsea and buy back our own player

23 Jan 2017 15:11:18
Did we give up on him? He was offered a contract but decided it wasn't enough so chose to move. Rodgers did rate Sterling over him but Sterling rewarded him with an excellent season in 13/ 14 so I don't think you can say Rodgers got that one wrong regardless of how their respective careers have progressed. Maybe in a different world Suso was preferred and would now be in our first team but that's wild speculation.

23 Jan 2017 15:13:46
He was the perfect option to try that time Coutinho got injured for a few games, yet we went with safety first (Joe Allen) if I remember correctly and lost our creative spark. Such a shame as we could have used him now to cover for Coutinho, Llalana type role and we don't seem to have anyone obviously first team ready in that creative / wide midfielder space.

Interesting to see Woodburn play there in the u23s the other day. played well too and strikes me he might be a similar sort of player to Llalana, good energy, great passer of the ball, decent tackler and scores goals too?

23 Jan 2017 15:28:17
I agree with Zimbo. He is a better player than Lallana and he is a natural replacement for Lallana.

23 Jan 2017 21:38:46
I`ve watched Suso a lot this season at Milan and for each time he does something good, I am saddened as I say to myself, "He could have been doing that at LFC had The Genius had enough patience with him as he did with his brother from another mother, Allen". So sad.

Completely agree with Ron. 100% correct.

Ed's- what's the solution then?

Managers can't give youngsters time to develop as there is always sword on their head and we can't blame them if they wanted readymade (starting 11) players than hoping to give random youngsters chance and hope they come good.

{Ed001's Note - simple, managers should be given time to build a side.}

Back in Spain now Ed1 mate? hope you enjoyed your time in the UK :)

Believable1 Unbelievable1

{Ed001's Note - not really, we didn't win a game while I was there! Thankfully off home this week.}

I think you need to be back before the next game then mate and never return to the UK haha! Have a safe trip ed1.

{Ed001's Note - cheers mate, I am looking forward to being warm and not feeling ill all the time once more! Though me dad 'helped' with the flight, as he likes to do stuff like that, so I have a 16 hour flight via Stockholm to look forward to, as it was £3 cheaper than a direct 8 hour flight.}

When are you returning to Dubai Ed01?

{Ed001's Note - this week mate. Couple of days from now.}

23 Jan 2017 11:23:23
That is brilliant. It will probably cost you another £15 minimum for food and drink, While you wait for your connection, or is he going to send you off with a packed lunch too?

{Ed001's Note - I did point that out to him, as well as the fact that, as the flight goes at 6:45am it will mean he will have to drive me to the airport in the early hours, when a daytime flight would have seen me hop on the train to Malaga. No point talking to him though, he just sees it is £3 cheaper and thinks it is a bargain!}

You don't argue with your parents Ed01. You simply obey them😄. Ha ha

{Ed001's Note - it's pointless anyway, as he never looked at any of that, he had already booked them after seeing they were cheaper! Old people should not be allowed technology, it just leads to problems.}

23 Jan 2017 12:01:56
Ha Ha ha. Poor old Ed025 😄

{Ed001's Note - Ed025 is beyond old. Wayyyyyyyyy beyond old.}

23 Jan 2017 14:27:21
Ed was it your dad or Ian Ayre that booked the flight? 😏

{Ed001's Note - me dad was Ian Ayre's travel advisor before he retired.....}

23 Jan 2017 15:18:14
No wonder Ayre reached a day after the deadline day in Ukraine for Konoplayanka. Ha ha

Lol ed1 i know the feeling mate. Enjoy won't you haha! always funny when it's not yourself but when it's somebody else I can't help it. Sorry ed1 lol I'm sure it'll be a delightful journey :)

{Ed001's Note - thanks mate, I am sure it will be well worth it all to save £3!}
