i think the time has come to think of serious options at the back people talk of emergency signing of Garay etc. THIS IS NOT THE ANSWER.

here are 6 reasons why the answer to our problems comes in the form of a Finnish CB names Sami Hyypia!

1. He was a world class CB for us during his time, rock at the back and commanding of the rest of the defence.
2. He is a free agent so we would be able to sign him now.
3. if and when we get to the knockout rounds and end up facing juventus, they will tremble at the memory of his rocket of a goal in 2005 that helped send them out.
4. He is 6FT 4!
5. not only a figurehead on the pitch but off the pitch as well giving valuable experience to our future CB's.

Here is one good reason why Sami Hyypia is not a good reason to cover at centre back. he's 47! Apart from that I agree - Sami of 15-20 years ago was a great player.

Samir was not only a great player but a LEGEND if truth be told as was Hansen imagine them together nowadays allison would only touch the ball in the warm up.
