Harvey elliot needs to start every game and take penalties until he scores next season.

Hes said he will get rid of the hair when he scores his first professional goal. He might only be 17 but it's for the greater good.

Lol, I didn't know that. Lister in red dwarf 8 springs to mind. God that's a bold claim for a lad who generally starts 3 or 4 games a year.

On the other hand it shows his confidence in his ability. He's going to be a serious player I think. The little flashes we've seen, from a SEVENTEEN year old, is pretty remarkable.

Agreed robbie, I'm looking forward to seeing more of the lad but at the same time we must not push him too hard yet, he's still a child and needs to learn a lot. So many kids have failed because they've been pushed far too early. I'm sure klopp will have it all under control though, I hope to see the lad a lot in pre season and cup games to begin with, gradually put him in. One day I have no doubt, he's going to be a special player, let's hope it's for us.

I think finishing and shooting is the main thing he needs to develop. Everything else he seems vastly ahead of his age group although he of course needs to continue strengthening his strengths also. Strong finishing and he will become a star. sterling couldn't finish at his age also. Not dissing the kid but from the games I saw he is quite erratic in front of goal. He s so young. Plenty of time.

I believe Voronin said the same but the barber's broom was untouched.

Why can't he be like most good 17 year olds and listen to Mom and Dad and just get rid of that abomination of a mop?
