Quick question. apologies if already asked. I think we are all really excited for the future having seen the kids play this year. But given the extensive coverage our youth have had vs other teams, do you think we will struggle to hold onto a lot of them over the next year or two? I. e they will want to move on sooner than they otherwise would.

In my opinion, realistically we can only possibly hold onto maybe just a few of them given the strength of the current first team squad. I really like the looks of Elliott and Larouci, and maybe Williams.

That's a really good point rollan. If I were a mid table team I'd be looking at our young rb and especially chirevella, who is a bit older and knowing Liverpool have a wealth of midfielders I can see him moving on. Shame coz I really like him. But when does he get in this lfc team?

But I guess it's a good thing, yeah we'd love them go play for Liverpool but at the same time I'd be chuffed for them if they got some 1st team action. Can't believe solanke hasn't scored for Bournemouth yet! I thought he'd make it at Liverpool but can't buy a goal. Actually did he not score recently? Cup game.

Good question mate and one that may be true I can see the likes of jones maybe going on loan if grujic comes back in.

I think it could actually help move on some of the young players that we don't want to keep, rather than lead to us losing ones we do want to keep.

All clubs now have extensive scouting networks, especially in the age group games. So clubs that might be interested in our young players would have known about them anyway. The difference is that those young players have now been given more exposure, meaning that potentially more clubs will be interested in them as well, the more clubs that are interested the better for selling.

Also, the club has given the young players a chance in some first team games so I believe it will be easier to hold on to the ones we want to keep as they will believe there is more chance of progression to the first team squad.

I see playing the kids and the exposure they've got as a result as a good thing all round.
