Ed001, was watching a documentary about the drugs or pain killing shots that they give the players in the NFL some legal and some illegal and how it has affected on their health in later years. My question is do u reckon or do u know if football has this same issue?

Do u think it is down to the club or the player? I mean, would the club be advising the player to accept these shots or is the player doing this off their own backs?

{Ed001's Note - it will depend on the individual case. There have certainly been both happening in recent times.}

Forget sports for a minute, the opioid epidemic is ridiculous and the world health organisation has to Ben held accountable for the brain washing of the masses for profit where there’s a plant out there that can provide instant pain relief with little to no side effects dependent on that persons mental history. All greed and profits like everything else.

Met Mike Doyle (MC) many yrs ago, he was telling us how the club gave them stuff, night matches were a nightmare, literally like a owl awake all night, and some other gear that turned their urine bright green for a day ( like to see that pass after match tests now)
