I have a question for eds1
Most of us ask your advice on all things football and you see thing most don’t in a game. But what I’d like to know is would you like to manage a club and do you think you’d be any good.

{Ed001's Note - we all grow up dreaming of playing for and managing football clubs, that's why Champ Man is the biggest selling game of all time. So yes, I would love to manage a football club. I would hope I would be good at it, though I know there are a lot of areas I would need help in and the key to success is getting the right help. Being able to analyse and spot what is wrong is totally different from being able to fix it. A lot of it could be learnt over time, but would I get the time to learn it? I am not sure.}

I think that's why Klopp is such a good manager. He knows he cannot do everything himself and he does not just look for help from other members of the team, he actively embraces it. People like Edwards, Lijnders and Kornmayer are all a huge part of Klopp's success.

I think the reason Klopp is the way he is si that he is not all about himself. He said it himslef when he first arrived that he was not a genius and did not know everything and that he would work with the TC regarding transfers, something BR and his over-inflated ego simply could not bring himself to do.

Also I mean, the Klopp literally said to the whole world that he did not want to sign the guy who at the time, was ripping up defences the PL and CL in Mo Salah cos he was not convinced he could hack it and that he had to be convinced into signing him by the TC. I mean, how comfortable do you have to be in your skin to admit that not actually laugh about it.
