We need to show them lot no mercy tomorrow, nothing more than a win will do in my eyes.

I want to be walking out of the ground tomorrow knowing we've just smashed them to pieces.

Drogie, it's ok to get excited about the game BUT calm down man. We get too pumped up with the pre-game hype of this gams and so do the players due to the media hype and then we are surprised that we are average or poor in this fixture cos IMO, all we do is play the occasion, not the games, IMO. And I doubt we will be smashing anyone into pieces tmrw, IMO. Let's get excited and support our team BUT I won't be giving it any more attention than it deserves.

I hear you, Drogie. If Klopp has been taking a relatively measured approach to games so far to sustain energy and avoid injuries, then this is the game I’d like to see us step up a gear. Utd are not so much poor as inconsistent and their confidence is fragile. We have a lot of players fit again whereas they might not be able to field their top scorer.
I’d like to see us go for the throat from the start with a sustained high press. An early goal and they will melt.
I’m confident we can outplay them for 90 minutes and get a result but if we force our will on them it could be a massacre.

Meister, What are you on about calm down? I’ve been going to these United / Liverpool matches for over 30 years, so please don’t tell me to calm down.

Regardless of their league position and I’m sure it will be a tight game, this is still the biggest game of the season.

You’re clearly too young to understand.

With you drogie, if there's a game to get excited about its this one, been a frustrating fixture for a few years but I have a feeling tomorrow will be as one sided a Derby as any in my lifetime, City need us to lose 2 games just so they stay 13 points behind, that alone should give our lads no fear, just go out and enjoy it, if our players and fans both hit their strides together then this could be embarrassing, if you're worried I've jinxed it then watch from behind your sofa, but if there was ever a time to be confident in our club then THIS IS IT!

I watched klopps press conference and he was talking about the history of Liverpool and he said clob instead of club. Love him.

I'm with Drogie on this, I always want Liverpool to win this more than any other game. In spite of all Man Citys' money and quality, it never quite feels the same as Liverpool v Man Utd.

Well said Drogie. It’s for the manager and players to keep their emotions in check. Us match-going fans should go absolutely mental. I want to see us humiliate United.
