If he chooses Arsenal over Napoli then he's going down in my estimation of him. Napoli are looking to compete with Juve. Arsenal are going nowhere fast.

If the gunners do pull it off, it'll be a coup for them, but I'd think they'll offload another player to compensate for it, probably PEA. In which case I'd see it as a backward step. If they can afford to just add Pepe without getting rid of anyone, then they'll jump a place or two in my league final positions prediction.

Epic, Arsenal won't be jumping anywhere up the table if they can't and don't fix that sieve they call a defence and the last time I checked, Pepe is not a CB. If he goes there then it's his choice and good luck to him.

To be fair to Arsenal, they now have a cracking frontline, but their midfield and defence still needs some work.

If arsenal do sign pepe, they are basically building up the way Liverpool did, get quality and pace up front to possibly play to outscore opponents until they can afford (and find) the right players to fix up their defence haha.
