Shents, that chip is still as delicious now, as it was 5 years ago. Brilliant goal.

{Ed025's Note - my memory of him will be him lying on a sunbed with a cocktail in his hand and soaking up the rays in florida nursing a so called injury....while across the pond his team mates were battling it out at st james,s park in the depths of winter..

Hahahaha yeah people forget Sturridge took a sabbatical from football after that first season, I have too say though that season he was rapid, deadly, and world class probably on course too be an all time great, then it all went skeewiff, fair play though he was a good team player this season never moaned but adios amigo .

I will remember Sturridge as a deadly goalscorer and choose to forget the injuries, the loan (and injury) or the number of times a striker worth tens of millions couldn't get on the pitch because we have the best three strikers in world football.

Ed25, we get it. You don't like Studge. It's becoming cringeworthy, mate.

{Ed025's Note - its not about liking or disliking him red wolf its about telling the truth, you are all putting him on a pedestal when he has been stealing a living for 5 years, i balance the argument whereas you are falling all over him and looking at him through red tinted glasses as usual, hes not the only one and its not just liverpool players i will say the same about all players i think are kidding the public and fans who pay good money to watch these prima-donnas...thats the difference mate..

Not all those goals he scored against your lot ed?

{Ed025's Note - hes a very talented individual liverbird but wasted his gift by laziness for me mate..

I wish him all the best but I can’t disagree with Ed025 on this one. I met Studge outside of the football environment, and found him to be extremely rude and obnoxious when he had no need or reason to be. As I said above, I wish him all the best but i am glad he is off the wage bill.
