Anyone worrying about Spurs being a good side let me put your minds at rest. Since the start of February they have lost to Burnley, Chelsea, Southampton, Liverpool, West Ham, Man City and Bournemouth. They also lost at home to Ajax and away to City in the CL although went through on sway goals in both ties.
That’s 9 defeats.
Liverpool have lost 1 game since the start of February away at Barcelona and we all know what happened there.
Yes Spurs are a good side and can beat anyone on their day but they are just as capable of losing to anyone on their day too.
Have faith, we’ve got this.

If the game followed straight on from the end of the season then I would be more confident.

But with this little mini break we could see anything happen.

It’s football anything can happen no guarantees I’m afraid
Up the pool.

I believe we can win but don’t believe for a second it’s a certainty. Spurs are a really good side and have never got this far, those players have the ability to become legends for spurs. If we underestimate them we lose. We need to approach it like every other must win game this season and hopefully it’ll be enough to see us through.

I can't believe I'm reading this.

Are you serious? Never talk like that. Ever.

It's not confidence but stupidity.

It's a final. 1 game. Form out of the window. Every player both sides will have an extra 50%.

Unfortunately, stupidity seems to be a common theme around some Liverpool fans 😂.

Hahaha, no fear Ed mate :) . To be honest though we must be careful, there's one way Spurs will win tonight and it's in their dreams ;) . Bring them on!

On a serious note, I'm gradually getting more nervous then I was now the day is here, this is a must win for us, come on Liverpool, please, come on!

If we were in spurs boots we would be amping to take liverpool out and fully believing it would happen. oh, kinda like last season. anything can happen and what is for sure will be that whatever has already happened won't influence tonight!

Coming from the poster who said Liverpool would win the league back in December and disappeared when they didn’t. You really are a plonker lol.

No harm in believing pino, it's just managing the line between being respectful and arrogant. What is the point of being downbeat though we are in our second successive final and in a third European final under klopp. I believe we can win but I don't expect we will win, complacency of an expectation of winning will practically give it to spurs. Tonight is the biggest game in their recent history, tonight will not be easy but at our best I know we can do it.

I agree WYred, I don’t have any problem with anyone who thinks we will win tonight but if anyone thinks we will smash them is just deluded! Any team that reaches a champions league final deserves to be respected and must not be taken for granted. I’m really looking forward to the game and hopefully we can go one step further than last year!
People on this site criticized Real Madrid for not showing respect for Liverpool last year and those exact posters are doing the same thing to Spurs!

Spot on mate, no one gets to a final who a) doesn't deserve it or b) isn't good enough. Take these spurs lot seriously and what will be will be. but above all be respectful to our opponents nothing worse then taking a team for granted, ask ac Milan who were passing out the congratulations at half time.
