So in a bar on the outskirts of barcelona.
I thought things may have calmed down by now but obviously not. im here for work
Looking round the bar its full of Barcelona crests, shirts and signs
Just remembered my lfc phone cover, so i've taken it off incase i get battered.
The waiter noticed the phone cover before i took it off and pointed to a sign on the wall.
Its a proper neon sign, so not written or chalked on, the place have had it specially made
It reads in catalan: “couthino you are not one of us, we will never forget”
Underneath it reads “valverde you shamed us”
They have taken the defeat pretty badly the waiter told me
Im now planning my escape route before he tells the big knuckle draggers (ed002s words) standing at the bar.

Wow. Similar story here. I just reached Barcelona today’s the only cap I was carrying was my Liverpool one. Had to take it off and tuck it away in a bag - the mood is still quite bad in town.

Wow find that very strange. Play football with quite a few Barcelona fans here in Ibiza several who went to the first leg. And said as we saw it they were beaten by the better team over the 2 legs and we deserved to go through. The odd thing is a lot of them like Coutinho but just don’t feel he will work whilst Messi is still there like many players before him. They feel the pressure just to give the ball to messi and not play their own game. Also they feel players like busquets/ Rakitic get away with less blame even though they have both been poor.
