Hi Ed's given Mignolet looks very likely set to move on in the summer, who do you think would be an ideal option to come in as number 2.

given allison will most likely be playing most games, someone experienced would be beneficial who could help with the younger keepers at the club. i can see one of our young keepers being third choice again.

Grabara is doing well out on loan, but might be more beneficial to send him out to somewhere again for the full season.

I’ve seen Reina mentioned a bit, could do worse, knows the club, sure he’s happy to be backup considering that’s what he’s doing now. Gunna be Alisson for ten years anyway.

I'd like to say one of our youngsters but that'd just be hindering their development which I don't agree with. Personally I think Alisson will be our number 1 for years now so the young ones won't stand a chance unless a youngster comes through with hands like dustbin lids and he is impossible to score against! .

I don't know who I'd like to see come in as a number 2 as long as they're happy being number 2 and decent enough then bring him in. I'd be happy enough if it was someone like Pope too.

The only problem with Pope or Heaton is that whoever comes in, if they're English and on the fringe of the national team, they can kiss that goodbye.

They just won't play enough in place of Alisson to ever get chance to show that they're worthy of another England call up.
