Did a quick search for Fabinho's name on here and didn't find it, so just want to say, my favourite thing about tonight's game was Klopp saying in the press conference that "he is fine. " YNWA. We roll on.

In addition, it was good to see our medical staff make the decision to pull him from the game. Football is pretty bad at recognising the importance of concussion (they pay platitudes to it, but when push comes to shove they let players stay on when they probably shouldn’t) and so to take off a guy who’d only been on for a minute or two was obviously not an ideal decision, but the 100% correct decision. Well done to the on field medical team.

Hmm, someone dislikes the fact that Fabinho isn't concussed?
Seems we've a bit to go.

Agree with you hopeful - was great to see a professional decision being made by the medical team and looking after the player. Too many times in this league players are continuing on after dangerous head injuries and concussion.

Yes exactly hopeful. Fabian Schär playing on for Switzerland recently after a serious head injury was shocking and should never have been allowed. So yes the Liverpool medical and coaching staff should be commended for taking the quick and correct decision to get Fab off the pitch and under observation.

Bringing in a temporary concussion substitution is something that could be looked at by the authorities.
