Ed’s (or anyone else who may know) . Liverpool are scheduled to play Newcastle away on Sunday 5th May at 4.30pm. Do we have any say to avoid playing Barcelona on Tuesday 7th (48 hours later) or can we push for the Wednesday game giving us an additional day of preparation or even rest?

For sure Barcelona will be playing on Saturday 6th so it won’t make such a difference to them.

Its the same thing for a wed / Tues. I would have prefered a Tues / Wed.

However we will have a week of between cardiff and Hudd which should help.

Huddersfield Friday too so will have plenty days rest before barca.

Dutch FA have been moving games throughout for Ajax in the Eridvisie here, lots of other Dutch teams not happy about it but they are doing everything they can to get another title for a Dutch team.
