I've just read that Alisson has equally de gea best ever season with 4 games to spare. Is that true.

The commentator on the Chelsea game told that Alisson kept 18 clean sheets, as many as any GK that won the golden glove in the EPL era. So basicly he needs one more clean sheet to became the first GK to have 19 or more in the EPL in a season. Either the commentator lied or I didn't understand.

Just looked this up and Petr Cech holds the record with 24 clean sheets in a single PL season. He also won the golden glove that year.
I think the Stat was just about equalling De gea’s record?
