Yes he is. I'd play Milner there tbh. I think that is why Klopp wanted to rest him against Saints.

Moreno or milner most likely I'd say. Is gomez ready? Remember he played left back when 1st brought in. and he was decent there too in my opinion.

Milner at Left back is actually a better option for us than when he plays right back. At left back he cuts in and whips balls in with his right foot. When he plays Rb he doesn't have the pace to get on the outside to get his crosses in and his crosses have to come from deeper. In fairness to Milner he will do a job for us anywhere on the pitch so if he starts at Lb I won't be too worried.

Milner for sure - we’ll miss Robbos whipped crosses with his left foot, but I would trust Milner over Moreno defensively every day of the week and we can’t afford giving them a sniff of an away goal.

I’d love to see Gomez get some minutes as a sub at CB but he’s not ready to start, let alone at FB.

I would like to see milner playing there but i won't be surprised if moreno starts. Its what he is in the squad to do. Cover when 1st choice is out.

I think milner performs brilliantly in midfield on European games aswell.

Thank god for Milner, can really fill in anywhere on the pitch. Really need cover at LB if Leeds get promoted and he decides to leave. Moreno seems like a likeable lad, but I'm not sure my nerves can take him playing.

Spot on, Robbie. I won't be surprised one bit if Klopp gives Moreno a go and actually, play Milner in midfield who can then offer him protection, just like he does for Robbo. We shall see.

I see it this way RedWolf. With Wijnaldum possibilty of being rested I can see Milner Hendo and Fabinho as the mdofield 3 and Moreno as LB.

Milner for me too.
It’s an absolute must to keep a clean sheet at home, and Milner is usually Mr Dependable.
Unless their RW is a flying machine?

I'd rather blood Adam Lewis than play Moreno. At least he might learn from any mistakes he makes!

I'd like to say Milner but he's more effective in the midfield, I suppose it goes on who's actually starting in the midfield. We all saw how well Milner did last seasons CL. Moreno wouldn't be my choice because like matip, when they're on the pitch I have mini heart attacks every other second but I'd accept it if Milner was on in the middle with Fabinho and Hendo.
