god i kept on reading, thinking of Martin o'neill and was wondering what are you on until I realised its Micheal o'neill.
Qait are they brothers?

You could stop writing anything about Martin O'Neill after about 2003 and just complete the profile with "thereafter he never moved on and is now a footballing dinosaur that makes Houllier look like an attacking manager"?

Michael O'Neill's achievements with Shamrock Rovers in the LOI looked very good, until Stephen Kenny's Dundalk came along and showed you could try and play actual football in Europe and get much the same outcome as turtling up and hoping to bore the opposition to submission as O'Neill had done. (And Fenlon, Richardson, Doolin, etc. had before him) .
