The strength on the bench tonight is very 'circa 2017'! Let's hope we get off to a flyer and have the result in hand before the hour mark, because I don't see much there. A bit nervous but I am very much a believer! YNWA.

not thrilled with the starting 11, but like that some of the youngsters are on the bench. I hope one or two get a go.

for me the starting 11 is great. very nice balance. not sure how well lallana will play since he's barely kicked a ball.

is this going to be the biggest bottlers of our generation? what a great disappointment. How on earth did Klopp consider starting Lallana? this is abysmal coming from Klopp. we are becoming the laughing stock in the premiership era!

To be honest, I don't know if injuries were a factor BUT that midfield combo was a shambles and I knew it immediately I saw it. It looked like each player was just doing his own thing with NO cohesion.

Shows we don't have the squad to compete.

Anybody fancy slagging off Henderson now?

7.) 04 Feb 2019

Really Telly? The premier League leaders with 3 points gap from 2nd are "the laughing stock of the premier League era" after drawing away to Westham?
Lord give me strength. 🤦🏾‍♂️.

8.) 04 Feb 2019
04 Feb 2019 22:28:34
precisely Redwolf. the players played with no sense of urgency, apart from Mane, the rest just strolled in the match as if there was nothing at stake.

04 Feb 2019 22:36:53
What a bunch of prannys our supporters are. Like we were given the right to win the league by now this season and still be ahead of City after drawing away to West Ham.

Now we know why ED001 tries to keep his cool lol.

Telly, really? Your post is embarrassing and petulant. Did you know that we were missing half of our starting back 4 and out of nowhere, two of the mids who would have started today in Gini and Hendo? I don't care how good your squad is. If you lose 4 of your starting 11 that have gotten you this far then of course you will struggle. City missed Fernandinho alone and lost 3 out of 4 games or are they a laughing stock as well?

Oh n btw, it is not sure that they will beat Everton and even if they win and we beat B'mouth, we will still be 3 points ahead of them and until things get better, that will be all that matters at that point. Again, whind your neck in with the petulant stuff, mate. It's pretty childish.

'If' we beat bournrmouth.

Well if us struggling to get over the line to win a premier league title isn’t predictable then one thing that is. And that’s Liverpool supporters turning on each other at the slightest bump in the road or a non positive comment. And we wonder why every other club supporter is vying for us not to win the league.

13.) 04 Feb 2019
04 Feb 2019 22:48:14
It's such a mystery. Some kind of magic, me think. Everytime the team lost points, a new troll or sometimes a bunch of them will emerge suddenly out of nowhere.

14.) 04 Feb 2019
04 Feb 2019 22:59:36
Telly, that might be true and we all saw that. That still, does not warrant the utter nonsense you posted, to denigrate a group of players and manager that has done remarkably well to get us in this position. In case you haven't noticed, we have not won the league in 3 decades so where do you get your self-entitled, meritocratic attitude from? Or did you think WH was going to roll over?

If that was the case then how is City still behind us cos people thought they would go undefeated? Could it be that they like us, will have to earn the right to compete and win in every game? Like I said, you can be frustrated as many of us are BUT keep things in perspective cos like it or not, City and even Spurs will GLADLY trade places with us right now. We move on to B'mouth.

I know I’m not exactly a regular but where do all these negative accounts come from after these games when we don’t win? Walter?

{Ed033's Note - Maybe Walter started a cult somewhere. :)

We’re playing poorly yet we’re still top.
Imagine what it’ll be like when we get our Mojo back.

We need a big performance and we’ll kick on again.
Too many toys being thrown at the moment.

we had a very weak team out tonight, and I thought that a draw was a fair result, hard to believe that there is so many points and places in the league btw Liverpool and West Ham, we just had too many average players playing tonight, and some below par performances.

I also thought that we were half asleep on their set pieces, their goal was actually school boy defending, very shaky at the back again.

also how many diff players are going to have a go at right back, that being said, we are still Top of the League till Wed night, when City thump Everton big time,
we just have to get our injured players back out onto the pitch, and get back some of them valuable points.

do I think that we will win the League?
well, when I saw the team sheet tonight, I didn't think we would win this game,
its fingers and toes crossed that City and Spurs drop points, or it could end in tears yet again.

Haha could you imagine a cult with Walter at the helm? Can just imagine a huge gathering of gloomy miserable Liverpool fans all bowing down to a huge poster of Eeyore.

Today's result is a disaster that will singularly set the club back at least 20 years. We'll never win the league and will probably be relegated instead.

We should sack Klopp tonight and replace him with Bodger (he's won the league in Scotland after all) with Houllier as Director of Football. And we better run F$G out of town too. Replace them with a consortium headed by Kenny Huang and Christian Purslow.

Then we need to release Salah, Firmino, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Matip, Fabinho and Shaq on free transfers cos they're so terrible. And Keita? He's so bad that we better have him killed to be sure.

Then we need to bring back Clyne because that'll solve all our problems and sign 7 center backs in case 5 get injured. Wait, then we'd only have 2 left. Better make it 8.

{Ed033's Note - Spot on, 100% Fact. :)

trying to understand where this sense of entitlement has come from for many liverpool fans. it's as if we 'should' be strolling to the title like we're the Barcelona of the premier league. get a grip. it's going to be a tight race. we haven't really had a 'blip' this season, although arguably we have had similar performances littered throughout this season but luck has been on our side to pull out 3 points. today, not so much.

I like what Mark Noble said, basically that the players need backing. they are in a slump and need some help. we (well you guys who attend the home matches) can do that for them! move on to bournemouth! let's go!

I think that every Liverpool fan can see the League slipping away from us,
but we need to dig in, and start winning again,
I can see us being Top of the League, yes I know, but City will be Top, come Wed night,
but we are going to bounce back, and give City and Spuds a hard time,
we can still win the League .
YNWA .

He has not even posted on this thread.
