crikey has Lazar gone? Looks like Fulham took a chance on him!

It was a dismal 5 years for all involved. We wasted over 30 million pounds on his transfer fee and wages, while Lazar lost 5 years of his career. Hopefully he can get back on track and help keep Fulham up, or he will be looking for another club again in the summer (which is going to be difficult considering the drop in his reputation) .

He is an enigma. I've seen him play some skillful and clever football. I don't know why he never even got a look in. He did well at Hull, even though they were relegated.

I can honestly see him making a come back. Talking of come back, maybe he is gay and the lads don't want to bathe with him. I'm not homophobic BTW. My best mate is gay and I used to go to gay clubs with him. They were a great place to pull as there are lots of fag hags and bi women and not many straight men. I got off with one of the best looking birds I've f#*#*Ed ever, met at a gay bar.

Eds and reds, why did he never get a shout? The guy can play football. Scored a beauty in pre season against a decent team (can't remember who, utd maybe? )

{Ed001's Note - sorry mate but he was crap, terrible signing. Had the first touch of Romelu Lukaku, the crossing ability of Adama Traore and the skill of Ed025 after a night out with the lads. He was just another dross signing the club wasted money on due to poor scouting.}

And to think we replaced Suarez with Markovic and Balotelli!
We have come a long way since then thanks to Klopp and Co. Long may the progress continue.

Put him in the same basket as Keane, Carroll, Downing, Balotelli and Aquilani as multi-million pound flops.
Actually, to be fair, Downing could cross a ball.

I was thinking about Stewart Downing the other day and came to the conclusion that he joined us at the wrong time.
We had, unfortunately, possibly the slowest midfield I can remember at the time with Adam, Lucas, an ageing Gerrard. Downing was often the furthest forward, usually isolated alone. You wanted him to go ripping past his full back and have a dig but invariably he’d slow up and wait, whether his confidence had gone or what I don’t know but it became so infuriating.
If he signed now, I think he’d get on much better. Was a decent player that needed a confidence boost. I think Klopp would get a tune out of him.

Worse strike rate than Ed25 on a night out, never scores. 😂.

{Ed001's Note - ouch burn!!}

Robbiesline what were you doing drinking at 6am this morning?

I fell asleep listening to "Counting Crows" at about 6pm, I woke up in my chair at 5am. This is unusual and I'm teetotal mk. But I was on something. And I'm not talking about my chair (which you can lean back into an almost vertical position, and it has a foot rest)

Can anyone remember who he scored against in pre season? Must have been a decent team, coz they were all good. Might have been klopp's old team.

My d###s must have affected my judgement mk.

Surely he is good enough to sit on the bench.

Fair enough ed01. Thanks for the reply.

{Ed001's Note - very welcome mate. Let's just be glad things have moved on from those kind of mistakes.}

Marko was NEVER ready to make the step up. Ed02 said it at the time he signed that we would regret the move cos Chelsea (who had first option on him and at a lesser price) walked away when we came in for him. He was a splurge signing by BR like Ilori was, one that made NO sense at the time. The club messed him up big time as he could have gone much earlier BUT we stupidly kept pricing him out of moves which was baffling cos we NEVER wanted him to stay anyway. I hope the boy can get his career back on track cos we did him a HUGE disservice here.

{Ed025's Note - you paid the fraud a hell of a lot of money redwolf, you owe the guy nothing in my eyes mate..
