Having had time to reflect, I'm confident we will be fine with the additional injury to Trent. We have Milner, Fabs who can slot in at RB then Gonez back after a couple of games. Gini will be fine and we have plenty of options in the midfield area.

Thankfully we have Fabinho who can play a number of positions, without him at this time, we'd of being pretty screwed. He's proved he can work in defence so imo there's no harm done, we'll be alright 👍. Bring on Palace.

Luvky our injuries are in defence where we got cover, if it was our front three we would be in trouble, fingers crossed that's our injuries over with.

Spot on, Scousetim. What killed us down the stretch last season was that the injuries we had were ALL in midfield. Now, we have injuries in defence where we have either other defenders who can cover there or midfielders who can cover there as well. It is also good to know that Gomez will be back in about 10 days and Matip is already back and raring to go (knock on wood) .

I think someone said it higher up the page but just imagine how Spurs feel. Son’s last game before the Asia Cup and their one man team Kane gets a 2 monther! Now there’s something to moan about!
At this point in their season it could ruin their whole season.
TAA being out is a minor irritation in comparison.
