Some reports are stating Diego Laxalt is available for just 11 million euros. Aren't we interested him?

We should be all over this one. Offers good cover for Robbo and Mane (definitely better than what Moreno and Lallana can) and his showing at the World Cup as a LB was impressive. Getting a bargain that kills two birds with one stone means we can spend big on a forward in the summer and promote a bunch of academy players for the eventual fire sale of most of our squad players in the summer.

Why would we spend big on a forward in the summer?
Unless one of our current front 3 is leaving.

FlashTheRed, for depth. Otherwise we ain't getting anywhere in the domestic cups next season either. Our front 3 cannot play every game, and our backups are simply not good enough. I hate this notion that all that is needed is a strong first 11. If one of our front 3 gets a serious injury, our title challenge goes up in flames. So far we have been lucky. We may not be next season.

£11m for a bloke who moved for something like £15m or £16m not too long ago?

I know Milan aren't over healthy financially, but it doesn't seem likely they'd accept a loss on him after such a short time. Unless he's bombed there. (I haven't been watching him) .

On the subject of, if the club did look at buying another top forward, we play roughly 50-60 games a season. 4 top forwards could start about 40 games each not including substitute appearances. Looking at Sturridge’s wage we actually have 4 top forwards already at the club, but Klopp doesn’t trust him enough to give him the minutes. If Sturridge goes in the summer then that frees up a massive slice of wage. I love our front 3 but an extra bit of quality in there to compete with them wouldn’t hinder them but would actually help.

IB, I disagree. You cannot spend big on a forward if any of our big forwards are not leaving which ain't going to happen next summer cos they all signed improved contracts. That is not how football works. What "big" forward will come here and sit on the bench for any of our front 3? For depth? Well If you want depth, a "big" forward is not how you get it cos it is a bad investment from a financial stand point (wages, fees, etc) .

The fact of the matter is that If you spend big on a forward, then you should give him every opportunity to justify the outlay by playing him consistently. How's that going to happen if Klopp won't play him consistently ahead of the current big front 3 we have? Also, you saying we have been lucky with injuries, can apply to every other team in the PL so that is a non argument IMO hence, NOT a reason to go spend big on anyone. Cheers, man.
