Evening chaps, an what a vital 3 points! Thought Fabinho filled in very well today. anyway on to my question. with all this talk of coutinho, I'm just wondering. The deal we made with Barcelona will have had certain performance related add ons. Will we now lose these if he is to leave or is there a clause which protects us? Also, did we add a sell on clause? Do you have any idea how much the club could potentially stand to lose out on over the rat boy? Cheers edds.

{Ed002's Note - Forget any sell on clause. If he doesn't play x games, Liverpool don't get paid obviously. I have explained the money. Do you see Van Dyke as a Rat Boy as well? Do you see the compulsive cheat Klopp as a Rat Boy? Embarrassing posts again.}

Agree ed002. People have very short memories on here. Coutinho went to play for Barca. A club he said he dreamt of playing for since he was a kid and has every right to fulfill that dream. Yes he shouldn't of done what he done faking injuries etc but he isn't the first and won't be the last player to do it. It's also the reason we have the best cb in world football cause he wanted to move and made sure he got the move he wanted also. If coutinho became available and klopp and coutinho both agreed for him to come back to Liverpool (which I doubt) there will be no issues from me and when he starts sticking the ball in the net fans will change there tune very quickly again.

{Ed002's Note - Where would Liverpool get the money to buy him?}

If we’re talking cheats Ed then would you put Bielsa in that bracket given the recent spying saga?
Most seem to think that’s ok but for me that’s 100 times worse than having a chat with a player you want to sign without permission.
I’ve played at a high level and I can tell you it goes on every single day of the week with all managers and teams.
Hiding in bushes to watch your opponents train is a new low though as far as I’m concerned.

{Ed002's Note - Sure, I would agree with your attempts to deflect from a Liverpool fan yet again embarrassing himself whilst trashing an ex-Liverpool player. Well done.}}

Ed002. I'm not saying we have the money to buy him back or he wants to come back. Just agreeing with the double standards from our fans saying pipco left, burnt his bridges ect. Plenty of players did that to come to Liverpool and were welcomed with open arms as you pointed out van dijk which I'm proud to have. Coutinho left to join his dream club let's be men about it and wish him well. If there was a chance he could come back I would have him back in a heartbeat. No hard feelings.

Klopp the compulsive cheat ed02 could you elaborate please, does he spike the opposition players before games or pay the ref too win us the game?

{Ed002's Note - How many times has he been caught out tapping up players? How many times have Liverpool had to pay over the odds? He even tapped up a Liverpool player when at Dortmund. He tapped up a young player from France using God - that was another career he ruined. You want me to go on? The lying to to the WP committee, the lies to players ...~

I sincerely have NO idea where all this "Cou may be coming back" stuff came from just cos he is having issues with playing time and that Barcelona may want rid BUT frankly, I'm over all this nonsense. Cou ain't coming back, prolly does not want to come back and Klopp IMO, does not want him back at least not now. We are a better team without him, plain and simple and we need to move on from him, Suarez, SG or any other "insert ex LFC player here". It is becoming tedious and boring.

And to those defending what Bielsa did or comparing it with tapping players up, you are embarrassing yourselves. It has and has NEVER had anything to do with "what is worse". That is pathetic. Both are wrong and both should not be done and using "whataboutism" (Comparing a bad thing to a worse thing just to make the bad thing look better) is the last refuge for a coward.

{Ed0333's Note - ‘whataboutism’ is justified in some scenarios. As for Couts if there was any chance he wanted to come back and it was financially feasible for the club im sure Klopp would think twice. If it was me I’d mess with them like they did us and chuck a derisory bid at them and see how they like it. The last sentence is tongue in cheek by the way. Personally I’d love him back. Philippe Coutinho is a wonderful footballer that would improve any team in the world.
