Did any one see Klopp's pre City match conference? Looked a bit subdued when asked about his thoughts on the Pulsic to chelsea transfer.

I didnâ€™t think so Drogie. I thought he came across as having little interest in the topic. Maybe Liverpool have other irons in the fire, or maybe just happy with what we have. Exciting times!

he will just be sick of being asked about a player that we weren't interested in and isn't connected to Liverpool in any way. I wouldn't read to much in to it.

But Mojo have City had to sell a player for the best part of Â£150mil in order to do that?
I canâ€™t see us spending Â£75mil on another player unless we sell Salah for silly money.
Thatâ€™s the difference, they can spend hundreds of millions whilst still keeping their best players, we canâ€™t.
I think if Pulisic was available for around Â£30mil we might have sniffed his bum a little bit but at Â£60mil it has to be dead cert.

Just coz klopp once trained the guy that doesn't mean he brings it to Liverpool. I mean, has he ever? Linked with aubameyang (sorry about the spelling) nothing happened. Pulsic going to Chelsea shouldn't worry us much coz it means hazard is off and can no longer terrorise our defence.

Always admired hazard, seems a nice guy, great player. Hope he wins the balon dor at real Madrid.

Well done Chelsea for getting their man, we are not a club that can go around smirking about fees.
He could be worth Â£120m in 18 months time.

Personally I donâ€™t think he would have improved our first team at the moment so Iâ€™m not too fussed.

But Coutinho wasnâ€™t good enough and we were better off without him! So selling him was the ideal choice and not a sacrifice! Coutinho wasnâ€™t going the defensive work anyways. We sold players that were not in kloppâ€™s plans.

OP or maybe Klopp knew the question would come cos you know, the media putting 2 and 2 to make 5. If Klopp does not sign or go for a player he has worked with in the the pa then may be that means he is not interested i n said player. I mean, who would know Pulisic (who I love as a player) better than the guy who had him at Dortmund? Klopp ain't fussed about it so I ain't fussed about it.

I agree Hollywood we are better without him and I said that at the time (and got shot down for it) .
Fact is though Klopp wanted him to stay but had we not sold him we wouldnâ€™t have been able to sign VVD, Keita and Alisson for the fees we paid.
City could pay those fees without batting an eyelid.
