Hi Eds

There were some articles circulating in late November stating that we added a clause in the coutinho deal meaning Barcelona would be obliged to pay €100m extra if they were to purchase another Liverpool player before 2020.

Do you know if this is true? Various sources were reporting it, but it seems strange for barcelona to have looked at Firmino and Salah (even as outside options) if this were the case.

i remember reading it. If i remember rightly it wasn't that they would have to pay an additional 100 Euros, just that the payments for the initial transfer fee would all become immediately due. Unless i dreamt it.
