I'm sat watching City here and I get the same feeling as I've got all season when I've seen them. They are excellent in attack very dangerous, but they can't defend, they are a bag of nerves. If we attack these at Etihad we'll beat them, if we sit back we'll lose.

Oh well 3 1 city now. Still a 7 point cushion. And a 4 if we lose at the etiad. This December has been excellent for us. A draw at the etiad and its ours. I still think its ours anyway.

What happens at southampton is irrelevant, city were always going to show a positive reaction after recent fixtures. It is about how we ride that wave at the Etihad come january 3rd. What is noticeable is how poor Zinchenko has been; Salah could have a field day.

We've just got to give a good account of ourselves at their place to keep confidence up. Win lose or draw we just don't want to get smashed 5 nil. Then kick on and put a run of wins together. But if we beat them which is acheviable we will see if they are up for the fight. They are a great team but I suspect not as great as everyone is making out. Come on red men.

Liverpool won't sit back. It's why we smashed them every time we played them apart from the first game at he etiad with 10 men.

The question is will they sit back and try something else because step to us and as pep found out at anfield twice and the ethiad once, we will show there defenders true colours.
