Glad to see there's more believers now, I said before the season started we'd win the league and I stand by it, one game at a time and all that, fair enough but I still believe we'll do it, we'll beat Arsenal and City and the good run will continue. I couldn't care less about spurs or City, they have nothing on us and what I'm saying will prove to be true come may, somebody copy this message and remember it WHEN we lift that trophy. We need more believers. Times have been hard but we're back right at the very top ready to dominate once again, boom, have a good day to everybody.

Well said, Salah. But I'll agree with you fully only when i hear it from aoe. 😉.

I think this team has given us more hope than our usual hopes. This is the best team I’ve seen since the 80’s. It’s less a one man show and now more a collective. If Salah has a bad game, mane has stepped up etc. it’s an amazing ride so far. I’m not ready to wholeheartedly throw myself into your similar confidence (amazingly enough) but let’s see how we get on after arsenal. Great post though. For now we can believe.

As much as I want us to win the premiership, its not happening. I will say my prediction of third will now be a second place finish.

Salah I love reading your posts mate and you are one of the most passionate LFC fans on here and probably the most red tinted lol. Last season you promised we would finish 2nd and win the CL lol. But like you said we need to take each game as it comes. Our next game v Arsenal is the biggest of our season. And then after that City will be the biggest game of the season and so will each game as they come. The premier league title is very much in our own hands as we have the points on the board but there is a hell of a long way to go and if any club can take their fans to the brink of success but to then see it come crashing down then it’s ours and that’s proven the last 10-15 years especially. I was 8 years of age the last team we won the league so I would love nothing more than to see this brilliant squad of players with our brilliant manager do it this season. Bring on Arsenal Saturday.

I really don't see anything to be gained by bragging of winning the league in December. If Spurs were 6 points clear would the League be over? Just keep a lit on it please. It really makes sense all round. Remember, these players (bar Milner) have no experience of what it takes to win a League, Klopp obviously does. I'm pretty sure he will be keeping things on a level and I would be pretty certain he won't be bringing out the "League Champions" banner any time soon. One game at a time and let's not get ahead of ourselves.

I think Salah has been left the keys to the drinks cabinet. 😉.

When you’ve had 28 years of getting close but never quite making it over the final hurdles you learn not to take anything for granted. One game at a time, one half at a time. I’m enjoying looking at the table right now and that’s enough for the moment. Every day we are top is great. But let’s keep the celebrations firmly on ice until May.

That's fair JK23 :) .

THR, it isn't from winning this amount of games which got me bragging mate, I said it before the season started and will continue to believe because there's only one winner this season and its us.

ND, I'm in the same boat, I remember when we last won it and I've been hopeful ever since but I've never since been so excited about a Liverpool team as I am now since back then.

Liverpool fans are split 50/ 50 at the moment, those who believe and those who don't, each to their own of course but as I said earlier, quote me in May, we're winning the league, no team can touch us, we're finally at the top and too much paranoia is happening, many will disagree with me, many will think I'm jinxing it, that I aren't bothered about, what I am bothered about is saying I told you so come May because that, I will do. Many people always expect the worst from us and expect us to fall off of our perch, not this time. Believe.

Sorry, Walter. I don't think there is a single person on these pages that believes that you want us to win the Premiership. My opinion only, of course. And no, changing your projection from 3rd place to 2nd place doesn't make you an ardent supporter, either.

Vvd, Shaqiri, Fabinho, Salah, Milner and Sturridge have won league titles from my understanding. More than Leicester at least.

Great thread, lads. We are where we want to be at the halfway point so we are 6 points up at halftime. We need to keep going and start the second half of the season the way we ended the first half vs Arsenal. That should be the focus and NOTHING else should matter. No one is bragging about anything in this thread and Salah posted the same thing from the first game of the season till now. Some fans are cautiously optimistic and for good reason and that is the way it should be.

Negative Walter, change the record, man. You're getting tedious to listen to/ read at this point. You're not funny anymore and no one cares about your negative stuff you keep posting on here.

Nothing wrong with Walter having his opinions. And I don’t think he’s trying to be funny, he’s just having his say. This site is for Liverpool fans and therefore Walter has as much right as any of us so I for one do care for his posts.

Agreed pompeyred. Redwolf or any other name he chooses to use on this site certainly doesn't speak for me so clearly his "No one cares" statement is a load of nonsense.
