Get in lads! what a performance and result!

There's so much to cheer about:

1) Our defence is so mean, even right at the death, Alisson didn't want to get beaten and the defenders were racing back to the goal line to cover (something that didn't happen previously) . I bet the other teams are now wondering will they ever get a goal against us.

2) The front 3 is clicking. Some of the interplay between them is unbelievable. Getting into the groove at this stage of the season is wonderful.


3) Our midfield was an area of weakness last season. Industrious but seemed to lack creativity and personnel. This season we are well stocked with different type of players that can help us play the way we want to. Personally, I like the 2 '6's arrangement. Feels that is makes us defensively stronger while also enabling an extra body in attack when needed.

I was particularly impressed with Hendo - what an amazing performance. My favorite moments though were when he asked the ref 'for what? ' on 2 occasions when he was deemed to have foul when clearly he has won those 50-50 challenges. Aside from that, he broke up play, drove the team forward and what a pass to TAA to set up the 3rd goal.

During the X'mas season i kept quiet when people reminded us time and again that Liverpool has led during X'mas on 3 occasions, and failed to win each time. While that is true, Man City has NEVER defended a league title. So one of this trend has to be busted and I'm backing us to go all the way.

Milner has already done his part in ensuring the favor of the trends stays with us earlier this month: whenever Cork scored, his team had never lost. Same goes for Milner. I was dreading a draw with Burnley when both scored. But we won.

So yea, we are going to win it this time!

Or the spurs are actually going to win something :-/ Robbie savage callrd them out of the race after 2 losses, and since he said hand city the title they have been pants.

Spurs look set to win the silver medal. They will also win the finished-above-the-arse medal. Poch is doing a fine job.
