Hi Ed

Why do you think Klopp is giving so much game time to Lallana, leaving Keita and Fabhino on the bench? I just don't understand it.

{Ed002's Note - Lallana plays in a different position to the others.}

Headless chicken is the correct term for the position he plays.

I don't even know what to say after that performance last night I'm still in shock. I could point fingers all over the pitch but one thing I don't like is Klopp stood there smiling on the sidelines. and if Keita n Fab can't get subbed on the pitch or break into the team over them three last night, they must be the biggest load of garbage ever. They better bounce back vs Fulham because that was Embarrassing.

Fabinho played 3 days prior and had a nightmare, he needed a rest and lallana needed gametime - granted Lallana has been nothing short of shocking too.

Keita has been injured and last night was the first time he's been available for selection.

Perhaps as well as giving players the opportunity to cement a regular place, they are also gaining match fitness and putting themselves in the shop window. If the play well it benefits everyone.

87red, Fab had a nightmare v Ars? He did ok mate and we drew a very tricky game. Keita was fit and Klopp said he looked sharp in training. Both could of and should of played a part imo.

What team would be mad enough to go near Lallana and given his injury record, salary, and poor performances? Also don't think crucial Champions League ties are the time for putting players in shop windows either.

Keita and Fabinho have barely had a sustained run of games. Nearly every time they've played it's been with different midfield combinations. I'm not sure how anyone can really judge them yet.

They asked Klopp what were the things he could put his finger on what went wrong in the game. His response? "I only have 10 fingers". Sums it up, perfectly.

It was arrogance pure and simple, thinking we would roll a team that we previously beat 4-0 over whilst resting our key players.

To be fair, if we are to make it through a long season, the second string have to play some games and the first teamers need an occasional rest. Klopp gambled this as one of the 'simpler' games, but underestimated the opponent who were clearly fired up in front of a home crowd.
