Ed what's the story with shaqiri not traveling to red star with the team something to do with political reasons any more info?

Ed 001 there was something he did in the world cup game against serbia. Him and xhaka and there was an outroar.
they made some eagle like celebrations. but i am not sure what it signifies. I think they got fined by FIFA too.
