Ed's, salahs body language, even after scoring, makes him seem unhappy. Do you think (or know) if he's unhappy. I think he's looked sick/ unhealthy at times too. Any reason to worry or does he just need some time in the sun?

it was more a sigh of relief after scoring really. could have score 20 by the time he scored. He was going offside a lot and that happens when you are very desperate to score some goal. Eagerness gets you and that must have been frustrating for him. It was probably just him not liking his performance till then.

Hate the couch psychology game. but on pure aesthetics was thinking salah has been looking a bit gaunt and pale lol rekon he just doesn't look too fresh.

OP, you're reading too much into things. Players don't celebrate all the time esp. those who are battling form on the pitch and have issues off it with Salah not being fully healthy and stuff with his country's FA. He's good, man. He'll be fine.
