From what I saw of Juventus last night, Can would be going well to get in their first XI there. What a side, very impressive. Utd were taken to the cleaners.

Really, I've seen a lot of people mention this about Juve. They honestly didn't look amazing yesterday, United are so slow in the middle of the park they made Westham look like world beaters. Their full backs impressed me the most, mostly their RB was very effective on the wings.

In those first 30 minutes Juventus looked like the best team in Europe. Switching play, creating and finding empty spaces and pushing up a gear when needed. And what a squad; both established experience and young emerging talent. A step up from ManC.

Agreed - people going too far about how good Juve were. They played a poor manu team. I counted Juve giving away the ball cheaply 8 times in the second half - and they were hardly being pressed.

They are like us. A solid defence and good in attack when click. I would respect but not fear them if we play them in later round.
