More of a question.
How much influence does Klopp have with our scouting system now?

I like to believe the he is leading/ influencing our style, but would he be directly dealing with youngsters 3-5 years away from stardom or would he be restricted to first team?

Is he having a say in what type of young (non first team) player we go for, and is he providing the "blueprint" on how the reserve and youth teams should play/ train?

Who is responsible for the young buys then?
Is it made on financial grounds (possible selling value to a lower ranked club, at least covering development cost) .

Hope for a possible future superstar (again £££) all pointing to forward thinking players, or does the club have a longterm Paisley style strategy in place?

Can't see if our academy really have the longterm influence I was hoping for.

{Ed001's Note - the academy has staff that scout and recruit players for it. Older than that and they are the responsibility of Klopp to say yes or no. In the last couple of years the club had tried to replicate the Chelsea strategy, but failed and now there are changes coming in to limit loan moves hopefully that will be scrapped as it doesn't really work in the long term.}
