Morning Ed001 good read as always mate. Here I just saw that you have a dodgy back, thought I told you ages ago to get rid of that Karma Sutra book😁.

{Ed001's Note - chance would be a fine thing mate!}

You know Barry, some of those positions are quite good for loosening the old joints (I’ve heard)

Some regular yoga and stretching exercises will solve the problem. Keyboard warriors (like most of us) will always have this problem.

{Ed001's Note - I have had it since I was 11 mate, hurt it playing rugby at school and have had a recurring problem ever since. I do stretch regularly and usually a stretch will sort it out when it happens. The problem is that it came on late at night after the Man City game and I was just going to bed and so didn't stretch it out. Woke up in the morning and it was too late to stretch it away and it was too tight to move to stretch. It is starting to loosen up now and I can actually sit down for short periods now, so it is getting there. Just have to gently stretch it away. This is what comes of putting the smallest kid (me) up against a kid who had a growth hormone disorder and was well over 6ft and about 18st of pure brute force.}

{Ed001's Note - I am sure that will mean something to others but I am lost.}

{Ed001's Note - personally I prefer M&Ms.}

That's bad, Ed001. I know all about it. Back problems are the most painful of all body pains. It's sheer agony at times. My Father has two dislodged vertebrae in the lower back that were fused together (car he was in fell off a bridge in an accident), and I have two perpetually slipped discs opposite each other (courtesy those damned vibrating machines you see in the gym; instead of stimulating muscles, bone parts got dislodged) . I was prescribed yoga and stretching, and also to make sure the stomach in front never got bigger than a certain point because the extra weight would make things worse. Things are fine, but when it rains, or when it's humid (I travel a lot in tropical Asian countries) then it's hell. I'm told the hot weather (like Dubai) is better for back problems than the cold variety.

{Ed001's Note - it is mate, it helps a great deal. You might want to consider it yourself.}

Some of you guys need 50 Shades of Mind Cleansing. 😉.

{Ed001's Note - I obviously don't as my first thought when I read S&M was to misread it as Marks&Sparks. I was very disappointed in myself, I must be getting old!}
