Ed001 this is on Hendo. From my point of view he had very average game and Klopp is right to sub him off in second half.
My question is I know he can do some very good diagonal pass. But he doesn't always look for forward pass. Its very rare.
Another thing I noticed is whenever he gets the ball our front three doesn't move looking for the pass. Is his role very limited or he doesn't fancy those things anymore?

{Ed001's Note - he is always looking for the forward pass, just watch him, his head is constantly on a swivel looking around ready for when he gets the ball. The problem is he very rarely gets the movement because the ball is usually given to him at a time when a break has gone flat and so everything is resetting and there are no options for him to pick out. If you watch him, those forward balls tend to come when he has broken up play and can spring a break as the movement is there.}

Ok Ed001. Next time I will look for those details too.

{Ed001's Note - I think of all of our players, he is the one who looks around him the most. It is almost constant glances left, right, and behind, just checking positioning etc, which is why he can ping those first time balls when the chance arises.}

Van Dijk is constantly telling him to move position so he’s actually in a passing lane he often blocks passing lanes out from the back in fact! I wouldn’t say the stuff about him always passing sideways and backwards is true, it’s not but he definitely doesn’t get himself into the right positions to receive the ball and definitely blocks passes to team mates by his own positioning being wrong. He’s a good player and defensively we miss him when he’s not there but we are more fluent without him and keita made a massive difference just by actually running at players and committing them against Chelsea.

I'm glad to read this Ed. I was going to post something this morning about our midfied being a little predictable at times and a little to conservative, but after reading your comments I need to watch a little closer.

{Ed001's Note - the problem with Hendo, Milner and Gini is they do not run with the ball enough, so it becomes same, same, when we have it. Keita changes that up.}

Which is why we signed Keita. But he cannot run from the flanks. Play him centrally and enjoy his geniuses!

I think the Ox will remedy this, we really do have a really good team now. Virgil is the key for me, keep him fit and we will be in the mix to win the prem.

Ed, Hendo does have his head on a swivel a lot BUT I did not know that he can't often play the forward pass (he played the most forward passes in the PL last season at some point, I think) cos the counter has gone flat at that time. I do agree with you that Milner, Wiji and Hendo are too similar to play together. Now, do you think at least at the start, that Klopp picked them for last night in a bid to contain Chelsea in midfield, press them and launch attacks as soon as the ball is won or was it something else? Cheers, mate!
